All Im going to say is that these people have to deal with a lot especially with the whole covid thing going on pandemic whatever you want to call it so I have nothing bad to say about these people in any way whatsoever as far as I could tell they were doing the best they could with what they had which was lack of staff but I dont blame that on any of them if people dont want to work people dont want to work!!! But people need to remember that regardless of whether theyre working or not they need to treat people who are working with a little bit more patience and workers also need to remember that in the same respect and dont forget to be nice everyonethank youNeil Robinson

Great people but wear mask at all times...

I usually do my own grocery shopping but decided to try the grocery pick up. I will NEVER do it again! They gave my groceries to someone else! How do you do that!?!? How do you not verify the customer name on the order with the person whose trunk you are putting stuff into!? And when I finally got my stuff, after waiting for an hour, I found that items were missing! I will stick with doing my own shopping!

The staff were nice but I wouldnt recommend pickup service. After waiting 40 minutes I went inside to customer service who asked a manager about picking up a delivery. I was told the typical wait time for pickup is 1 to 3 hours.I recommend Walmart to do away with this service if their system cannot handle it.For those using the service at a hot location:Dont keep the windows closed as you will have quite a wait. Have a way to occupy yourself while waiting. Shop in person next time.

The staff were friendly and professional while having to deal with some rude customers. The lines for checkout werent too long a f they have new self checkout lines that help expedite the process. The grocery area is fairly well stocked with plenty of fresh produce and an ample meat selection. The parking lot isnt that dirty and there are active speed cameras to help prevent reckless driving. Its a decent place to pick up your basic needs.

Disability carts available and working well, very large store, plenty of parking and disability parking right in front. Friendly and helpful employees - loaded my purchases into my vehicle and promptly took disability cart back to store

I wanted to exchange a broken motion light and told him that but he returned the $ instead to a card I dont possess because its my x womans card that day the self check out was card only... anyways was very frustrated Wasted my gas to go down there to swap out exchange emotion like that I had got the 2nd one for for around my house Well need to give it to them and leave empty handed and the manager didnt even apologize just said nothing they can do. I felt it was somewhat on purpose but who really knows.

So i stopped shopping at wal mart for some time now but i needed to get some gift cards but i was only allowed to get 2 and cashier said her manager told her to deny me and wasnt given any reason for the deny of any further more gift cards. That really sucks so from now on Ill have to get different gift cards from a much different and better business shot Target just a continuing customer thanks to wal mart....

I wanted to commend an employee who was working at the produce section. His name was Fernando and he went above and beyond to help me get a plastic bag, opened it for me so I could place the vegetables. My hands were full as I didn’t have a shopping cart and I appreciated his gesture. He didn’t have to do that and I hope he and other employees who go above and beyond get rewarded.Thank you!

Customer service was completely rude. Needed paint and the lady that came to open the case openly ignored me and spoke only to my partner. The guy that i originally asked where the paint was just said its in the back corner which was actually oil for vehicles. As I was trying to get to the register there were three employees just standing in the middle of the isle talking who refused to move to allow my partner and I and our daughter through making us actually have to go down another isle to get around. I will not be returning to this store.

Wow Walmart multi billion company and this is the kind of produce you take pride in !!!! It could be washed at least to look presentable. !!!!But of course nothing will be done, so hopefully the public will see this picture!!!!

This location is super convenient seeing as its 3 minutes from home. I can get in and out quickly. Also, the pricing cant be beat!

Myself and My boyfriend brought our service dogs into the store yesterday we were treated with respect and had no problems at all getting around the store.

Love that its close to not only dollar tree and Ross but also Wendys and taco bell. The store isnt as well stocked as the other Walmarts in the area but its decent. Employees are friendly enough 👍

Good place to get just about anything, just not enough checkstands open or even one for that matter.. just self checkout. It was well after 12pm, there should be some open. Also to many things locked up, either in glass cases or locked to the display rack.

Busy as usual. Plenty parking for passenger vehicles. Overnight parking in rear in rear for commercial vehicles.

Quick and easy to get to in East Albuquerque off I-40 (Eubank South) in fairly close range of the Sandia Mts foothills to the North and National Museum of Nuclear Science just South.

The workers talk at you and assume youre stupid if the self checkout messes up. I dont feel comfortable shopping here. The ppl at the door seem more like correctional officers than friendly door greeters. Just a bad vibe. No mask enforcement either. Workers dont cover their noses.

This place is always really busy its kind of a messy store I have been to many Walmarts from Colorado to new Mexico and to be honest this one is the only one I dont like going to. The employees in the front of store are so busy that they dont have time to be friendly. But the employees in back like the guys stalking things and cleaning isles are always super helpful and talkative. I always have a hard time finding items at this Walmart for some reason. Either they are out of the item Im looking for or its in a different place than what it usually is at other stores. And it is always crowded.

Good products and generally in stock, you just might wanna leave with a knife 🗡️

Everytime I go there are employees standing around, doing nothing with a glaze over their eyes. No carts and when I ask, they say the cart machine isnt working so I have to walk out and get my own cart from the parking lot. They literally just stand around. I then get attitude if I ask for help. They dont check-out anymore, but want to charge me for bags? That should be payment for checking myself out. I never liked Walmart but its far worse now.

