Here is an update on these guys since my last review on them. I am strongly reversing my opinion on this company. Soon after their installation, about two weeks later one of the windows has a broken piece that won’t allow the window to stay upright. After a couple of phone calls and rude responses by their service manager I finally had a guy come over to look at it 4 weeks after I called. He said it would take two more weeks to get the part in and here we are 6 weeks later since he came by and no part yet. Worst yet their sales person who was so nice to sell me his products is no where to be found. I’ve texted home with no replies. I don’t recommend these guys after all! Go somewhere else. I regret making this substantially expensive purchase with such poor service. 12/15/2020These guys were true professionals. They came in just as they said and on time. They installed 11 windows for me and every single one came out perfect. No issues what so ever. I highly recommend this outfit. You wont be disappointed.

We had an appointment for an estimate today to replace a 6’ sliding glass door. Of course the price depends on the style and material etc. The estimator was a bit cagey about prices, until I asked directly what he thought it wold cost. Mind you I was only wanting a vinyl replacement door. His starting price was $5,000 and it went up from there. I said that was more than what I expected. He asked how much I wanted to pay, but all I could think of was, “not sure, but not that much.”He stated that they don’t carry cheap junk, and that I could get a new door somewhere else for a couple thousand. Then he said “good luck with that”. I thanked him for coming out and bid him good day as I showed him to the door.After he left, my wife and me thought that he was right on the edge of rudeness. I mean, not everyone is able to afford high end merchandise. Even though we can, I thought the price was more than the benefit of replacing the door. He didn’t seem to realize that to some, a $1,000-$2,000 door would be something to be proud of, but in his estimation it was junk. The entire appointment was seven minutes long, but that’s all it took to put me off to your company.Steven A.

P.J. and Mike arrived right on-time and ready to work. They did an excellent job installing our new front door. Anyone who knows a little about this type of job knows that you can have the most well-made door in the world (we went with ProVia), but if it isnt installed properly, nothing else really matters. I can say that these guys did truly professional job, start-to-finish.Additionally, I was very curious about the process and had a lot of questions. They never got impatient with me, and were always willing to stop what they were doing to explain a part of the process, or to make adjustments. They also did an excellent job explaining, ahead of time, how some imperfections in my houses structure (around the door) would affect the outcome of the installation. Regardless, the new door looks amazing and operates perfectly.My wife and I are extremely happy with our new door and Im glad we went with Renewal by Andersen. We will definitely be coming back to Renewal when its time to get our patio door replaced!

Jesse and Oscar installed all 13 windows in one day! Beautifully installed, almost no repair work to be done on inside - that is impressive! The house feels warmer, tighter, not drafty! We have radiant heat and it was pouring out the previous windows. Jesse and Oscar were focused, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Thomas, the supervisor dropped in and he was equally as professional and efficient. We love our new windows.

From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic! Leo and Billy worked on removing and replacing my front and back doors. They took great care to keep any mess outside and cleaned up inside when they were done. Alonso worked on fixing and plastering the walls inside and a few days later Jose finished up on the outside stucco walls, including matching the color. The doors look fabulous and function perfectly! I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen!

We just completed phase 2 of our total home window replacement, having 8 windows and 2 doors installed. Our experience with Renewal by Anderson during phases I and II has been outstanding from the initial visits to measure and select windows to the installation. We were especially impressed with Leon and Domenic, our installers during Phase II. Leon and Dominic arrived on time as scheduled and completed a scheduled 2 day installation of 8 windows and doors in just one day. They were friendly and professional, and they took care to clean their work areas before moving on to the next. Their workmanship was excellent! We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for new window purchases and installation.

From start to finish it was the best experience. We had contact along the way from the initial contact all the way through the installation. Gabriel and Ruben were so professional and on time to for the installation and were there was no mess we had to clean up. Highly recommend.We had our sliding glass door recently installed by Paul and Freddy and they were so great. From start to finish they kept us informed along the way. There was zero cleanup. They were great.

