This company is the best company I have dealt with so far in terms of professionalism and craftsmanship.I had Moses turn an ugly looking skylight on my roof in DC, the south east area of The District of Columbia, to a very attractive skylight.He literally removed the old skylight and installed a dome skylight. Very crafty and awesome work I must confess. He replaced all the cranks, locks, balances and latches on 16 windows. Very knowledgeable and I will use this company for all future projects.

Alexandria glass repairs is by far the best company I have ever done business with and I have seen many of them.Bottom line is that for a company to be successful, they either need to have Moses manage or own it.I called this company on an emergency window that was broken, I was out of town. Moses showed up momentarily almost, boarded up the window immediately with the help of my neighbor Dorothy, 3 days later he installed a new window glass unit and my home was secured and restored to a safe state.All this happened so fast, payments were processed painlessly, and the funny thing is that I didn’t even lift a finger, just had my neighbor turn the key to door to grant Moses access.Moses, again, you are really wonderful.

It was the best service ever, when it comes to windows, doors and glass repair companies.I have dealt with many good ones in LA, but this one surpassed them by far.Moses is very professional, punctual, and is an example of a business man that will earn your trust.My house looks phenomenal after I replaced all the windows and the basement shower door and patio door.

I have to give this company all the possible stars, they deserve it.Used them once before for a shower door they designed, fabricated, and installed and I wish I could attach pictures here to show how they transformed my master bathroom into an art piece. Wonderful work.I used them a week ago in my home again to replace three ugly windows with brand new Anderson windows, also I had my huge picture window in the master bathroom replaced, and from a foggy nasty glass window to a beautiful new glass window.I would give Moses a master’s degree in Glazing and in customer relations.Educated, well mannerd, and very considerate and polite. They have a very prompt service and good customer service, the service itself is excellent, I call them when I had my hair salon hit by a drunk driver in dc, the accident left my storefront shattered.I called and moses showed up with his crew around 2 am on a Friday night, boarded up the place, measured and within a week I had all the glass restored to its original state.Thanks Moses.

Beware! Horrible customer service!We needed hinges in our shower door replaced. Moses was quick to respond and schedule. He did the job, so far all works, hence the two stars. But! The customer service was beyond poor, and we got overcharged.
