Very helpful staff, they also honored a pricetag that was forgotten to be take down that was $75 less than the current price. Also they have a convenient affordable propane refill station that you can drive your RV upto.. A store full of very useful stuff and a large selection of dogfood you cant find at other pet stores..

Lately I have been going to Tractor Supply for a lot of things I need to build out my garden and Urban Homestead. The help I have received each time has been great especially from gabriel. I had to get a few 16ft cattle panels and a chicken coop home. I didnt know they rented trailers and it was super convenient when he told me they offered that. They are a bit high in price compared to other places but they make up for it in customer service.

You will be pleasantly surprised. Good products, nice employees. 👍

The bag of dog food under the $19.99 sign rings up at the register for over $44 at Tractor Supply in Albuquerque. When I wouldnt buy it at $44+ dollars at the register and told them the signage was deceptive I was told it is not. They have the $19.99 bags of dogfood but it is on the next aisle over. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was too busy unloading a truck so I am taking my complaint to online instead.

Down to earth employees... true customer satisfaction. This is the place to go for all your hardware needs and country living products. Everything is basically half the price as lowes and Home Depot, but yet, its built with pride to last. American quality screams from their products. Will definitely be a routine customer.

Wow! Such great service! We are new to Tractor Supply. We are raising chickens for the first time. Service has always been friendly and helpful, but yesterday when we were assembling our coop, we realized a piece was missing. The employees at this store happily opened another coop and replaced my part. I was so glad that it could be done quickly and locally. I did not have to deal with the manufacturer and wait for something to be shipped. They took an inconvenient situation and turned right around for me.

I will never return to the store. Last year I got some Rhode Island reds. They had a nice chick setup nice and the chickens were healthy. Went back this year and the chicks were in such poor condition we decided to take a home because we felt so bad for them. The poor things were pasted and hardly walking. Almost half of them died! So disappointed in there lack of care. They had all ages and types mixed in the brooders. The people couldnt even tell me what breed they were!?!? Yikes 😬

Heather was a terrific help. They just didn’t carry all the plumbing parts I needed. I do wish they would carry more American made products, but realize the cost is a deterrent.How can we get back to making/ manufacturing quality items in this country without the cost being triple (or more) of what China can make/ship/distribute them for???????

Worst experience in online shopping I’ve ever had!! They canceled my order twice for no reason that they could figure out! Then once we had them order it and was successful the local ABQ managers did not know their own inventory and “accidentally “ their words, cancelled our order again! I was on The phone for 2 hours trying to get the order re done! We ended up not getting anything. I will NEVER shop there again...I’ve been trying to be understanding due to covid but this company needs to seriously invest in a better online interaction as well as supplying smaller markets!

The lady that was in charge of helping customers was very unprofessional and rude and brushed us off as if we werent going to buy anything had to go to the front and ask if someone can help. Then once again she insisted that the product wasnt available when clearly online and in store computers said it was. Landed up having the product and laughed when she found it.

I was recently in your store about 45 minutes ago actually. I took a friend with me it was his first time there, so I took my time showing him around. I had already found the few items we had gone in for. Your employees continuously asking us if we needed help. Which I continuously replied no we were fine. If they werent asking if we need help, they were following us and staring at us and,Im talking about 4-5 employees.To top it all off now there are 2 BCSO (POLICE) standing at the front entrance.As I paid for the items I had and preceded to the exit the officer followed us outside. The officer stated that your employees saw me put something in my pocket. Which was not true. I suggested that the officer go back and review the surveillance camera.Well Im writing this review so that tells you that that the officer didnt see anything on the video. It was so embarrassing to be accused of shoplifting right in front of your store as customers were going in and out. Your staff profiled us the second we walked in your store. Last I heard that was illegal. Your staff needs to be retrained on customer service because youve just lost 2 customers.