This was an amazing experience! Renewal By Anderson made getting new windows easy. The Men who installed our windows were AMAZING! Jesse and Leon did a great job installing the windows and worked extra hard to get it done it the time I asked. If I had the choice I would have them come out and install for us again! If you want great work, I would recommend you ask for Jesse and Leon!

5 hours agoWe decided to go with Anderson (now apparently paella)because of the name and their reputation. We paid a significant amount of money to replace all the windows in our home and we knew that going with this company would give use a great product and the best customer service. Unfortunately our windows have not been the quality that we expected. The window lock devices and attached panels have come off numerous times, as well as windows that we rarely open coming off the tracks. During our numerous service visits (more than 5) the technicians ask us how we are opening our windows insinuating that we are causing the problem. Our window opening technique is not the cause of this problem product. Most recently, our kitchen window broke again. I think this is our third time. We were told that Anderson no longer handles the service of problem windows and we must call another company. We have been waiting for several weeks and still no visit. We were also told that they have 75 service calls before us. This is our kitchen window, the most frequently used one in our home. We are not complainers and my husband comes from a construction background. We understand that things break, we are human and we are very tolerant people. But, this is not normal and these windows have been horrible. Think twice before you decide on this company. Sadly, we did not get what we paid for. We thought maybe we got a bad batch? Who knows. We debated whether to post our comments but at this point, we are getting no service and are very disappointed with the company.

Anderson was professional all the way around, from the salesperson, to the installer who did the final measurements, to the crew that did the installation, Lonnie Hernandez, .Leon Gatewood, and Andres Romero. Given the high quality of these windows, and the flawless installation, I think the price was quite reasonable. We had a last minute change of plans in which they needed to do the installation in one day instead of two, but everyone got with the change and things went smoothly even though I had to do a bit of a juggling act with our dogs.. They arrived on time, finished on time, and they left the work area spotless. This crew was clearly professional. It was clear that they love what they do, and the company they work for. They were helpful and thorough with information for me, accommodated a change I had to make in my schedule, and we all worked like a true team. I would give them the highest marks. This is an older adobe house (65 yrs+) and the installation was not an easy one. There were lots of small irregularities, yet the windows look perfectly integral to the house. The finish work is exceptional, far better than some other installations from other providers that Ive examined. Moreover, I did some comparison shopping up front and these windows are far superior in quality and performance to any others I looked at. Overall, an A+ performance.

The service people arrived on time then started to work immediately. They were very courteous and friendly. They worked well together. They worked into the night to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves to my satisfaction and explained how the opened and worked. The made sure the keys worked on the doors. When I need windows again, I will definitely contact Renewal by Andersen of New Mexico and request Leo and Billy to install.

We have been doing 2-3 windows at a time for 3+ years and every time has been an A+ experience. Today, we got our large front windows replaced and Thomas and Ruben were efficient, professional, pleasant, and experienced. They thoroughly cleaned up after job and we are delighted! Renewal by Anderson provided an amazing product and service for our replacement windows. They kept us informed at every stage of the process. The installers Leo, Billy, Manuel and Vicona were very diligent, knowledgeable and prompt when providing excellent service. They provided tips and detailed instructions if anything should be amiss once they depart. We highly recommend this company to everyone as their product and team speaks for itself. We are planning more projects with this company.

Overall great experience. Everyone we dealt with was very customer focused. Bill, our Sales rep didnt use any high-pressure sales tactics, he was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, straight-forward and up-front. Steve and Thomas, our installers were very professional and kept everything neat and clean. New windows are great. We may add more windows and doors over time.

We had 5 doors and and 8 windows replaced. Jesse, Leon and Oscar showed up on time they were professional, courteous, and friendly hard workers. At the end of each day all work areas were clean. All installations were perfect. The product quality gets an A+.

