They have exceptionally nice employees who will treat you like you are the only customer at the time they spend with you. Ur car is safe a d well protected on his property and you get what you pay for meaning that if you pay a large amount you are getting top notch work done on ur vehicle.
Entire staff completley dishonest from adjusters, manager, shop technician, I strongly recommend not to use Ray Hyde for any repairs no matter how small
Horrible experience they ordered the wrong part twice and the third time the part ironically got lost in the mail its been over 6 months now ive been trying to get my car fixed..Would not recommend anyone to these people.The only reason i give them one star 🌟 they wont let me post my review without one

Did a fantastic job on my car. Lexi kept me updated and very professional and courteous. Lexi went out of her way to have my car delivered to my house after it was finished. My car was hit by a 18 wheeler it looks and drives brand new. Highly recommended!
Ray Hyde Automotive is wonderful. They not only replaced my hanging dinged up bumper, they buffed out my car and now I feel like I have a brand new car! They are reasonably and fairly priced and do outstanding work with wonderful communication between the owner and the business. Super happy with their work!

Work to repair small damage to our vehicle was done promptly and professionally. Ray personally took on small detail of minor repair of a golf ball that had hit my wife door of car unrelated to other repairs and then had our car detailed out! 5 star plus without a doubt!
The service I received was the absolute worst! They had my car for almost 2 months the first time around (The repair was supposed to take about 2 -3 weeks). I was told LIE AFTER LIE whenever I would call to check on the progress, (I caught them in these lies and the OWNER just shrugged it off and said oh well I run a billion dollar business, what did that have to do with anything I dont know). I was given my vehicle back and the front bumper kept popping off. I took the vehicle back so they could fix it properly. At this time the owner said he would fix it and agreed to put me in a rental (because at this point my insurance company and I had spent close to $1400 on a rental due to them not returning the car on time. I called several times leading up to the day I was suppose to take them my vehicle to ensure they would be able to start on it and make sure the rental was reserved. They assured me everything was ready I just needed to bring them the vehicle. When I arrived at the shop, Susan did not have the rental ready, instead she gave me all kind of excuses about the rental company calling her that morning and stating that no vehicles were available. I called the rental company myself and low and behold they had rentals available, so once again another LIE. I then told them a reservation had been made by Ray Hyde body shop and I stated what Susan told me they called and told her. The rental company assured me they never called and told anyone at Ray Hyde anything like that. The rental company also told me no reservations had been made from that shop. So once again I called Ray Hyde to let them know I spoke with the rental company. Susan reserved the rental car only after she was caught in that LIE. Skip ahead a week, I went to pick up my vehicle only to find that the hood and bumper had gaps in it. Instead of them explaining to me why the gaps could not be fixed, the OWNER Ray Hyde came out very rudely telling me its not going to be fixed and that I have a FORD, and its not like I have a Mercedes or a BMW, then he walked off, without letting me ask anymore questions or giving me a chance to respond. And this isnt even half of the things I went through dealing with this shop. I would not recommend them to anyone!! The customer service was horrible and in the end my car is still not completely fixed. The ladies at the front desk always say they will call back but they never do. Question whatever they tell you and ask to see the progress.
They have a very slick system going on since they have a Geico office right in the shop. I thought they were kind of smug as if they were doing me a favor to repair my car. Remember you have the right to take your car anywhere you want and Geico can make an appointment to come to you rather than you having to travel all the way to their office and getting your car repaired where they want you to.
Great customer service from the tow truck all the way until we got the car back. They called and updated us every step of the way. Got our vehicle back sooner than expected and havent had any issues!

So I drop off my car they said they’ll have it finished in 6 days we’ll then on the 6th day they delay it two more days then on that day the delay it again because they said they weren’t done painting and then the next day they delayed it again they need to get there butts up and do there jobs
My husband hit a deer and they did great work fixing the issues he was having. The only problem we had after was his battery got run down somehow.
These guys had 3 tries to get my truck right. Never did they get the fender paint rigt. Its thin and speckly. On the second try they finally removed a ding they put in the fender. 3rd try they still couldnt get bristles from something floating in the air out if the paint. They messed up my interior with some kind of as ray said vynl protectant the cleaners had no business putting in there. Then they said they cleaned it and left traces of the swirls in the crevices of the textured dash and trim and denied it being their fault at that time saying it was already like that. They also got overspray in my headlight and marker light. They got compound all over the engine compartment and never fully cleaned that up. They also got compound or paint all over the inside of my rear door and seat. They werent even supposed to be there. I also found out halfway house guys cleaned it and they stole my wedding ring I accidentally left in there and my knife I left behind. These guys are horrible and should be ashamed of themselves. He is a liar and does not care about your vehicle.
Took my car they for a scratch bumper charge me for changing out whole bumper my reverse sensor tail lamp etc wasnt none of that mess up and then someone stole my usb out my usb port
Our truck will never be the same.
