I highly recommend Del Ray Glass. We wanted two new shower doors installed and Del Ray was excellent. They came quickly, the price was more than fair, and the quality and installation were tops. They earned every star.

They did get the job done... never called to tell me that the items were ready two separate times despite telling me they would call. One member of the staff was pretty rude on both occasions as well (it was the same staff member both times). I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After 12 days still waiting for a general estimate on 7 windows...an estimate that was to be sent by the end of the week? Seems that internal communication with this company is pretty bad. No email saying sorry we are backed up, or any communication other than my sending 4 emails and 2 phone calls to check on any communication from them.....time to move on.

Seriously dont choose this company. Take a week for a simple mirror be done? Delays on their process will make you lose money if youre a contractor and will cause you a nightmare if youre a consumer. Their customer service is really bad and turnaround

I ordered a large mirror from this company. I was very specific on the size, color, and bevel of the mirror, in emails and phone conversations. I sent pictures of the item I was repairing that was mirrored on all four sides. I made a point of letting them know I needed a silver backed mirror several times and stressed the importance of the mirror matching the others. I opted to pick the item up rather than having it delivered. The day I went to pick it up the item was completely wrapped in brown paper. We were very careful moving it, making sure not to tap it on anything, we laid it flat on a cushioned surface with nothing else in the van. Got home unwrapped the mirror and found that they had sold us a clear backed mirror and that it had a 3 inch crack diagonally from the corner towards the middle and that the bevel was larger than what was ordered. I called the company and was basically told they would not refund my money because the mirror was damaged. So Im out $175 for a mirror that was not only damaged but also not at all what I ordered, and the attitude I received was very unprofessional.

I would not recommend this company! Very unorganized and unprofessional. I normally give benefit of doubt but this company needs to learn how to be professional and organized before they come and replace a shower. They need to watch how to speak to each other when they are at customers homes. Some people don’t like cussing and is not professional.

Worst company ever. Cannot express the complete and total lack of service and ethics. Took our deposit and never did the work and never responded to any call about getting my money back. It is an absolute criminal organization.

Excellent customer service & value. Ive placed custom orders as small as bathroom mirrors and picture frame glass. They always have it ready the next day. The gentleman at the front desk is very pleasant and will gladly carry out to your car if you need assistance.As an architect Im used to companies like this overpricing small orders (to make it worth their while) but was happy to find that Delray Glass is extremely fair with pricing all around. They work with residential and commercial clients and treat both as equally important.Excellent company all around. I cant say enough good things about it.

I had a terrible experience working with this company. Terrible customer service! Took them multiple tries to put in my shower. Was either the wrong size or not the right type of glass! They had been out several times prior to installation to make sure the measurements were correct, yet somehow they ended up wrong! They told me they would rush my order and have it back to me in approximately 2 weeks. About 2 months went by and finally they got it right! The employees who installed my shower were very rude! I asked them to wear something to cover their boots and they wore them. FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES!! They were in the bathroom cussing at each other! I have children and they do not need to hear that kind of language! They tracked mud on my carpet and in my bathroom! I would never and I mean NEVER use this company again!

I had a glass shower door, mirror and a window for an outside door installed. It took awhile to get the shower glass due to the holiday season.The installers were extremely courtesy and professional. They charged a decent price for all. I would definitely use them again.

Negative comments almost scared me away. Glad I called them though. Dwayne was amazing--one of the best customer service experiences I have had all year from any business. Knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly.

Interesting that some people had bad experiences. I didnt!Tina at the front desk was vert helpful. We wanted to replace the clear glass in our front door to obscure glass. Because of the way the door is built it was not possible. However, she referred me to another company that could help us.Weve used Del Ray Glass before and were pleased with their service.

Absolutely no customer service. I called to make sure they serviced the area I reside in then waited several days for them to get back to me. They said they would and we set up an appointment and then no one called or showed. I called to ask what was going on and they said that they are declining to bid as they dont service my area. If I could give no stars I would. Nothing bothers me more than poor customer service. Does it bother me that I checked first prior to making and appointment, sure but it bothers me more they couldnt give a courtesy call so I wasnt waiting around all day!!!

I see these two bad reviews and feel compelled to set the record straight. I run a small construction company and have used Del Ray Glass for years. They have always taken good care of me; either working with me to get better pricing on specific glass, or one time replacing a piece at cost because I broke the panel on install. Nothing but great things to say about this company!

Very good company. I used them to repair a broken window and a install a shower door. I like using family business and would highly recommend them.

I had some hiccups with this company but overall I was pretty satisfied.I called to make an appointment for an estimate to install a neo-angle shower. They had someone out to my house in 5 days. Three days if you don’t count the weekend. The technician was very knowledgeable, took precise measurements and had a quote to me within 48 hours. The price was very fair and we agreed to move forward. And then things started to unravel. I was told that the lead time from order to delivery was about 2 and a half to three weeks-and when they say this it is business days. They came to install the shower on the 28th day after the original order. No biggie, it was the guest bathroom and we weren’t in a rush. They called that morning to tell me they had broken a glass panel and would have to reorder the piece. They put a rush on it and were at my house a week later for the install. They put on the first panel fairly quickly and proceeded to the second-and then realized the door was three inches to high. In their rush to order and replace the broken glass, they gave the wrong measurements. Again, these things happen-but only to me. Haha. The third time, about eight days later, all went as planned. The doors look great and I really like their work. I think what happened to me was more of a fluke but in home remodeling you have to be prepared for these things.I hope to use them again for the second floor shower.

Order to replace 5 windows ($1975) placed 11/18. Materials arrived and attempted to install 12/7. Materials were ordered incorrectly (grids wrong style/color) and re-ordered. Materials arrived 1/4 and attempted to install 1/6. Materials were ordered incorrectly again (wrong sizes); only 1 of 5 windows correct. Company will send tech to install one window on Monday (1/9) and re-measure to re-order for third time. Will update this review and rating upon completion of 4th attempt. Update (1/20): Materials ordered incorrectly for third time; only 1 of 4 windows was installed. Three windows need to be reordered for 4th time. Left VM for General Manager (Tom Graham) at 1315 and requested return call to discuss how to resolve this disconnect. Overall rating reduced to 1.5 stars; will provide update. Update (2/3): Was able to make significant progress once we were able to engage Mr. Graham. Remaining three windows were finally ordered correctly and installed today. Company sent a team of three people and they completed the work in under 90 minutes. Would rate experience overall as two (2) stars; would look for other options if similar services were required in the future.

Great service

Did not deliver in the timeline promised. Took it elsewhere and they did the same job plus more within shorter timeframe and for less money.

Was told a technician would be out 3 times in 3 days. When I called back the last day they said it would be another 7 days. No one ever called me about the missed appointment, I had to call each time.

Ordered a replaced for my living room window.Took over 3 weeks longer than they said and stated on the contract. Agree with the previous reviewer that the customer service was very snooty and the receptionist stated I dont care what was stated in the contract you paid us and if you are not satisfied there is nothing I can do for you. They installed the window poorly and now there are clear gaps in my window. The glass they ordered were lower grade than my previous window.

Great service and quick turnaround

Very snooty receptionist and not customer service friendly. I will not return to this business. I had the same experience as the reviews giving 1-star ratings for Del Ray Glass. Although this is the closest glass company to where I live, I will order from a different company even an hour away! My experience was that horrible.
