We have bought many pieces of furniture for our home and have always had a great experience with Douglas Furniture. Ethan helped us most recently and was very helpful in picking out our new living furniture. We have not had a problem yet but I know they would make it right if we did. Saved almost 50% compared to the furniture store up the road on a comparable mattress and adjustable frame. Because of the savings we were able to upgrade from a queen to a double twin, extra long with independent adjustable bases.

High quality products and even better service! I made an error (100% my fault) when making a recent purchase. I dealt directly with Matt, the owner. Despite the fact that the error was all mine, Matt was kind and understanding. The error required a couch exchange, which Matt was very gracious about. The exchange took place quickly (less than a week) and Matt didn’t even charge for the additional delivery. He was great to work with and made the process really simple. We love our new sectional!! Nice store. Not a big store so not much of a selection. However they seemed to have some one of a kind pieces. This was our 3rd time buying from them. Bought a sofa bed and a bed mattress a couple yrs ago.Todays purchase also a mattress for a different bed. Employees helpful & very nice.

Small store, fairly good inventory. The thing that irritated me was the high pressure tactics used to encourage you to buy. I told the gentleman at the door I was just looking, and i didnt require attention. I wasnt left alone in the store for 2 minutes. When i did finally share what i was looking for, i felt pushed to purchase what they thought Id like. Felt like i had to sneak out of the store when their attention was on the next customer. The prices werent that bad, but i was uncomfortable with people who dont respect your boundries. Just looking is just looking, please allow me to do that without your opinions.

We purchased living room furniture and a California king Mattress and adjustable bed frame. Matt is excellent to work with He has great staff working there. Went looking to purchase two different size mattresses and they just happen to have them both on hand. Our salesman Ethan was outstanding. He was able to answer all of the questions that we had in regards to the mattresses and made recommendations to meet the needs that we had.

Ordered couch and chair in Oct. was told it should be in in mid Dec. Now its mid Jan and Im told it will be March, I understand that shipping is difficult at this time but dont tell me it will be Dec. and not contact me to let me know its delayed . If I had known it would have been 5 or 6 months I would have made a different decision.

Prices were just above slumberlands for the same product. They were super busy so didnt get any help so we left.

I had a great experience with ethan, who is a salesman. He was so patient with me as I kept changing my mind picking out furniture. He was friendly an helpful, answered all my questions and let me know all my options as far as colors, fabric etc. When the furniture was delivered, the 2 men that helped, were on time, friendly, considerate, an helpful. They showed me how everything worked and how to use it properly, take it apart if needed, and even put down rugs so they didnt walk through my house with their shoes on. I was really impressed. I had shipped several places for a twin platform bed with drawers with no luck. I walked in to Douglas Furniture and within 5 minutes was writing up the sale. When I didnt hear what I wanted on delivery, they found a way for me to get it when I wanted!

My experience from Douglas Furniture has been some of the best. Over the past 10 years my wife and I have bought our bedroom set, living room set, family room set and dining room. Every time we are in the market for new furniture they are our first stop and typically our only stop. The service was outstanding as they werent pushy. If we just wanted to look, they let us look. If we were ready to buy they wanted to find out what WE needed first before they showed us options. The quality of the furniture you get for the price is the best around in my opinion. The selection too was excellent. I mean I even bought a camouflage recliner! We even ordered a footboard for our bedroom set 5 year later and they still had us on file and knew exactly what style we needed. The delivery team is the most professional Ive seen. A definite must stop if you are in the market!! I rated only 5 stars because 10 was not an option.

We have many items from Douglas and always received great service from the sales people to the delivery guys, they are always nice and professional. We just recently purchased new beds and werent happy with the original one we picked out. Ethan did a great job of helping us correct the situation. We will definitely be back.

The man that took care of use was nice and not pushy at all. We bought a bed mattress and said we were looking for maybe a couch to. When we looked at the couches he new his stuff and looked to get the best price for use. When we were going to leave the price on the couch kept going down it was not pushy he just knew if he didnt get us on paper it was a sale walking out the door. So I know what he was trying to do. But Ill say it again it was not coming off pushy. It was a lot of money and told him the wife and I have to talk it over. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend this place first to anyone that is looking to buy new furniture at a low price. Tip wait long enough and they will throw in the delivery fee for free. lol great time!

I walked into Douglas furniture and was thankfully allowed to browse first. Ethan came up to me after a while, offered to help and let me know he was available if I had questions. I ended up making a decision to purchase my furniture here because of his respectful unrushed demeanor and because the quality is stellar at a very good price. I live on a strict budget but the terms I got will still enable me to fulfill all of my commitments. I am also huge on buying locally and also locally made goods. My furniture is coming from Wisconsin bought by store owners that have done a lot to help those in need in my community. You can’t get a better more patriotic feeling than that. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase now or in the future to come in and have a chat with Ethan and discuss buying options. There are several and affordable for any budget. I try to shop Douglas furniture because its a long running home town business that even my mom would only shop at for furniture.However, when I was there last to purchase my new couch, the salesman asked if I needed any help and I politely replied that I would like some time to just look around and decide more what Im looking for,thanked him and continued to browse the store. Not 5 minutes passed and the same salesman was back again telling me about this sale and having me look at other furniture, when once again I stated that I would just like some time to keep looking. About 5 minutes passed again and yup! Here he was again! At this point I was getting irritated with his pushy demeanor and poor salesmanship. Even trying to be rude wasnt making him go away and just let me look!! Finally I told him that I really want some time ALONE to look and promised I would let him know when I decide. But because of my degree of irritation.. I was not very polite at check out, finding myself being very short with him! Thats not normal for me and its sad that my shopping experience had turned to this.Tip of the day! I would have given 5⭐️S had it not have been for this pushy salesman. When customers say they need some time..give us our time! Was not sure if you just needed the sale that bad, if you were learning impaired or if you didnt want me in your precious store!! Needless to say, I may have to shop other places next time.

Great great great prices dont even bother going to slumberland. They have Better products at a very low markup. Dont let the outside make u think its small inside. It is actually a very big area and well layed out for easy shopping. Shoot they even borrowed us a bed frame till our bed set comes in. COME HERE AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE YOU WILL BE LEAVING HAPPY!!!!

I bought a sectional sofa from these people at the beginning of March and was told that they wouldnt deliver new sofa set until I got rid of the old ones so I did and called them back and told them i was ready for the delivery on March 12th to which they told me they didnt have the item that I would have to wait till the end of the week March 16th, called again today and was told they only have some of the items and that wasnt going to shipped out till March 18th and wouldnt be In till the end of the month.. so my family and I have been out of a sofa set for nearly 2 weeks because they told me that the sectional would be delivered when I was ready..... this is just bad business and Douglas furniture needs to get it together ....

Everyone was very friendly! (Way better priced than slumberland & not trying to just take our money) Alyssa helped us and she wasnt trying to just make a sale she was helping us find what we needed ☺ will definitely be going back there!!