There are so many different things here. We went for fencing and also picked up chicken feed. There are seeds, flower bulbs, trees, dog food!Clothes, boots, overalls! So many things! They are clean, friendly and very helpful!

This place reminded me of being back in my hometown, where life is slower. We visited TSC for a self serve dog wash on what usually is a busy Saturday morning. The staff members were eager to help and greeted us promptly.I didn’t know where the aprons were so I was prepared to get wet. However, as I started to rinse my dog, one of the staff came over placed the apron on me and tied it, so i would’ve have to stop washing the doggo. He continued to give suggestions about the different modes of the wash head and went over the various shampoos they offered. $9.99 is well spent here because I don’t want my drain to be clogged with dog hair :)When the dog needs to be cleaned we will head back. There was no wait and the staff was very helpful and the dog seemed to enjoy the smells (they had ducklings and chicks for sale at the time we went)

Do not buy a champion generator here. They dont honor their warrenty after only 3 weeks. The Insurance u get with it wont honor it and the 3 year factory warrent wont honor theirs either. In a year and a half fighting for this warrent and to be fixed or replaced, Ive only had the generator in my possession 3 weeks and one day

Unfortunately I have gotten moldy food from them twice now. Once probably was just bad luck, but twice is pushing it. I think it is because they are storing food uncovered outside for longer periods of time. It is just very concerning because that can actually make your animals very sick and possibly kill them. So please beware!

I cannot express how let down I am by the unhelpfulness of the staff here. I attempted to find a compost bin, was misdirected then after asking a second time was told they didnt have any in stock. I decided to get the items to build one and no one assisted me in getting the trash cans unstuck. I wasted time coming here.

There are many choices for pet food, toys and supplies here. You can also get shoes and boots and and a few clothing options. There are other things here as well so its best if you just stop by and take a look! Theres also a pretty good selection of bird seed and feeders!

Took my dog in to use the dog wash. The place was a mess and I noticed that there were no clean towels to dry off. I left the washing room and asked an employee about the towles. She said to go ahead and wash the dog, and she would bring in fresh towels. She never showed up! I didnt want to leave the dog unattended, so I tried calling the store from inside the washing room. The phone rang about 40 times and no one answered! I found a roll of paper towels and tried to dry off the dog. That didnt work very well, so I tried calling the store again to ask for towels. Again, the phone rang more than 40 times, and again no answer! I finally dried her off with the paper towels as best as I could. We left the washing room and tried to find the manager. I could not find ANYBODY!I walked around the store to find someone without any luck. The only employee I saw was one cashier who had a line with about 10 people in it. So, I left, never to return !!!

We love the dog washing stations they have. We use them about 2 times a month. We also buy dog treats and yard tools from them. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful!I rated it a 3 star due to the length time the dog groomers took ahead of us. 45 minute waite. We finally decided to go in and use the tubs and they were still in there when we left. There should be a sign in big letters stating NOT FOR PRIVATE BUSINESS. TIME LIMIT 30 MINUTES. Some people have no class.

Rude employee. Have a rule about only one person at a time for dog cleaning. Just was trying to help my wife get my dog into the dog wash station and the employee came by and informed us that only one person was allowed. This rule makes no sense. I would understand one dog at a time.

I was trying to find a specific animal feed and the first two workers we talked to said “I don’t know, we may have it” but didn’t actually try to help us find what we were looking for. The third employee was chatting with a co worker and said the same thing but seemed more interested in her conversation than pointing us in the right direction, and the selection wasn’t great. I would find a better location to shop at next time I am in need.

Was put on hold twice for 10 minutes by the same girl who answered the phone. She must be related to someone there because customer service sucks. No wonder we dont buy locally. Amazon here I come.

I have pure bred dogs that require a high protein food, the breeder recommended the Hi-Protein food and my puppies love it!!! Our other doggies are eating it as well (better than their old food). The staff are welcoming and helpful.

