4.5 Stars. Being A Bit Picky!CUSTOMER SERVICE:George welcomed us when we came in. This is a market-restaurant.FOOD:Mixed Kabob, one of the best Ive had. It had three different types of meats. Plus the rice, hummus and tabuleth was SPOT ON!My favorite, hummus was fresh, balanced and a beautiful flavor.Tabuleth, was also fresh and not too lemony. The different meats were also full of flavors. And the different textures made the experience one full of grace for the palate .For a small family owned business this was a great experience.PICKY PART:Bathrooms need some tender loving care.Dolmas were on the vinegary side. The flavors were not balanced. The vinegar flavor was overpowering.RETURN FACTOR:100%RECOMMEND A FRIEND FACTOR:100%Place is one you must return.
Great spot for middle eastern specific goods, and very solid shawarma.
One of my local favorites. Fresh food, great ambiance (like I’m in Lebanon), and great people.Very clean. Very flavorful. Highly recommended!
The cake used to be so good the round ones pistachio but recently we purchased few times and its not the same. It is a lot more sugar than anything else and I think they should go back to start making how it used to be for a few years ago
Worst restaurant ever. Gazillion amount of mistakes and never pick up the phone
Visited during COVID crisis, and not a single staff member was wearing a mask or distancing. Ironically, they also have a sign out front requiring all shoppers to wear a mask. If your personal safety concerns you, do not shop here at this time.Grocery selection was properly mediterranean, but prices were higher than I expected.
I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STAR. If these people had some food around Mediterranean sea they would be a shame to put such name on their place. worse food ever. the only thing they did well was chopping the tomatoes. Please take some cooking classes. sorry could not continue my review because after eating two bites of their food, I have to check in at ER. Thanks again for giving the worst experience. Good luck if you call and tell them food was not good.
A little gem of a Lebanese grocery store with a selection of freshly made delicious Middle Eastern appetizers and warm foods. A great source for your finger food party needs! A must try.
Good Arabic food. Everything you order comes straight out of the oven and into your plate, including the bread. They offer a good selection of Mediterranean salads that are very good and healthy. This place is great for a group brunch especially when you do family style. The owners are very nice and accommodating.
Nice little family run market with restaurant. Food served in restaurant is flavorful and delicious. Prices can hope up quickk and menu is wired. But be patient and order a taste sensation. Some specialty foods sold in little store.Look and feel of the place cry out for a bit softer touch and an overall clean and brighten up. (A womans touch? 😉).
The best Lebanese food I have tasted in this area! Sometimes the pricing is confusing so pay close attention to your receipt. Otherwise, this place is amazing. The market is not as big or extensive as other Lebanese markets in the area. But, we only really go for the cafe and maybe to grab some zaatar from the market when were running low.
Amazing produce, fresh and other add on items that are fantastic. I love the variety of add on items. Worth every penny!!!!
I have been here twice and both time were for Lebanese breakfast and some Middle Eastern grocery. The food is good and the service is great. It made me feel like I am having Manakesh in Lebanon. Which is what you except when you are looking for the authentic experience.
Great place for breakfast, lunch, and brunsh. We live to come and get manakeesh or pies. Food is authentic Lebanese and its delicious. The owner and staff are very friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. I would definitely come here again.
I had here cheese manakeesh. They were good.
By far the best hummus you can get in Northern Virginia. The staff is helpful, and the menu is amazing and delicious. Recommend trying the Zatar flatbread and Chicken Soulvaki. This place is very under-rated, and it’s only a matter of time before it gets discovered by NOVA foodies.
Such disappointment did not like the food at all I will not recommend to anyone.
George has the most delicious pizza and the best Arabic food in Springfield. Highly recommend.
Really authentic Lebanese cuisine. There are daily specials so you have to ask. Love their cheese and meat pie and zaatar. You can also buy middle Eastern groceries. Family owned. Glad I live close by.
I live in Kingstowne area and there are way too many restaurants around me but I rarely go out to eat. If I ever want to get something from outside, this place is the ONLY place I would go to. Their food is just amazing and everything is fresh. I’ve had the best Mediterranean dishes in this place. I hope they stay for more years so we can enjoy their delicious & amazing food! I highly recommend their chicken shawarma, beef/lamb gyro and the vegetarian sampler!
