Not very many accessories with sets. Its a large place with lots of space that doesnt seem to be utilized well. The upstairs has all dining and bedroom. We were looking for a dining server/buffet and there were only two shown.

Great selection and high quality furniture.

Good clean store, was greeted when we walked in. A little higher prices. The store offered good sales however it was still put of our price range.

Nice furniture. Nice people. I ordered a whitter dresser from eugene oregon through them. They unpacked it ahead of time to check for any damage which was great because I drove over an hour and half to pick up. Smooth transactions and professional folks to do business with.

Got what I wanted😍

Not one staff member came up to us to even ask if we had any questions or needed any help. Not sure if it was because we were not dressed expensively or what but I found it to be very rude of them. They actually looked up once when we got there and then several different ones walked past without even looking or making eye contact. A couple that came in after us were approached and helped immediately. Too bad for them I looked around for about 20 min then left and went to Slumberland and spent $4000 there! I really did like a couch they had there for $800 too but customer service means a lot and when you get absolutely none I will take my business elsewhere.

Kathy and I were in Alexandria doing some shopping. I called Hennens abt a lift chair for her mother.. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful so we decided to go take a look at what they have... After abt a half hour of trying them and getting our ups and downs on them we bought one and took it home with us... We were very impressed with the products and the staff.. I would highly recommend them. Also prices are great.. .
