The staff was accommodating when I forgot to get a receipt for the gas I got the day before. They went above and beyond to get me a copy. I very much appreciated it!
After a long road trip with my family I stumbled onto this gas station. When I arrived to the gas station there were signs saying “network down only cash” as I went inside to pay for my gas and use the restroom, no one was behind the counter. As I looked around I noticed the restroom was out of order as well. As I continued to look around for someone to assist me with paying for my gas I found a door half opened in the back and noticed a person inside the room. As I knocked on the door the person responded with “yes” he opened the door halfway while still in his room “what do you want” the gentleman made no effort in wanting to leave his little room in the back while leaving the entire convenience store unattended. I told him I need gas in which he finally agreed to go behind the counter and ring up my gas. He then followed up with “what else you want “. Judging by how shady this whole ordeal was I asked for a receipt just in case. As he gave me my receipt, I told him “since machines are down, this means we don’t work?” In which he replied with “this is my business and I do what I want and say what I want”.It’s important that we don’t support businesses that don’t give us the bare minimum customer service. The BARE MINIMUM. If you want gas please go to the shell across the street. They will have a person behind the counter, the credit card machines work, the bathrooms are open and they won’t make you feel like you bothered them when you go into their establishment.This owner should not be owning any business and will make sure I contact the correct channels to ensure business doesn’t get handled like this again.
After I got gas I went inside to use the restroom and was Refused on false claims it was out of order after seeing an employee just use the restroom I feel this is horrible to do this to paying customers and I asked for the manager and was meet with more lies that their bathroom was out of order I feel this need to be addressed immediately this was a trash experience
This is why we need to stop giving these companies our business and money, we are only rewarding them for terrible customer service and they will not listen or even try to improve if we continue to go there, and I have to say that I have zero empathy for companies like this one that are suffering because of this pandemic. I went there yesterday 04/15/20 to buy3 cartons of cigarettes, because I thought that they were cheaper than the place that I was going to that was also in Arlington. My daughter in law went there on 03/13/20 to get me a carton, she paid $52.00 for a carton and when I went yesterday I was charged $57.00 a carton and I brought 3 cartons, I didnt realize how much I was overcharged until I got home and compared the receipts. I live in Maryland and I was not going to drive back to dispute the overcharge and I dont think it would have mattered because I think that they make up their own prices. I also had coupons that would have given me $ 7.25 off but the lady would only let me use $5.00 off. Please dont go there, I am just so mad that during a pandemic these people are taking advantage and gouging prices.
Never had a problem there until today. When I walked in the store the manager (maybe even the owner) was in a yelling match with a customer. From what I gather the customer had a dispute and the manager refused to really listen. I proceeded to the register and and asked for Newport’s. Keep in mind I come here almost everyday for gas as well as cigarettes, they never ask for I’d and I’m 30 years old. When I told the cashier I didn’t have it on me (I know bad) the manager then comes over and starts yelling at me as well. I never once raised my voice or had an attitude. I asked him “why are you talking to me like?” He keeps on yelling I proceeded to walk out telling him being rude is a quick way to loss business. It’s no problem if you refuse to sell me the cigarettes but stay professional, it was no reason to be rude and nasty. I won’t ever stop here again. I pay for good service, this is not a way to deal with customers. Do better!
Kabib was the worst cashier ever. The laziest person I have ever met from Sunoco. Will never go back there again!The guy can barely read, and definitely has a real hard time listening and understand.
Nice gas station but prices are usually higher than other stations in the area. Allows fuel discounts earned at Safeway Grocery Stores to be used at this location. Store closes later at night and all purchases must be made through an outer window.
Be careful when you come because they very discriminatory when it comes to who can or cant use the restroom. They will tell you real quick that the restroom is out of order to keep you from using it.
At least put some one there who understand English!
Today i want to go get a Premium gas for my car at Sunoco gas station, it was really snowing out there and the road are very bad, so i decide to get some gas, at the same time i want to cleaning my car b/c there was little so it does not keep falling on my window while Im driving, As I was doing that an old man came out screaming and yelling at me, and was very disrespectfully way and told me he paid a man $300 to get her road clean, and told me I have no common since... Dont gorget at that point im getting a gas for almost $50.00 and at the same time going through a personal issue so i didnt respond nothing back to the old man, ... Who ever was working today on March 21,2018 at 2.12pm. You have no idea what i was going through, for you to give me a very bad experience, know i will never come back there no more.... and I had the worst experience ever......
Service is quite slow and price is higher compare to other gas station.
Im getting gas and the person at the counter refuses to let me use the bathroom. I guess he was upset with me because he was sleeping when I knocked on the glass