Great food. Welcoming owners and staff.
Arguably the best Lebanese food around, but buyer beware is in order here. The yogurt dish made each member of my family violently ill with terrible diarrhea, stomach cramps and the most painful abdominal pain Ive ever experienced! Although these symptoms were horrendous to go through, it was completely aweful when I brought this to the attention of both the owners George (affectionately known as Ju-Ju) and his lovely wife and they both refused to take any responsibility or offer any compensation or refund or exchange. Instead they denied responsibility and blamed me, saying that it must have been something that I eat earlier. After nearly 5 years I have returned to shop here, the homemade hommus is superb, but I stay away from the tzatziki! So its been a few years since I shopped here the stomach pain from the taziki kept me away for a very long while. But I finally decided to give them another try. So I ordered up some humas. Best humas around! But as I watched the cook clean the container with her finger then lick it clean I ran for the door!
I go in for the same thing every time I visit. The customer service is exceptional and theyre always willing to do more than what is necessary to get you what you need
Very flavorful food. The Majadra took me back to my childhood. Friendly owners. Would definitely recommend it.
Very good Manakish very good customer service great
The food here is really good. George makes amazing Manakesh.
I absolutely live this place. I could literally eat there every day of the week but it is not that conveniently located for me. It is 10 minutes from my job so I go maybe 1 to 2 times a month. The workers there are so nice and I eat the vegetarian platter every time and every time it is delicious. I do not get tired of it with the hot pita bread, falafel, fresh made hummus, baba ganoush and more...check it out. It is also a nice little mediterranean market so you can shop while you wait for your food.
Friendly staff and nice place to shop for groceries. Manouche is good from what I recall but its been a while since weve had it.
We LOVE this place. Their food is delicious and fresh. Their hummus is my very favorite hummus, not to mention the amazing baba ganoush, tabouli, and the mujadra. Plus the shop carries hard to find regional food items. I highly recommend this family owned small business! Always greeted with a smile.
Ordinary taste at expensive prices and bad customer service standards make this a place to be avoided. I found this place by doing a search online and went there on the weekend. I ordered my zaatar with vegetables at 09.40am and was told it will be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. There were about four other staff members in the kitchen and only one table of customer (party of three) who had already been served their order. At about 10am I asked the cashier to check on my order as it had been way more than what she told me. She wen to check in the kitchen and asked the staff for an update, after which they started making my order. Low and behold a simple order of a zaatar took them 30 minutes! To add insult to injury, the quality and flavor of zaatar left a lot to be desired. Having lived in Arabian countries and eaten Arabian and Lebanese cuisine all my life, I sure know a thing or two about Zaatar.
Great place to pick up eastern Med food either pre-made or the ingredients to make your own or even as a gift. Grilled meat pita was great, do visit n have a lamb souvlaki ma pita its the best around
Best authentic manakish youll have in town in my opinion!
Great Turkish coffee and lunch fare. Groceries are also great.
Great Place to start your day there, they have a delicious Lebanese pies, also you can get your groceries there but they are a little pricy.
I had a falafal combo with hummus and baba ganoush. I was expecting a platter but I instead was served a falafel sandwich with the two creamy sides. After thinking about the way that the menu is lined out, this makes sense. I used the sides as dips for my pita sandwich. The hummus is delicious. The baba ganoush which had a creamy and slightly smokey falor, was excellent. The sandwich had three crispy falafels, lettuce, tomatoes, parsley and yogurt sauce. This place is the best place for hummus. I also picked up some greek tahini in the little market.
All of their food is so fresh! I love this place

Awful! Disgusting food that sits out! They handle money and then touch the food they are preparing without washing their hands!!! YUCK!! the owners wife/and husband are rude! Very rude and standoffish, no customer service skills whatsoever! if I could give them negative dtars I would!
The Market makes the most authentic and flavorful gyros in nova
Had manakeesh breakfast. Very tasty & Fast service
The best kibeh I ever had!
Good middle eastern market, nice owner but loud, very loud tv.
Pretty good food, they could do without the TV blasting sponge Bob, though, but they were nice. If I asked Im sure they wouldve changed or muted or turned off the TV
