Absolutely the worst costumer service!! Manager was very unprofessional. They wouldn’t allow a return on unused bolts that I purchased there!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

This place has every fastener you would ever need or want.....even if they dont they can make it happen with time. So, be patient.....and good things come to those who pay.

1st time Ive made the trip into Barnhill and left empty-handed... granted this is the 1st time in 35 years this has been the case...always the best in town...

If I could give it a zero star I would. I went in looking for a 33/64 drill bit was at first told it was $50 then $45 and then they had to actually put it in the system to be able to sell it to me. When it came time to pay they charged me $100 for a DRILL BIT I had no choice as to pay it because the job needed to get done but these drill bits form the exact manufacturer and exact model are $20 I feel like they took advantage of me because they new I didnt have a choice because I couldnt find anybody in town who had it. Will not be returning here again!

This was the third time in Barnhill that they didnt have the specialty bolts I needed. Basically if Home Depot doesnt have want your looking for, Barnhill wont have it either. Dont waste your time here when you can order any fastener under the sun on the internet.

Any bolt any size with nuts to spare. Good place.

The $10 minimum is a little steep, but if you need a certain type of screw or bolt and cant wait 2 or 3 days, odds are pretty good theyll have it

Good, honest folks. Crazy selection. Looks like they machine on-site. Brian was working the counter, very knowledgeable.

A go to shop for bolts and fasteners. The employees actually take the time to ensure you get what you need, which is rare these days. They have always had everything I need in stock and Im in and out quickly.

Not so friendly staff seemed like I was a bother more than a customer. Purchased 4 bolts and was very pricey. Recommend home depot first.

Had what we needed! Staff was courteous and helpful. He asked questions to clarify that we were purchasing exactly what we needed. Wouldnt hesitate to return or recommend.

Did not have the exact bolt but the substitute works great. 10 minutes in and out, and I picked a container to clean up the work bench. Thank you gentlemen.

More employees there than customers yet I had to call out for help after standing there and being ignored for 10 minutes. Then they didnt have what I needed after waiting another 10 minutes, and the employee was gruff and rude. I then went to Copper State, where I was immediately helped by two courteous employees.How this place stays in business is beyond me.

They have a ten dollar minimum. I needed one bolt. There was no one in the store when i went in, and they wonder why they have no business. You are better making a dollar from a million people than ten dollars from one thousand people. More sales equals more money.

If you have a need for anything fastener related, this is the place to go. They have a ton of parts in stock and ready to go. They are local, so you can get what you need right away, but some prices can be way above what you can find online. Always try to by local, as long as its affordable.

Barnhill sold me the wrong bolt. When I returned the next day they were upset. I was going to buy the correct part from them until they charged me 10% as what they claimed is a restocking fee. No where on the invoice or in the store do they document a restocking fee. When I asked why the clerk told me Just sign it pal, it is not going to change.In summary Barnhill will sell you the wrong part. Charge you both ways, then seek to over charge you for the right part. Grainger has the correct bolt in stock for $6 over Barnhills $18. In my opinion, Barnhills business paractices are bottom of the barrel at best.

Long wait. Morose vibe, not much on the sales floor. Not everything advertised on the walls is available...not even to special order.

If you cant find it or you need a bulk amount check with Barnhill bolt they can get you or make anything
