I wanted to rent a rug scrubber from them. The way they explained the time frames on the rental over the phone was completely different from what they told me when I showed up. Dont rent one from them. They stick to the time frames rigidly and act like total inflexible jerks.Toms in Glenwood offered me the flexibility on return times that I needed. I went there instead. Im done at this place. They wasted my time and are rude.

A small time hardware store for a small time town. Amazingly, they have alot to offer and theres always an employee to help you find what your looking for.

Website said it had two spray paints I needed, School Bus Yellow, but there was nothing on the shelf in its location. Nor in the overflow shelf above. Very disappointed with Ace Hardwares inventory management.

Visited this Ace for some bolt replacements that I lost in my ice auger. Its been some time since Ive visited an Ace, but this time really made feel bad that I havent for awhile. I had amazing service and they had everything I was looking for, even a last minute Christmas gift for my daughter.

I was in the area and needed some paint. I knew the name of the color I wanted so I let them know. It was found and mixed in minutes. They also had batteries for my grandmas old watch. They helped me find it in no time.

Friendly staff always wanting to help you!I had a guy teach me how to clean my sink trap. Thats service you cannot get anywhere else. The stock is limited, but Ill always try here first over any other store.

This is an awesome small town hardware store that takes care of you from the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out. Their selection was surprisingly big for the size of town that they are in, and their prices were very much so competitive even with hardware stores that are in bigger cities. Mark and most everybody in there is very nice and helpful. there is 1 girl who in there that had a negative attitude towards me that was uncalled for the last couple of times I was in there, and for that reason, I will now go to menards. You knows the old saying, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.
