Purchased a used Centurion knowing with used I may have additional maintenance. Jason and Ty have been and continue to be very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend Faction Marine. Met the Faction Team two years before boat purchase at a Boat Show. They were awesome through the whole sale process. Faction Marine has a great line up of water craft from surf boats to pontoons. Jason and Shaun are great to work with and were a huge help getting me set up. I rely on them for storage and service as well and they have been fantastic.

Jason is awesome! He set up my 2000 Malibu boat for surfing - great wave! And then he gave my family and I lessons on how to surf. Extremely helpful and well worth the money. Incredible experience! Flew in to learn how to wake surf, Jason met and exceeded my expectations in terms of what you can learn in 2 hours. 5 minutes into it and I was surfing without the rope. He even had me trying 360s on my first lesson! Excellent boat, equipment, and 5 star lesson experience!

I had this business help me with issues on my 4 Winn’s 180 Horizon. The boat works very well at this time since they serviced it in the Fall of 2018. They are primarily a Tow Boat company, but they have serviced my I/O’s (Four Winns and Regal) with no issues so far. Small business, but very friendly service.

The Faction is the place to go. They all actively participate in watersports making them extremely knowledgeable. That in itself is very valuable to me as a consumer. But what is even more impressive is their customer server. I have purchased numerous items from them and have never been disappointed. More recently, I brought my V-Drive to them for detailing and winter storage. The boat has looked the best since I have owned it (I purchased it used.) In addition, they noticed some issues with my boat that if left unattended could have been extremely expensive to repair. They not only diagnosed it, but fixed with zero hassles for me all at price that I felt was very reasonable. I am one happy customer!
