Very annoyed that I did not get the service expected. Was made to wait to help other customers. I have a hard time getting shoes due to surgical foot issues and I was not heard or helped. When you help a customer you should keep your attention with that customer. I like the one on one help but today....I was made to wait while many other customers were helped. Due to this annoyance I finally left without a purchase.

Went to Tradehome Shoes in Alexandria for the first time yesterday. Jill was phenomenal in assisting me find the perfect sandals and shoes that fit right and my style. Definitely will be shopping there from now on!

Driving to a youth softball practice, I realized I had worn my flip-flops. Doh! Not a good foot wear choice! Lol. Had about 10 minutes before practice began, so I QUICKLY dropped in at Tradehome Shoes since Ive has good luck there before, finding shoes that felt like pillows on my feet! Immediately spotted a Sale table with my brand and design of athletic shoe on it and a box in my size! Super nice salesman believed me when I said I knew my size as Ive been buying them from here in the past. I was worried the salesperson would want to measure me and get me to look at the different options, BUT he didnt! I said I have a time limit, I need some shoes and a pair of socks. In about 4 minutes flat in a busy store, I walked in, got my stuff, paid, and walked back out to my truck in my new tennies!! THANK YOU Tradehome Shoes for the no hassle service! I almost didnt stop because I was worried about that! I do appreciate when you take the time to properly measure and fit my shoes, but this time I needed to skip that step, and you accommodated nicely! Youre the best!!
