Last night my iPhone stopped working and I desperately needed a working phone, so I went to the AT&T store and met Stephanie who went above and beyond to help me. Stephanie was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable of all the account and phone questions I had. I had multiple requests and the agent, Ron, took time and care to help me work through these items. He didn’t rush his clients before me and he didn’t rush me by spending at least 1 1/2 hours with me to fully take care of purchase of new phone, transfer of materials from two phones to my new one, and thorough explanations of each step he was taking from data to billing. Patient, good humored, thoughtful and kind! We need more people in the world like Ron.
This store is awesome!! My sales person Muhammad R. was such a patient, knowledgeable, and nice person. He worked with me from beginning to end asking all the right questions to get me set-up completely with my transfer of 4 lines from another company. I am impressed that when snags came up he knew exactly what to do. Even though I didn’t meet all the staff I can tell by the way the helped others they knew what they were talking about and didn’t seemed annoyed. I am also glad Muhammad helped me because he went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Even though I did not see the manager in person he was working things out in the background for me as well. Thanks for making my time feel valuable.

I spoke with an in-store representative who told me that one of the phones I was interested in was in stock, and a shipment of the 2nd phone was due in on 5/24/2021. He suggested that I call the store at 4PM on 5/24/2021 to check that the shipment was in before traveling to the store to make my purchase/transferring my account. I called the store at 4PM and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered right away.I asked to speak to Muhammad R. whose business card I had from stopping into the store a few months ago with questions. Muhammad R. came to the phone, and I explained I was calling to double-check that both phones were in the store before driving in. He put me on hold to check and NEVER came back. I was on hold for 22-minutes before accepting the fact that he did not plan to return to the call.I wanted to believe that this store was not as bad as many of the reviews indicated, but I was wrong. The instore reps. seem lazy, nonchalant, and all too quick to suggest that you buy and/or transfer accounts online. However, when youre spending upwards of $800 on a phone, it helps to see what youre buying in person, and a little quality customer service would go a long way in closing the deal. I have decided to take my business to a different carrier. Im tired of the AT&T antics!

So from a friends suggestion I got the 12 pro-max.My ATT guys at THE Duke st location were great transferring etc and accessories- clearing out old stuffThank you ATT guys.
Make sure to get a paper receipt before you leave or at least review it on a computer before. I was promised $300 credit and when I got back to my office to review the emailed receipt, it was for $240. Mohammed was very helpful transfering the data from the old phone to the new phone. The store advised me to call ATT Business and they gladly refunded me the $60 and sent me the confirmation receipt quickly. Unfortunately the online deals are not offered in the store. This is too bad as ATT corporate should allow the stores to offer the same deals. We had to pay an extra $100 to buy the phone in the store as we were in a hurry. Just seems sketchy if you cant get the same price.
As the rumor said at&t is the most terrible company, was told my monthly payment will be 70$ and end up getting a 183.83$ bill. I have tried to contact customer service through the phone for more than 10× and they told me they will call back but never did. I couldnt even leave this company they told me i should pay the full amount for the phone . I went to this store to get some answers and Raza was rude and unprofessional. He couldnt even let me finish my question. I gave two stars because I had a better experience when I was there last time.

Got all I wanted and more!!! My wife had lost the phone she got in September,I got an upgrade new I phone and a new plan. Service persons were well versed in phones and plans. I had to wait 6 minutes but it was well worth it as they were uncommonly attentive to all our questions and put us at ease with the new phone plan. I will recommend them to most of my people.

I had terrible experience with this store today. Went in to change the name on one of the lines on our family plan. All seemed to go smooth, I made sure to ask twice if the particular name is now attached to a particular number. The person helping us reassured that yes, it all was done. Mind you, while he was pulling up my information, he made sure to pitch us whatever promotions they were selling, one of them being adding an additional line. What? When I got home and opened the account to see the changes, I found that he mixed up all the information, and the number was now assigned to a wrong person on the plan.Seriously, how hard is it to make sure you do your job?
I hate AT&T so much! They have been making me pay for an extra line this whole time and I can’t turn my phone back on unless I pay 1000!!!!!! I have 4 people on my family plan! And I can’t even get in touch with my kids or husband when I’m at work!!! You guys suck!! I’m done with AT&T.

This team is amazing. They were kind and helpful. We had lot to cover while we were in the store and they handled it with ease. I was also impressed with how they handled the rude costumers that walked in and were yelling even though the staff had nothing to do with their issue. I would highly recommend this store and team.