There arent lines, and if there are, they dont last long! Staff is helpful, and they stock often enough to have everything I need.

There are more than enough workers walking around! Why are there only 2 registers open every time I come in here. I DO NOT WORK HERE!!! I don’t want to check myself out. I would apply if I did. Do better

Never had any issues with my shopping at this location and checking out has always been relatively fast and efficient, particularly when using self-checkout kiosks.

Great value and good shopping. Miss some of the items carried at my home store. Paying for shopping bags was something new to experience.

They are hiring too many people but are not trained correctly. They are lost to give directions to items needed. Part of their training should be item location.

You want curbside pickup? DONT DO IT! Unless you enjoy wasting time... for the amount of time you spend waiting for them to bring your groceries, you can do you own shopping AND have time to spare. This will be my first AND last time!! Walmart sucks!

Im here now at 5:56 on 6/28/21 and in the fruit produce section in the front of the store are boxes of MOLDY oranges. The glare kinda blocks it but Im not touching it.

Its a Wal-Mart. Ive learned to not expect much. The isles are always blocked with skids of product. Yet you never see anyone putting anything away.

Im pretty much used to being stereotyped once I walk inside of a Walmart but this one stood out the most. Went in to return a lawn mower and even though I had the receipt they inspected the box from top to bottom matched serial numbers made sure I had the debit card on me that was used to purchase the item. Went to buy an upgraded lawn mower and even though they watch me pay for it through the self-checkout they still inspected the receipt on my way out when it was the only item on the receipt. Not to mention the horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars and most definitely would

Seems since the pandemic . Service has become terrible.I have talked to friends and decided to stop shopping at Walmarts world wide.Many of my friends to my surprise support me and have also felt harassed wall shopping, stopped on the way out and questioned and follow through the store.I believe personally that a person could be any race Creed religion or nationality.I believe we also all deserve the right to dress culturally, ethnically or as anyone desires including pajamas. Lol...Although the Walmart gestapo does not fill the same way.I will be updating ratings on other Walmarts I visited and have experienced bad times as well which so far is every one of them in the state of New Mexico.And some in Southern Colorado.Due to the internet were all nationally connected internationally connected connected worldwide.I support anyone whos had an issue here with stopping our needs or thoughts of satisfying needs by shopping with the great value or Walmart name brand.This will include the cancellation of my Sams club membership.Good luck and may the robots of Walmart be with you.Hey is being a stock shared company maybe you guys can sit at home get checks while the robots work.. I have been to this store many times and most of the time they only have 1 checkout lane open, which is absolutely ridiculous. If they had just a few more lanes open this store would be significantly better

Dear Manager, Ive been shopping at your store for 8 years...2 times per week and leaving you with about 300.00 each week.I am saddened by your poor customer service last night (3/4/21) when i called Electronics 6 times at around 8pm. I had to keep calling back and no answer what so ever the phone kept ringing for like 20 times each time. Then I asked Alan at Customer Service to connect me with a manager-up front and the phone rang, and rang-didnt pick up finally it was picked up but hung up right away. Then I called again-electronics a female answered the phone (I didnt get her name) she listened but wasnt sure if they had what I was asking for so she put me on hold for like 10 minutes. I finally give up.If anyone desevers a raise IT IS ALAN he was your only employee answering phones and doing his job. Please, thank him also for doing his job right-He is to be commended. But please!! Talk to Electronics employees, and your Manager up front. Apparently, they are totally not doing theyre job that You hired them for.Thank you, Sincerely your loyal customer.

Terrible customer service no one there knows where anything. Went to pick up a AC UNIT SAID THEY WERE IN STOCK AT THIS STORE ON EUBANK THEN GOT THERE AND GOT SENT ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE LOOKING FOR IT. FINALLY WE FOUND IT BY THE REGISTER TO FIND OUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT. NOT HAPPY

Once inside it is the same as any other Walmart. Large selection at competitive prices. But outside is a mess. Congested and oddly laid out roads are a headache. The place is always busy! Other stores in the area increase the traffic and congestion. Not a good part of town for those just passing through.

Been waiting almost 30 minutes for online pickup. Two different people coming to ask what I’m waiting for.

So I visit this store regularly and let me say that Thearesa is one of the greatest most helpful people there. I went in because had money sent to me stood online got to the front 2 people behind the counter and she says she can not help so I look and ask Jain “manger” and no response not sure but I think I hear no hablo and walked away. Come to find out he could have helped buy choose to be rude and ignorant of a customer. To ensure you have return coustmers is to treat them just the way you want to be treated. Manger 10 + years.... will not return...

Ridiculous. Ive been here four times in the last week trying to get in but have not got my errands done bc of the stupid 75 person limit. My frustration meter gets crazy when Im waiting outside in the cold for over 45 mins & Im still nowhere close to the door. Using the order on line and pickup at store system. Love it! The boys who delivered to the car were extra special! Even caring for where they would place my eggs! The selection of produce we ordered was perfect! Even better than when we shop for it ourselves! Thank you for this option and be safe

Employees working customer service or in management positions should know how to do tax exempts for tax exempt government cards. How can they help the customers if they dont know how to do their job? Suggesting to have their employees do an annual refresher on completing tax exempt transactions, so that they can hopefully remember how to do it.

To hot in your store, need to have air conditioner on, when temperatures are high outside.
