Loved it! For a moment I thought it was going to let me down since the area is run down. The store did not fail me leather belt, cute cardigan, and jeans that fit!

I love boot barn, it’s my favorite retail store but good lord the check out people are non existent or extremely slow. Twice now we’ve just put our things we picked out back and left lol

The employees here were very helpful. They didn’t have the boots I needed but helped me order them offline in the store. An employee stayed with me to make sure I got my order completed and I appreciate that.

They didnt have a good selection of mens Ariat work boots, which is the only reason I went there, but the associate who helped me was AMAZING!!! She helped me order the boots I needed online, helped me with the price, and even assured me they would arrive at my house before Christmas! I will ONLY buy our boots here from now on.

Good products, terrible customer service. Cashier spent her time holding a personal conversation with another employee while checking us out. This took longer to process us and made me realize why its better to shop online as much as possible.

Its a nice store, and if its not busy you can get some good help. When it gets busy though some of the people that are less familiar with the inventory and products come help you but they have limited knowledge if you are really looking for expert boot advice. I was thrilled to learn they have Thorogood boots, however at this location its only the lace up workboots. They dont stock the Thorogood pull-on boot style.

The staff is wonderful, the store is well stocked, clean and has an excellent selection.

I just returned from Boot Barn where I went to buy a ticket for the Rodeo tonight and the girl at the counter gave me 1 seat option. When I inquired if that was the best she could offer, she said there were more choices in the back, but she would have to go and look. I asked if she would be inclined to look, and she replied with Do you want this ticket . She was NOT inclined to help me. Also, I had a ring in my hand to buy, but after she handed me my ticket, she blew me off simply saying next! I wont grace your doorstep again 😈 You all need better customer service .

Great boots and clothes and hats. Military discount. So many coupons and ways to earn rewards and additional discounts. Employees are great. Plenty of other stores and food shops right around it too.

Just sat there for 35 minutes waiting to be helped! Not once did anybody ask me if I needed help, they just sat there playing on their phones! I will take my business elsewhere!!

Refused to honor return policy. Told me no as soon as I told them I was making a return and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say for returning the item. Rude and uncooperative store manager.

Had to argue the point that a pair of boots were worn, even though the scuf marks on the bottom were promant. These boots were exotic skin and expensive the older teller wanted to argue the point! And I am from Texas I have worn all my life and Im 63!!! Damm!
