Not a bad showroom, but I wished that the tags were marked with the brands/manufacturers. While there were lots of chandeliers, we were on the hunt for single sconces for our home bar and only found lights for bathroom vanities and a handful of outdoor sconces. Prices didn’t seem astronomical, so that’s good, but we didn’t find what we were looking for, unfortunately.If you use Google maps to arrive, make sure you drive around to the front, especially if you’re coming off of I-395. Google led us to the back of the building.

I have bought a lot of things from Ferguson over the past year. For the most part I did not encounter any issues with the items that I purchased. The issue that I encountered recently involved a bathtub that was delivered on April 5th and was to be moved from the garage to my bathroom on May 4th. I did not notice when the tub arrived that they was a crack in the tub. From the way that the tub was wrapped I would not have noticed it. I called and emailed Ferguson Rep to let them know that the tub was cracked and she checked to see what could be done. The final response was that I still needed to pay $1334 for a new tub. Very difficult to pay for a new tub when I did not damage the one that is in my garage. All who are buying from Ferguson, check everything on arrival because either at 30-days you will still be required to pay for whatever was damaged in shipping.

Super helpful customer service. First of all, it was so easy to reach a live person on the phone. Evidently there was a confusion on my shower mixing/diverter valve when i placed the order the week before - needed a replacement part with different functionality (a mixing/diverter valve that has both hot-to-cold, and shower wand-to-rainfall shower head diverting capabilities in one). And this valve was holding up the job - preventing the GC from closing up the shower walls. The agents were not only able to overnight the part for free, but also refund my original freight cost. Very thankful. A++

We called prior to visiting the showroom to determine if we needed an appointment and to make sure we complied with covid protocols. We were told to come in that afternoon, that it would not be a problem. Upon arrival we were told we could look around but there would be nobody to answer even basic questions. The receptionist indicated there were no appointments available that day and did not offer to set up an appointment for a future date.

Horrible and rude staff! I was in the process of wanting to purchase kitchen cabinets and materials for my new master bathroom as I am building new construction. After viewing the showroom I tried to set an appointment with the front receptionist but unfortunately she was beyond rude and lacked customer service skills. She was too busy watching videos on her phone with headphones in ears looking straight down to her phone. After getting her attention to set up an appointment she was still listening to her videos on her phone and trying to multitask at the same time to help me make an appointment, which is very unprofessional. She was so distracted by her phone that she even repeated the same questions five times before taking off her head phones. During that time she got more aggressive as I asked if she could remove her head phones because she was not able to communicate properly. Then she told me not to get excited and to calm down. I will definitely keep her unprofessional comments in mind and take my 80,000$ budget to another store. At this point Home Depot has better employees that know how to serve better. I also brought it up to the managers attention and she promised to have someone reach out to me the same day to set an appointment. She also failed to deliver on her promise as I never heard back from anyone to schedule my appointment with a kitchen and bathroom consultant.

Redid a bathroom and kitchen and had an incredible experience. The service certainly beat that of home depots(does home depot even have anyone you can talk to ?!). And the prices somehow beat home depots holiday sale prices! DeShawna treated us like family!

We are looking for outdoor lighting for house. After reviewing hundreds of lights on their website, we thought it would be better to see in one of their showrooms. We were very disappointed in the lack of outdoor lighting products. Home Depot and Lowe’s carry a larger selection.

I had a wonderful experience at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, etc. Bernie helped me and was absolutely fabulous and patient. I had been looking online at the different stores to buy a faucet and a shower lever. You really cant tell what you are getting unless you see it in person. The prices were comparable to what you would pay online! I definitely will be back to Fergusons as we are having our bathroom remodeled and there are accessories I need to buy!The receptionist greeted me and was friendly. Offred me a drink and cookies.I am not sure how these people can rate Fergusons so low? They must have been there on their (the customer) bad hair day.Thank you Bernie!!

Great place to go if you want to see and touch some high end kitchen and bath features, appliances, sinks, toilets, and tubs. Knowledgeable staff provide excellent service without any sales pushiness. Highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade.

Customer Service from Toyya Bowman, Showroom Client Services. Five years ago, i purchased almost $5K from Ferguson when an addition was added to my home. A lot for me, a drop in the bucket for them. Last week, one of the half-bath towel rings broke for no reason - it is used far less than the full bath. Toyya did an exhausting research for me to determine if the product was under warranty and communicated to me regularly and was able to determine that it was out of warranty. Unfortunately, i would have to purchase the item to replace it. She provided me with the re-order information and made me feel like my little request was important. It meant a lot to me and just showed that even though Ferguson is a very large company, they take the time to follow up and provide outstanding customer service. I wanted to make sure that Toyya Bowman received the recognition. Thank you,

I went to Ferguson today looking for a new kitchen faucet because we had a broken piece on our Kohler appliance. Mr. Bernie Koehle supported us and when we explained our issue he recommended we call Kohler instead of buying a new faucet to take advantage of our Kohler warranty. What Bernie proved to us is that he was looking our best interest rather than just trying to make another sale--we appreciate his honest and forthrightness!! I will go back to Ferguson in Alexandria in the future!!

The showroom was very large and the employees were very friendly when we had questions. They did not hound us into buying and did not follow us around while we looked.We specifically were looking at bathtubs and they had no less than 15 readily available for us to check out. Prices and most dimensions were clearly available.They also have a few shower headsetups in a working oversized shower enclosure so you could see exactly how they functioned and felt with water.Additionally, they had a huge display of no less than 200 fixture setups.We were very impressed with the setup of the showroom and will definitely return when we want to make the final purchase.

The showroom had a lot of very nice mid/high-end bath/kitchen pieces. There were several things I was interested in.That said, when I entered, the lady at the front desk was busy on the phone and didnt even make eye contact with me. Not great, but really no big deal. I circled around the store and came back to her after awhile. She was still on the phone and it was clearly a personal call.There were no salespeople around to offer help or answer my questions.Its a shame, too, as this seems like a nice store, but you know what they say about judging a book by its cover....

RUN, dont walk to Fergusons for all you appliance needs.From their knowledgeable sales professionals like Rachel Lindsey to their dependable installation professionals Like Brittainy Donnell, this has been one of the best purchasing experiences in my 50+ years.After going to the big home stores to replace my gas range that had recently died and finding limited selection and even less help, a friend recommend Fergusons. I had never heard of Fergusons and after looking on line I thought they might be to high end for my basic needs. As soon as I walked into the show room I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist and directed to Rachel who assured me that Fergusons had a wide range of appliances for every budget, and she was right. Rachel took the time to listen to our needs and offered several ranges to choose from. At no time were we interrupted by other customers or felt rushed to make a decision. Once we purchased the Whirlpool range Rachel advised that we would hear from the installation department.Brittainy Donnell contacted us to provide us with delivery day options which would fit our schedule. On the day of delivery The installers arrived on time were completely prepared with everything needed to install a gas range, which is not as simple and an electric one. The old range was removed and the kitchen was as clean as before Fergusons arrived.I was so impressed by this experience that 2 weeks later I purchased a new Whirlpool low-profile microwave to match the stove. Being that there was no microwave there before, once again the installers we completely prepared for the job.Thank you Rachel, Brittainy and the Ferguson team.
