If I could put zero stars I would. I honestly dont know how they stay in business. They screw up orders over and over again, cant keep track of what has been ordered as well as the payments you made to them, then its always the customers fault and never BMC fault, I seriously hope this place closes down for good so nobody has to experience the horrible customer service they have to offer.

Its an extension of the company I work for.

Very unsatisfied, bad service, bad timing (waited 4 months for a door that was delivered damaged and installed badly) then they use the merger of bmc and 1BFS as an excuse to not make valid the warranty. Find another place to shop.

Great material selection and helpful staff. Im honestly not sure how some of their competitors remain in business. BMC and ABQ Exotic Woods are without question the best places to get hardwoods in the city.

This has to be the most customer unfriendly business I have had to do business with. On numerous visits the office staff refuse to acknowledge you as you walk in the door. This will happen even after you make eye contact. Minutes can go by before they even ask if you need assistance. You would think customers are what makes their business go round but the lack of civility and courtesy lead me to believe otherwise.

Somewhat small but good selection of hardwood lumber up to 8 quarter and friendly staff. The best place in ABQ to get lumber.

Went in to look for some Cherry wood and the selection in the bin wasnt too great. A very helpful employee offered to take down a whole pallet of Cherry with the forklift so I could go through it. I found just what I was after.

Closed early on a Friday and said come back on Monday. I was picking up doors and this just threw off my whole schedule. Wont see a dime of my money moving forward.
