Pleasantly surprised by the compassion and good nature! My sister has been placed on feeding tube, nothing by mouth but ice chips. We had been trying to blend and even meat tenderize regular ice; so reached out to numerous places looking for ice chips, got same responses of unable to help. The employees, managers were so understanding and agreed to help even tho a strange request they had not had before. Very grateful to experience their kindness! Thank You!

Extraordinary employees! I was eating lunch waiting for my mom’s surgery to finish, because I couldn’t enter the hospital due to COVID-19, and the ring my mom gave me fell off my hand into the trash. Employee Kate jumped into action, found the ring, cleaned it and handed it back to me! Not only is the food great, but such wonderful people. I’m forever grateful!

Good fresh roasted coffee you can really tell the difference. If you are a person who like their coffee a bit stronger and not so sweet this is the place for you! All your basic coffee needs and coffee sold by the pound. Bakery items too. They also have a drive through.

Had a great experience here in May, stopped for a bite to eat and a warm drink. I like coffee but I also like tea and I did not see tea options on their menu boards. The lady who helped me was friendly and helpful showing me different options on another list! I got a chai tea and it was perfect one of the best Ive had!

This is a good coffee shop in Alexandria thats just a little farther into the I-94 frontage road than one of the other coffee shops. Of course, Dunn always has fantastic brews and espresso drinks, and good pastries, and other quick food options. From an access perspective, its a lot easier to get back out on the road leading to I-94, because its a little farther away from the intersection that gets backed up at the traffic signal by the Holiday Station.

I went here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon, the staff was so friendly and made me and my husband a great coffee! They even sell the coffee there for a real good price. When I asked about it the lady there offered me a free sample of the fresh ground coffee at no charge it was enough for two pots of coffee! I will go there again and will make it my new coffee place!

This is the best coffee shop in town. Creative coffee beverages, a wonderful staff (Jess the manager pours so much love into this store) and the owner truly cares about their customers unlike so many other places in this town. I travel a bit and this is the BEST Dunn Brothers in the corporation, I cry a little when I have to get my caffeine fix anywhere else. It just isnt the same!!! Love all of you at Dunn Bros Alex!!

MUST READ!!!I got kicked out for not making a purchase, Because I was using FREE WIFI. I can just go to the public library and use FREE WIFI If thats the case. The most horrible business practice I have ever seen. Literally kicking your customers out because they decided not to buy something. Even though I been a supportive customer for years! What a joke! If there were negative stars, This place would get them all!!!!!There are plenty other better coffee shops to go to in town. I would recommend any place but this one!

Wonderful experience! We stopped here for coffee our first morning in Alexandria, and we came back the next two days. I loved it so much I bought a travel cup. I highly recommend this place for fresh coffee, friendly faces, and a good atmosphere. :)

The tastiest and the freshest coffee around, you can never go wrong with Dunn Brothers coffee in your life. I am forever addicted to the infinite black coldpress coffee, and when you buy it by the growler, it is slightly more economical. Support local businesses people!

Really need an express line for people who just want a cup of coffee. I had to wait 14 minutes in line behind people ordering specialty drinks. My cup took less than a minute .

I stopped here for a work meeting and was pleased by the atmosphere, decor and speed of service. I got a hot tea (due to a cold), and the employee was very friendly and helpful.

Milk for mocha was too hot (burnt tasting) and the whole drink was watered down, didnt taste like it had two fresh shots.High school girl that attended us seemed annoyed anyone would bother to come in and interrupt whatever she was doing before we got there.

Best cup in town Carmel mocha and coconut narviana are my favourites hot or iced there delicious

My go to stop every weekend to and from the cabin. Absolutely the best tasting espresso drinks! Try it my way, refrigerator latte or mocha.Too bad they now close at 6. I may have to start hitting the St Cloud location.....HINT.