We had the honor of watching two professional workers do a fantastic job in the installation of all of our windows and one sliding door for our home. You will love your new windows. The salesman (Jacob) was honest about the product, the order time and the the installation process. He made good recommendations based on my needs. I replaced all of my windows and sliding doors. I ordered the windows in the sandstone color. Most companies only offer white. They look so nice, inside and out. They even used a color matching caulk inside. They were very well insulated. The installation was fast and they cleaned up the messes. Leon, Jesse, and Thomas were hard workers with a professional attitude. Renewal will work with you to make you happy. If you have any problems or questions, they will take care of it. Just ask! They may offer a deal only available the day of the sales visit, so if you want to check out other companies, save Renewal for last so you know ahead of time what is out there.

Just had our new outer doors (front and back) installed. Leo & Rene called last night and arrived at the appointed time this morning and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. The Sales Rep. (Bill) was right when He said we would be very pleased with the result. The Doors are just Beautiful and we are very pleased with the additional security factor of the double bolt locks. It was a great experience from Sales to Installation. We will be happy to recommend Anderson to Family and Friends.

Jesse and Leon did a terrific job removing the old windows and installing the new windows. They worked well together and did our eight windows in less than a day. Then over the next 8 days or so other workers came. I cant remember the guys name who fixed the drywall but he was outstanding. Then Jose Maldonado did all the stucco work and was very skilled and approachable. He was out on two separate days to complete that. The end result is perfection. He left everything clean and you cant even tell on the inside or outside that the wall was cut open. Its not easy to match stucco so perfectly!

My husband and I explored and assessed different companies to replace windows in our house. We finally chose Renewal by Andersen and were glad that we made that decision. The crew (Jesse/Thomas/Manuel) came on time on the day they said they would; finished the job within the time frame they indicated; cleaned up the place before they left. The entire process was amazing. From the in-home visit, to scheduling, to customer service to installation. The staff at Dreamstyle/Renewal by Andersen took great care of us every step of the way. Jesse and Rene made installation day so easy. They were on time, respectful of landscape, pets, furniture and have a system perfected that is incredibly time efficient. And the windows look incredible!! I would definitely recommend them.

Thomas and Dominic did an excellent job on replacing our old aluminum frame windows. They were polite and worked diligently. They payed attention to details which is most important when consider the efficiency of thermal insulation and workmanship. These new windows look fabulous. A thorough cleaning job before they left is another plus.

Their arrival was right on time. They were courteous, friendly and both have a wonderful personality. Protection and cleanliness right from start. Dismantled previous door with ease and perfection. I definitely will request PJ and Mike Martinez for future services related to Anderson Windows and Doors. They are a super pair and so well organized. They take so much price in their work.

For the most part the experience was professional and pleasant. The salesman, Mark, did make an error in quoting the monthly payments on financing which I had to straighten out. He also told me he would come over during the install and he did not. The windows appear to be very good quality.The installers, Gary & Joaquin were a delight. They were professional at all times and went out of their way to accommodate a few requests that I made. Before they left each day and at the end of the job they cleaned the entire area. Gary also showed me how the windows and screens worked and tested each window for proper operation.There was a problem with a small stress crack in one of the windows and a replacement was ordered before they left the job. Now I will have to see how long it takes to get the replacement.

Our home is so QUIET and light-filled and spacious-feeling with all the new windows (and one door, too)! The experience was amazingly painless! The crew (Gary, Joaquin, Ruben and Gabriel) were so very courteous, careful and efficient. They finished a 3-day job in two days! The project manager (Thomas) visited every day and at the end of the project. Were grateful to Josh (the salesperson) for guiding us to solidly good decisions about style and color. I had two patio doors installed and the overall work done was fine. Leo and Billy did a good job of removing the old doors and installing the new ones. The repair of the stucco and cement stoop was completed later and turned out fine. The only issue involved the inspection process. I am glad I didnt have to take a whole day off for a 10 minute discussion with the inspector. I was told the job could not be completed till the inspection was done, but the inspector could not complete his inspection till the job was completed. That process needs some improvement.

Gary and Joaquin were here on schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were also very polite and friendly. Just had one large window and sliding glass door replaced, and Im very happy with the products and installation. By the way, I am Faye Woods. Bill Woods is my son who lives near me and was here during the installation yesterday. Hes a perfectionist, and hes also pleased with the work.