I love Tractor Supply. This location not impressed with. Two employees were talking at the customer service desk...I had to stand there for a few minutes before one finally looked my way. No one asked me if they could help me so I asked where a certain product was. One guy pointed vaguely and said It would be down there if we had it and walked away. I looked where he pointed but didnt see it. I went to another section where I thought it might be but no luck. I went back to the first location and looked down a few more aisles...it was in the next one....if his point would have been direct I wouldnt had to walk around for 10 minutes.What was really irritating was that I saw that same guy a few times and not once did he even acknowledge me or ask if I had found what I was looking for.i wouldnt go to that location again...the employees at the Bernalillo location are always friendly and helpful. Farther drive but worth the drive to have people who know customer service help you. And not seemed bothered that they did.

I went into the store looking for a specific item. I couldnt locate it so i went to ask for assistance. The girl who i asked had an ear bud in and i had to ask 3 times ( with no response) then the 4 time i asked if i could get assistance she nodded yes. She was on the computer but never said be with you in a moment or that she was busy. I asked about the item i was looking for and she aimlessly point and said if we have them they would be over there. If i could have found it on my own i would have asked. Then i said ok i wanna see about ordering the piece i was looking for. She said o wel we would have to contact the manufacturer and then it takes about 3 weeks. You carry the item online why couldnt we have check there or maybe just attempted any type of customer service? My cashier Jo was veru pleasant on my way out. Very disappointed.Nicole

I was picking up an on-line order from a neighbor. The service was excellent, they even did an exchange right then and there for the proper food for the pig I was feeding.Very knowledgeable, and pleasant.This Bernalillo location is the place to go.

Love bringing my dogs here for baths. They have a self serve wash room for your pups. A basin tub with sprayers, shampoo & conditioner, towels, etc. Cant beat it for $10 & totally worth it not having to wash my Huskies in the tub at home.

They didnt have the correct length of liberty bibs, my hubby needed a 34 length. But he will have to make a 32 work. But the workers very very helpful in trying to find me a 34 length (that they had 6 months ago) but no dice. But that ok because the workers went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you! At the 2nd St NW store:Customers ignore social distancing and don’t use masks. So does staff, although a few use masks. The young cashier, who stands about two feet away, kept her mask down around her neck until I asked her to put it on; then she covered only her mouth until I asked her to pull it up over her nose. She doesn’t “like it.”Until Covid-19 is gone, this is not a safe place. Shop elsewhere.

Awesome store, super staff, too bad cooperate wouldnt get off their butt and allow them to get a fresh load of 3-string Alfalfa (what they have had for the last 6 weeks I wouldnt give to our goats much less horses) and so they are left to turn away loyal customers such as myself who buys over $600 worth of Alfalfa feed alone a month for our ranch.....guess I have to take that purchase somewhere else, sadly.

I dont know who does the ordering for this tractor supply place but when they run out of something it takes weeks and I mean weeks for them to replenish the supply example I was looking for a couple dog muzzles for my to Rottie puppies and also a prong collar chain for training they told me they no longer carry them set me to the Bernalillo store to pick up one 2 weeks later they had the same color back in the original store. Ive been back there four times looking for the muzzle from my dog and they been out for well over a month somebody obviously is not doing the order and properly I spoke to some guy named John and he really couldnt give me the answers other than excuses. I guess its just a new way of society oh well

Wanna be rancher, country girl at heart. So excited to have a Tractor Supply in town. The staff is nice and have a lot of floor stock. However, I was a little disappointed that they did not have stock of their mens graphic tee shirts. I would have loved to have purchased a few had they had the sizes I was looking for.

Customer service is pretty simple...if you dont know the answer say youll find out or tell the customer to call at a time when someone will know. I was told 2 times chickens would be available. Once on Saturday and then Monday. Guy then shows me some upc symbols of available chickens but doesnt know when they will arrive...but dont worry they are setup to take them. I dont typically give 1 star. Went to Villiage Mercantile...they had their act together.
