I never write reviews, and with that being said, I absolutely had to. This has been the best shopping experience Ive ever had. I brought in my puff nano jacket that had a burn hole on the inside, due to my own negligence. I was hoping they would be able to repair it, and instead I was told nothing can be done, it is completely ruined. At this point I really didnt want to spend another 200$, so I wasnt feeling too great. To my surprise, I was offered a 1 - for - 1 replacement to a brand new jacket.Talk about stellar customer service. To everyone on the team, really, thank you. I had a great time discussing local trails and scenic places to check out, and yall dealt with me wandering the store for hours. You guys are fantastic and I will recommend everyone to check you out.

Great store. I am glad that Patagonia did such a nice job with repurposing the old theater. The layout is easy to figure out and everything inside is very appealing. I would have to say that the staff was also very helpful and I look forward to coming back.Only downside is that some items I was interested were not available in-store and apparently have never been available at this location. Also, I was really hoping to be able to purchase some Alexandria, VA specific Patagonia gear. Hopefully they do make some things in the near future.

Super helpful! They are fixing for free some sweaters almost 15 years old! Very satisfied with the service.

I love the brand for its quality gear, but definitely will return to this location for all my Patagonia in-store shopping needs for the future. Stopped in on a whim today to pick up a new pack, and was blown away by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff (not to mention how cool the space is)! Highly recommend!!!

I did not happen to have an appointment (wasnt aware I needed one) Alex let me in and assisted me. Absolutely phenomenal experience, amazing customer service and even recommended good hiking spots 10/10 if I could.

I like patagonia a lot but the customer service at the old town store is horrible. Got a gift card for Christmas and it says invalid and they offered no help to my mom