Leon, Rene and Andres did a great job installing my new windows. They were very efficient and timely in the process. They also paid attention to details of giving the project a polished finish. The final product gave my home a beautiful custom look. Also a Thank You to Frank Alvarado and Ken Price for working with me on the design and my needs for the project. Lonnie and Leo arrived and were friendly and courteous. They made double sure the measurements were correct and then got started right away. They made quick work of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. As they were installing the new ones, I was amazed at the attention to detail they showed. It may sound silly, but the detail work in the application of the silicone caulking and cleanliness made a big impression on me and I appreciate that! So much more so than the last install, good but not as detailed and clean. Also, they took the time to cover our furniture and possessions and cleaned and vacuumed after they finished. If we have anymore work done, I will request that they do it! Thank you Lonnie and Leo for an awesome job!

Just had a window and three doors installed, and have to say the work performed by PJ and Mike was professional, attentive and done with an attention to detail I really appreciated. They were also amiable and clearly a good crew. Its a star short because of my experience with Tim, the salesperson, who made several errors in setting up the service - all of which were remedied by Nicole in the finance department. Overall I am very satisfied.

Jesse and Leon installed my windows this morning. They did a excellent job. They were very professional, friendly and polite and very fast. They were very thorough; checking their own work and making sure they didnt make any mistakes and they also had us check the windows to make sure they worked correctly. Renewal by Andersen of New Mexico replaced 20 windows and one sliding glass door for us. We were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Dan Reyes, the salesman, and Leo and Billy, the installers. All arrived at our home at the appointed time, which was a pleasant surprise. Leo and Billy worked diligently to install the windows and we were informed of any issues and all questions were answered. At the end of each day, the work areas were cleaned up and packaging and trash were removed. We love our new windows!! The entire experience was positive.

We received a flyer in the mail from Renewal by Andersen and took them up on their offer to have 16 new windows installed in our home. The sales rep came by the house at the scheduled time and we talked about the new window installation and he worked up the numbers and we were very happy with the pricing. The installation crew came a few weeks later and installed all 16 new windows in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. These guys did a great job on my new front door. This house was built in 1947 so it presents challenges during upgrades. The new door was well installed and the process from start to finish was seamless and professional. They even got their own building permit! I highly recommend this company.

Really wonderful windows went in smooth and professional. Jesse and Rene arrived on time and finished a day early. Somehow they managed to avoid messing with any of my plants around the exteriors. After having several windows installed in past homes, this was by far the smoothest install Ive experienced.

Our eight picture windows and storm door were installed April 24, 2017 by Leo and Rene. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional while working at our home. The outcome is superb and the quality of workmanship is splendid. They protected our furniture and picked up all the debris that was on the ground, toke it with them and left the landscape clean. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience and will gladly recommend Renewal by Andersen to our friends and neighbors.

Overall = great. Installers showed up on time. They were polite and personable. They took precaution to cover furniture even though we had already covered our items. They vacuumed at completion and provided detailed instructions on how the windows worked. We had four windows replaced and well definitely use Renewal by Anderson for the next 10 windows.

Jesse and Leon installed two big windows for me. They were thorough, professional, and pleasant to have in my home to do the work. They removed the old windows without damaging them, cleaned up, then installed the new windows. They answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know. The windows are great.

I replaced 2 patio doors and 6 windows. Leo and his partner Billy did and excellent job and were very helpful in answering questions and some minor problem solving. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the windows and patio doors look great. Clean up was thorough. I couldnt be happier.

Jesse and Leons Renewal by Anderson team came up to Santa Fe as quickly as promised, removed drapery, installed great new Anderson windows, and installed new curtains. All plastered--in and smoothed out. They work properly and they look good. I live on a breezy hillside. I dont have and dont need air conditioning. I look forward to once again simply opening a few windows when the warn weathers back.

