Ethan was great. He started helping me as soon as I walked into the store.

We had a little bit of a wait because we showed up at 430, they were busy and only had one employee who was training another. But, they did everything to make sure we were satisfied new customers by the time we left. I highly recommend this store in Alexander City.

The store was just fine. The customer service rep was just, got taken care quickly with all I needed done and some. Change of address, phone #, new phone and a tablet to boot. She did great job, and quickly. Thank you so much.

Ok service but never have what you want

Went to the AT&T store in Alexcity al. My sons phone got stolen a few days ago when he car was stolen . I hate having to call to try and figure out what department to talk to when calling customer service. Ashley was the sales person that day and I told her what was going on and that I hated having to call and stay on phone forever. She didn’t hesitate at all and stepped up and got my information and called the proper numbers and started my claim for me . After that I only had to speak with them for a short few minutes to finish the claim. Ashley was super nice and very helpful with getting our phones replaced . Ashley was also apologetic about my sons car and phone being stolen. Outstanding customer service !! Way to go Ashley !! It’s nice to pay a lot of money for cell phones and service and when you actually come to their store they are happy to help in every way possible!!! Definitely recommend stopping in and talking with her .

Amazing customer service. Staff is attentive, efficient and well informed about the products they are selling. Also they DO NOT CLOSE FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY, if they have closed it was probably due to an emergency or being short staffed :)
