Nice and helpful staff. Lots of home decor options for very reasonable prices. My friend got a couch here and it was a great deal and they were able to recommend a wonderful moving service for cheap and efficient delivery. Returns are easy and painless. Their loyalty program will save you a lot of money.

This place has really cleaned up its act in past years. Great deals on GOOD furniture, kewl halloween selection, and just a fun place to look around. Need a couch or chair, check them out before over spending at some fancy store. Worth the time to see what they have!

I ordered a bed from this store and the people that work there were not very friendly. Then I started paying for my bed months I paid my bill really early always but I got changed I late fee anyway. So I want be getting anything at Big Lots ever again. I paid my bill off really early and I had not ever get another bill from them.

The big lots on Hall road is a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful and during the coronavirus situation they disinfect the counter and keypads in between every single customer no exceptions. The selection in the store is good youve got everything from major household furniture like beds and couches to smaller items for your kitchen household goods food items. Overall a good store to get just about anything you need.

Not good things are old even the coke was old it takes a long time for a soda to go bad and the prices are not cheap on anything!! Not worth your time!

They have great furniture at your prices. I ordered from the store though Sept 30 2020 and still do not have my stuff. I ordered online several times though and received my furniture within a few days. So Im not at all like the on store ordering process and I really think it needs work. I have actually made complaints to the company and no one has responded. It should not take 2 months to get furniture. Two of my items are in but I am not allowed to pick them up until my third item arrives in the store. I do not like that policy either. If it were only going to be a couple of weeks later ok but 2 months later I should be able to pick up what is in the store. I do not recommend you offer anything through the store.

I recently walked into our local #BigLots. Wow, inside the store a total transformation. A modern, stylist look with wider isles and open floor plan to view from one side of the department store all the way to the other side of the store. Nice, neat, stylist, modern. I liked it👍👍

Quick visit, but found what was needed. Ok selection on faux flowers but couldve been better. Expensive.

They are doing an EXCELLENT job making things safer during this pandemic. Most customers are masked up and I feel safe going into this store. I like with someone who is very compromised and they feel safe going here. Thank you Big Lots for caring about the safety of your customers!

Ordered a bed with frame and was told four to six weeks for arrival in the store. I contacted them several times each time told its not in yet.Finally I went in personally to discuss this. They said I should have been told 12 weeks due to backups. However I pointed out to the staff that it is now been 13 weeks. About 14 weeks now as of the date of this writing. Staffs response was basically the shrug her shoulders and say nothing we can do itll be here when its here.This is definitely not the time to order any furniture or anything for that matter that is not currently in stock.

I love to shop at this store. Their employees are so nice and all offer great customer service. Every time I shop there at least 2 employees come up to me and ask if I need assistance. They have a nice selection of home decor and furniture at great prices.

I always forget- I should check Big Lots first! I had been looking for a couple entry way rugs with a non slip backing for quite awhile. No luck in the colors I wanted.Then I saw an ad for rugs on sale at Big Lots, and wouldnt you know it; I found multiple options, and on sale too!! Check Big Lots- they will surprise you.

I wish I could remember his name, but the tall young man in the furniture dept is the best! Ive bought quite a few large pieces over the last couple of months and he has always been the best help.

Went into this store for two recliners, the salesman was very helpful, he loaded them in my car and I was very pleased. But what I was most impressed with was the store, it was clean and orderly not like other Big Lots that I have been in in the past. I will return!

I just have to say, this Big Lots is doing retail right! Every time I come in (almost once a week), at least during Christmas decor season, its spotless. I am greeted as soon as I enter the door. Every cashier that Ive come in contact with, makes great conversation, beyond did you find everything ok. This team truly cares. I wish I knew the mans name that rang me out on Register 3 @ 12:08pm today. He was such a delight. He was getting to see his son after work today. He was beaming as he told me, and it made my heart so happy. As a long - time retail employee & Regional Recruiting Manager now, I like to let someone know when a team deserves some major recognition. Thank you for consistently being amazing!

We ordered and paid for a couch on August 8. We were told in would be in by the end of August. Its now September 11, and when I called all the sales person could tell me was I havent had one come in in weeks and its not scheduled for Monday either, so I dont know.IM slightly frustrated at this point with no communication and not receiving something I have paid for over a month ago.

Miniature Walmart style store for the super budget minded. Lately they have focused more on furniture, most of which is fairly good quality. Bargains can be found in the food section but dont expect to find the same product the next time you go. They rotate food products frequently. Good supply of gardening supplies and patio furniture. You can find plenty of inexpensive products of fairly good quality if you look.

Easy layout in store. Very clean store and restrooms! Everything looked neat on shelves. Great prices. Employees were very helpful. He carried large lawn cushions to car and loaded them for me.

If they had a worse than 1 star, I would hit that one. Customer service is horrible and apparently the store has no items in stock. Why even advertise if you dont have it to sell? No way in hell will I ever come back here.

The manager apologized but would not give me the shelf price which any other store (walmart, kroger, etc...) Would have done seeing as its their error. I went here for my usual good deal on coffee k cups. This was the week before Christmas so the store was very organized and well stocked. Restrooms are clean but a little creepy as they are not very well lit and down a long hallway. Staff is always helpful. Doesnt have as much inventory as the West Knoxville location.

This is by far one of the nicest, neatest, and most organized Big Lots I have ever seen! I cant even think of any areas where improvements are needed! Great experience! Why did I wait so long to shop here?!!! Definitely recommend!

This location is actually better than I expected. Pretty large store and decently organized. Some of the aisles were a bit too narrow and the cart I had was difficult to push and needed some repair. I was able to find almost everything I was looking for and the checkout staff was friendly.

Big lots is a place I love to go to when I have time to browse. You never know what you might find. I have got a lot of great things cheap here. They sell food, pet, household, cosmetics, furniture and so much more

Found what I was looking for. Noticed alot of furniture now. Looks like a variety. Mattresses also. The store was straighted up and neat. Way back yrs ago I can remember that store was not very organized and tidy. Much better job now. Managers are on it. Worth stopping in and looking everything over. Sometimes you can get great bargains.

Love their deals! Couldnt keep from buying some of their $8 Serta pillows or the $25 memory foam version. Really wish they had an app but the discount card is ok too. Sign up for a rewards card online before going to the store to get $5 off of a $15+ order coupon.

This is a neat store. They have a lot of neat new stuff for reasonable prices. We are able to but for large bookshelves for a very good price. Ive not had any bad experiences here.

Normally I would give Big Lots a Five Star, but my last experience was not so great. I needed to buy a household of furniture. I spent close to 2 hours selecting items.I went up to the furniture desk to order and pay for items. Probably around $2000 worth. However, they only had ONE ITEM.They said I could order it, but had no idea of when I would get it.DAYS? MONTHS? They couldnt tell me.I was furious. BIG LOTS IF YOUR OUT OF THE ITEM TAKE IT OFF THE SHELF.

Crazy stuff at great prices. The furniture is the best deal of anywhere and it lasts for years. Ive had many couches from here and have used a bed from there for 10 years! Enjoy!