We just had some of our windows replaced. The installers, Gary and Joaquin, did a fantastic job. They were polite, courteous, and very professional. They cleaned up everything and kept our furniture and decorations safe and covered. The windows are breath taking, after having 43 year old windows in our large home, those rooms with new windows look like completely new rooms. The only complaint is that the tint we ordered on the windows is not as dark as what we had hoped from the outside. We have spoken with the gentlemen who worked with us on the sale and although he asked what could be done and was very kind, the tint installed is as dark as it can get.

Leon and Jesse replaced all our windows. Everything was done perfectly. They arrived on time and did the install in half the time projected. Afterward they cleaned up everything and showed us how everything worked. We are very pleased. They were polite, personable and professional.

We live in a remote area of New Mexico near the AZ state line in the Gallo Mts. It is always a hassle getting sales/service people to come and submit work bids. Well we have found an exception to this chronic problem: RENEWAL BY ANDERSON OF NEW MEXICO.I filled out an inquiry form at a show in Albuquerque. Within a few days we were contacted by these folks. I explained we live over 3 hours from Albuquerque and their reply was that is not a problem. The sales consultant showed up at the appointed time and the rest was easy. We explained our needs, he worked up a sketch, presented a proposal and quoted a GUARANTEED final price.The actual work was performed by professionals and exactly as promised.The quality of the windows alone is 5 stars. Add to that the team of courteous professionals at Renewal by Anderson of New Mexico and we couldnt help but be pleased and satisfied.

Cant begin to tell you how pleased we are with our new door. Jesse and Rene did an excellent job of installing and clean up. Our home already feels warmer and more comfortable. Great job. Would recommend Renewal to anyone who wants a quality product and expert installation.

Kudos to our salesman, Jacob Tryon for the succinct explanation of the Anderson windows process, for both financial and installation purposes. He was very personable and at the same time, very knowledgeable and professional. Many thanks also go out to Carlos Delgado and Jose Maldonado who were responsible for installing and completing the stuccoing on our windows. Excellent job! One person for the installation and another for the stuccoing, wow! We were expecting a much larger crew. We were amazed at how quickly they completed the expert installation, and are very pleased with the results. The windows made a huge difference in our home.

We just cant say enough about the care and consideration that PJ and Mike showed our home during installation-- as if they were working in their own home. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard the whole time they were at our house-- all of our furniture and belongings were covered, and the house was left completely neat and tidy. Both gentlemen are clearly extremely knowledgeable about the product and made sure we understood all of the steps in the installation process. Truly great service!!! And we love our new windows!!!

Frank Alvarado introduced me to the possible new doors and sold me on the possibilities. My contact with all personnel at Renewal by Anderson was all that I expected--superior. P.J. and Mike installed the windows efficiently and neatly. They were finished more quickly than I had expected. My two new patio doors add a newness to my 32-year-old house that I hadnt envisioned before.

Very professional, personable two-man crew, Gary and Jesse arrived early and did a fantastic job installing our windows. They were able to get the old ones out without breaking them, which was a relief because I was concerned about broken glass. Everything was kept clean and they made sure we were happy with our new windows.

Today we had 5 windows replaced in our home. Thomas and Dominic showed up promptly at the scheduled time and they have been great to work with. Thomas was patient with all of my questions and also demod how to take out the windows/lock the windows/care for the windows. I am impressed with all of the time and care they take. Plus the new windows are beautiful and I cant wait to see how my home feels with the temperature. Great job to the Renewal team!

Just wanted to add a review for my experience with Renewal by Andersen. We had our first set (1/2 the house) of windows installed 2 years ago. The entire process from ordering to installation was absolutely stellar. I was concerned about how easy it would be to replace windows in my stucco house. The installers made a precise cut around the existing windows, slid the new ones in caulking around the window, bolted the new windows in place, then added trim pieces to the outside and inside. The windows installed perfectly. I consistently get compliments from visiting friends. Also, given that the new windows are immensely more insulating than my old, there is essentially no cold drafts through the rooms in my house with the new windows. Anxiously awaiting the installation of the remaining windows in my house!

