I ordered a window repair but Mike convinced me I needed a new window. I ordered it payed $600 for it in February 2020. I called many times about the window and Mike kept telling me it will be here in March then April then he won’t pick up the phone. Prefers to sent text telling me he will check on my window. I requested my refund he told me they would process it. That was 3 days ago. I call and it goes right to voicemail. BBB Will hear about this for sure. Very unprofessional, they will lie and will keep putting you off so you won’t bother them. Do not deal with these scammers!!!

Incompetent and unreliable company. They collect a large deposit in advance and then keep rescheduling the work. They made the window worse than before the repair. They promised to refund the deposit I paid but tried everything to keep it. They make promises they dont keep.I strongly recommended to avoid this company. I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

I have been avoiding replacing my patio sliding window for the longest time because I was just lazy about it and I felt that the price everyone was charging me was unreasonable. But now that the weather is getting warmer and I am in need of replacing it, I called NOVA Glass and they not only provided me with the best customer service, but they also gave me the best rate Ive received!!! Highly recommended.

Worst customer service EVER. Estimate given on May 9, was told parts would be ordered and in on Monday or Tuesday and they would call to schedule. I called Tuesday evening and left a message. got a call back Wednesday afternoon. Mike was supposed to call the tech to see if they could install parts on Saturday and he was going to call me right back. NEVER got a call back. I called him Thursday and Friday leaving several messages. Got a text at 12:29pm saying I will call you back. NO call yet again. called Friday just after 5pm and nothing. Got a call back from Mike saying im sorry I have been at the pentagon and cant have my phone on me. OK well how did you text me? AND why didnt I get a call back on Wednesday as you stated? his response was I got tied up. really. no tech to come out and replace the balancers on my windows. wasted my time as I could have found another company that would have responded and came out as they stated. I told Mike I was going to leave a bad review and his response was GO AHEAD I WILL JUST LEAVE SMART COMMENTS BACK TO YOUR REVIEW DO NOT hire this company.

Usually I prefer not to leave reviews, but Nova glass did such an amazing job I had to share my experience with everyone and highly recommend this company. They went above & beyond on the installation of my new French doors.