I walked in and got helped immediately! It was great! Perhaps I simply came at the right time because whenever I walk into a corporate store theres always a long wait. If you have lots of time to waste go to the one in Tysons, but if you want to simply get what you need done in a relatively short amount of time, then this is your store.

The representative Alex lied to me about my plan and charged me for a 2nd number and told me there was no cost. When I asked the other rep working at the time for the Manager and he refused to get him and said he wasnt getting him because of my attitude. When I asked a 2nd time he then stated that he couldnt go to the back because there was no other reps outside on the floor. I witnessed that same rep go to the back with no other reps on the floor for another customer. I have been with Att for over 15 years and this store has now made me want to change my cell phone provider after being treated this way. Unacceptable poor customer service

This is the best store in Alexandria and I always trust Miguel. If you want to go there go look for Miguel since he gives A++ customer service. Everyone is great.
Its a good place to get a phone, will be served but kinda leaves you Wondering about some things. Like for instance can you get a better deal somewhere else. Great in information and respect face to face. Thank You.

Walked to to ask a question about my bill. All agents were busy so we waited. Were told multiple times they would be right with us. One agent finished and proceeded to help another agent with a customer and then walked out for a break instead of helping us. Not good customer service.
If you are sensitive to cursing and F-word then dont go there. Their black female employee act as if shes in the ghetto. went there to sign up and get new At&t sim card and expected a professional environment. Oh and i had to go back the next day to get my data plan to work. Besides that everything is fine.

Awful services. Went in on Saturday in the early afternoon. There were already multiple people waiting in the store to be helped. Since no one greeted or acknowledged me and my company we couldnt even tell who was working there. It turned out that there were 4 people working and none of them acknowledged or asked us to wait. We left there soon after being treated like that. I will never come back to this store ever.

I went there with my son the other day, after being instructed to do so by a call representative. The representative noted my account and assured me that I should not have any problems with exchanging my phone for another phone, especially since I was within my 14 day trail period, as well as being given a faulty phone to begin with. When I arrived to the store I was greeted by an employee, as to which I explained my situation and asked if he could look up my account, because everything should be noted already by the representative, who set up my appointment . He then takes me to his manager, FIRST she calls my phone with her phone and says she dont hear anything wrong with my phone... MIND YOU we are FACE TO FACE, so you Wouldnt hear the audio problem anyhow because we are so close in range. She then makes a determination that my phone is Fine and that its my Sim card how do u come to that conclusion without physically testing my phone on the machine??She then go gets another manager Dejuain who Automatically sides with her.. his whole approach to me was like its her word no matter what I say he didnt smile, he didnt introduce his self NOTHING. he comes up to me and says if u want to exchange the phone you have to pay $45, once I explained to him that I was told that it would be an even exchange, he goes in the back and comes out and says that I have a claim on my phone . After I explained that I never filed a claim, he goes in the back AGAIN comes out and says ..theres nothing wrong with your phone, we can give u a new Sim card. I asked how do u know that, when u never tested my phone, you only made a phone call?? He says do u want us to test the phone or not? As to which I said, u already came to a conclusion that nothings wrong with the phone, without testing it, and he says Again do u want us to test the phone or not?? .. I was just in disbelief, because it seemed they were against me from the beginning and Now making it so HARD to exchange a phone that I had a right to exchange.. Even my12 year old son was like mom why do they seem so mad?.. I eventually left, and called another store, whom apologized on This stores behalf and said that all the manager had to do was Waive the $45 and exchange my phone, instead of being so rude to a customer... they really should be required to have more training on CUSTOMER SERVICE because under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should I have felt the way I felt when I left . I have already Filed a Former complaint as to which I hope action will be taken.

This store staff is great! Unfortunately.. when I received my 1st 2 bills. They were extremely higher then I was told to expect. I called customer service and they had charged me with out my permission for addtl data, and a 2nd activation fee for my gear s watch that I was told will be waived. Prior to having this AT&T phone plan, I was paying pre-paid for $55 a month for over a year with no problems. All I wanted was the gear s watch, but I had to buy the phone in order to get the watch. Needless to say, I will be leaving at&t but 1st.... I have to pay them close to $900.00, lol. What a trap!. Thanks AT&T!
I dare you to try and get them on the phone. I’ve called them many days & multiple times- no answer, just the phone eventually disconnecting. At least that’s one thing you can rely on them for.