On 7/14/2016 the installation crew arrived as scheduled. Lonnie,Renee and Carlos, They arrived and introduced themselves to us. They did a walk through of the house to insure they had all needed supplies for the job. They started and worked very efficiently. They started on the front side and worked their way around the house. One removing the windows, one followed and installed the new windows, and the other went around doing the finishing work on the inside of the house putting in the trim. Great experience with Renewal by Anderson from the initial sales experience with Mark Sena to PJ and his brother Mikes installation of the windows, and Manuels dry wall work in the area around a new window. Really good work--careful, thorough, professional. Cant recommend them highly enough. And I love the windows.

We purchased several replacement windows for our home and are very pleased with the work of Rene and Leo. They were very professional in their work conduct, explained any questions that we had and cleaned up the work sites completely. Weve only had our windows for a day but love the improved appearance of our home and features of the windows. We would ask for Rene and Leo again if we were to replace any other windows with Renewal Windows by Andersen of New Mexico.

I had a new, very large sliding door and three new windows installed, along with eight window replacements. The installers (Jesse, Leon, David and Oscar) were professional and the workmanship was top notch! I love the end result and my home is already warmer and more energy-efficient. Two guys came in to switch out windows my family has had for 30 years, (since our house was built). They did a good job. It took them about 6 hours. The windows look really nice and modern. Jesse and Leon were very customer friendly, fast, knew their job. Answered all our questions. Our overall experience with Renewal by Anderson was good from start to finish. We have had some issues with our back door already the siding is cheap. Not to happy with that but our windows are the best part of it all. Wouldnt really recommend for doors!

Ordered a glass front door for our home. The door is great! The Martinez brothers did the installation. The work was very professional.They arrived on time, kept dust and dirt to a minimum, reviewed use of the door and provided necessary information to finish the wood trim around the door. My husband and I are very satisfied with the final result.

Car salesman tactics. He offers a price then says sign it now, or you will pay double next time. I wasnt ready to put down the money on the spot and needed to think about it and discuss it with my wife so he says well, here is another slight discount I can give. But, that doesnt change the fact that it is a lot of money and I still need to discuss it and look at the finances since it was triple what we had planned on spending. He then says hold on, steps out to call the manager and comes in with yet another price. I dont feel that I should be pressured this way in my own home and sent him packing. What is the price of the windows? I mean give it to me and let me decide. Stop trying to yank people around and drain every extra cent out of them. Then a few days later they called and informed me that they can offer a better deal if we have the guy come back and discuss it with us. I will never invite them back into my home. Bad business practice ruined a good product.

Stephen & Thomas showed up on time... Installed my windows quickly & professionally. The drywall guy was right behind the install time getting and did an amazing job! Received a detailed lesson on how to use the windows. The next day the stucco guy was there to finish up the job. Everything was great! Thanks! Id totally recommend this company!

The installers, PJ and Mike, arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, which was fine with me. They introduced themselves and were professional. They explained the details to me through out the door installation process. My door looks great. There is a minor error with the glass that will be fixed for free. They cleaned up after the install. Overall a great experience.

We spent 30 years in the military and I was fortunate in being able to have my family with me in several places here and abroad so we have seen many contractors work in the homes we have lived in. By far Gary and Wakeen were the best we have encountered. They showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up as they worked and consulted with us so there were no surprises. The only unexpected was the high quality of the workmanship and the beautiful windows they installed. Very through, very professional and very polite. We could not be happier with our Renewal by Andersen windows.

Extremely happy with our new windows. They make a huge difference in our view, and the temperature in that room is much more consistent. My installers, PJ and Mike, were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves completely. Some if the best money Ive ever spent, and I wouldnt hesitate to call on them again. There was a small issue with one of the windows, that had to do with adjusting it, and when we called they came out right away and showed us how to do it.

Had 2 tall sliding glass doors replaced. Installers PJ & Mike did a fantastic job and were finished sooner than I expected!Liked the job above so much, I had Renewal by Andersen replace 5 large picture windows and 2 smaller awning windows in my living room. Jesse and Leon worked diligently and now the high-efficiency glass with beautiful wood frames will keep my living room much cooler next summer.
