I intended to purchase a new phone as a gift. Sales rep didnt appear interested in whether she helped me or not. Was not friendly and took much too long to log onto her tablet. Once she did, I had to tell her three times my phone was not on our personal account, my phone was on a separate corporate account. She even asked to see my phone to check as if I didnt know what I was doing. Then she tells me she cant open/access our account without either sending a code to the old phone or have the old phone in hand. She acted as if it were a bother to explain this. She wasnt rude, but she was not helpful and did an extremely poor job of explaining the new security process.So... I told her to forget it, called and drove 30 miles to the Verizon- Cellular Sales store in Sylacauga, AL received excellent customer service, and bought the phone.I recommend anyone in Alexander City needing Verizon service to take the time to go to the Verizon- Cellular Sales store in Sylacauga. Youll be glad you did.
