Brought my boat in to have an electric winch hooked up and my trailer lights repaired when I picked it up neither one worked and they said I would have to pay more, I complained but it fell on deaf ears! I was not happy to say the least.

I was overall pleased with the service that I received at rocket auto. I got a remote starter and the cost was 550 dollars for install and the product. I went in and had to go find the guys in the back to get assistance. Otherwise if I was a thief I could have walked into the front of the store and could have taken my keys without paying or any other car keys that they had laying on the counter.Maybe they could update service to using a door bell to alert them when a costumer walks in the store and stands around like a fool for 10 minutes.

Best work in town, i wouldnt think about taking my stuff anywhere else. Maybe im bias but the guys here work hard and get the job done right the first time. No sill business they tell it how it is and do what you need done.

I am from out of town and my air was not working and the fine man that owns the place stopped what he was doing to help me and went out of his way to fix it till my air was working and wouldnt take a dime for his time or labor. Nice enough people, came highly recommended, but have made 3---2 hour round trips back after initial install of auto start because my time keeps changing on the radio, cant afford another day off of work to try to get it fixed for a 4th time
