The company has been very professional from day one. The installation team Antonio and Luis called to say they were on the way and arrived when they said they would be at my home. They were professional, courteous, cleaned and vacuumed. I was shown how to use the in blind doors and how to use the locks for the patio door and windows. I would highly recommend this company.

The 3 installers arrived and were pleasant and professional. Paul, Leon and Luis all worked quickly and efficiently. The install took about 5.5 hours for our old crank style windows to be removed and the beautiful replacements installed. Our home was transformed!The guys were amazing and cleaned up as they went. I am on my second phase of window installations, one more to go, and both times Leon, Paul and Alex came to remove and install my windows. I have a 1950s house, so removing the bucks was a big deal. Price wise they are extremely reasonable compared to big companies like Renewal by Andersen and Champion. And they are a local company, which is always good to support these companies.

Wow, very disappointed with how this company is ran. We received a new front door in May of 2020, the door handle that was shipped with was faulty. They were quick to order a new one and replace it, no problem. Then a few months later the new door handle is having the same issues, they send someone out to “tighten” it. Fixed it for about a week. We then contacted them again to fix it once and for all by getting another new handle. They said that they no longer work with the door handle company as they were getting numerous complaints about the products and we would not be able to order a new one. So now I am stuck with a faulty front door handle and hole in my wallet. 0/10 would not recommend.

Re measured all the window and verified all the new windows would fit. Covered surrounding furniture and floors with drop cloths as each window was removed and replace. Attention to detail when final trimming and caulking was preformed. A full clean-up of the areas that work was preformed and tested each windows operation. We met Jesse Martinez (seller) after meeting with several other companies (Home Depot, Window World, DreamStyle & Renewal by Anderson). He was the most qualified and knowledgeable of all by far and we later found out he was an installer for almost 2 decades before moving into sales. We appreciated him since the first second as he also was able to accommodate all our windows needs . He wasnt giving us the BS speech most of the other companies gave us. Window World would have been our second choice but The product Accent Southwest Windows offered was of better quality . These 2 would be the only companies I would recommend (we were looking only at Vinyl windows). We placed our order in May and Jesse told us 12 weeks wait time. Windows were installed at the end of week 11!!! We have been remodeling our house little by little during covid year and this is the only company which delivered the product/service in the timeframe promised. Installation took one day (for 8 windows total in a house from 1948 with original windows, storm glass as a second window plus bars, all custom sizes including frames removed). Leon & Paul (Installers) arrived before 9am on scheduled day and left the place CLEAN all around. They were also quiet (Husband and I work from home nowadays). Our house is brick on the outside and the installers made sure the finish was also great with the brick. We wanted to make an opening smaller by 5 inches for one of the windows and they did a perfect job as well (other companies didnt even have that option). This specific window outside brick work wasnt included in our contracted price but they found me a third party person who would do it right away as well (who also did an excellent job). On installation day, we noticed Jesse was also helping with the install. They were the best team Ive ever hired and I would hire them again anytime. The windows are highly rated energy Efficient, really modern, stylish, light and easy to operate yet of high quality, too soon to test their cold/heat properties but the noise reduction is amazing (We live across a city park). Their windows come standard with the Vent Latch and other companies offer it only as a premium feature. The Glass is so clear you may think the window is open. We love our investment and we are really pleased with Jesse, Leon and Paul for their excellent work and high customer service. Accent Southwest is the best company for your investment. Add-ons: We appreciate all the contactless service possible during this pandemic (We were able to make all payments over the phone).

We just had new windows replaced under warranty. Accent Southwest stands by their products.Antonio Chavez and Adrian Navarro are the best team they have ever sent to work at our home! The Accent Southwest teams have almost always been very good, but Antonio and Adrian stand out for their knowledge, patience, skill and craftsmanship. They are interesting and accomplished men and exceptionally pleasant to work with. Above all, they care!The attached photo shows Adrian Navarros beautiful work. Note how he perfectly matched the top of the window frame to the stucco arch. No fudging with caulk!I had some unbreakable commitments on two afternoons. Antonio and Adrian were wonderful in accommodating my needs. The last day, I was able to delay an appointment by an hour, but they didn’t need it! In fact, despite the fact that they always checked and rechecked their work, patiently answered my questions, and never, ever rushed, they finished everything – wheels ready to roll – 15 minutes early!

My recently (7/2018) completed job by their subcontracted installers resulted in rain pouring through my windows. NO EXAGGERATION!! Thank God for last nights rain. Almost every window! I have video of my husband filling up a coffee mug next to one leaky window. Be diligent. You may not find out there are problems for years without something as telling as the rain.Update: Will be forthcoming

Just had the most competent installation of a window ever. It took René, Adrian, and Hugo (pictured below) 35 minutes start to finish, including clean up (which was minimal.) The well made window looks very nice and slides beautifully. Our whole experience with Accent SW Windows and Doors was extremely professional from start to finish. Wed buy from then again in a flash! In fact we did. We just bought a whole house full of windows for our rental property.

They did a fair job with the first door replacement but had a few hiccups so I thought Id give them another go. I will not be using them again for windows or doors, nor do I recommend them.1. They showed up almost three hours late2. They didnt have the correct tools so one of the guys had to go to home depot.3. I asked them to keep the door closed between the kitchen and the living room so the cat wouldnt get out - they let cat out when they apparently needed to use the bathroom (frequently)4. they took off for lunch (understand but they had only worked for less than 2 hours5. They then took off again for almost an hour for no reason - just walked in the back to finish. I asked them when theyd be finished - they answered about an hour and a half.This is unacceptable!Review from First DoorI love my door and they did a fairly good job. They botched up the molding and didnt tell me until they showed up to replace. I would provide a 5-star, however, the communication with this company is poor. - update - ASWD came out and couldnt locate the issue. Im giving them a 5-star rating because I still like their service and personnel

Antonio and Jesus did a great job installing our new door and 2 windows in March! We were informed the day before that they were on the way (as Covid 19 began shutting down businesses) and then we were called the morning of March 20th to let us know theyd be at our house shortly. The job was professional, carefully and efficiently completed. They laid down drop cloths and even ran out to Home Depot to get an extra one so that our whole living room was completely protected from any dust. They took their time, making sure the seals were completely tightened and the necessary caulking was done. After completion, they swept away remaining dust and then took the old door and all the debris to their truck. It is so nice to have a quality door, well-sealed, and windows with screens. By the way, this part of the house was built more than 50 years ago, and they did a great job working with our older property. Torik the sales woman, was also excellent. This product is top-notch. I just had a replacement sliding glass door installed by Accent Southwest. They had the best value: the highest quality, best warranty, for almost cheaper than anyone else. It certainly seems better quality with better warranty than the one company I found that was a little cheaper. Antonio and Jesus were the install team, and they did a great job. Very unprofessional wannabe manager with a square beard. My screen warranty wouldnt be honored. I took my screen door to Westside Glass who repaired in within 20 minutes and charged me $42. From the beginning, our request was difficult. We wanted a new basement door, but one that opened out instead of in. At first the person doing our estimate wasn’t sure they could do it at all, but he worked on it and a few days later was able to give us the good news. When the custom door and frame arrived, they made an appointment for installation. Unfortunately, there was an emergency and they had to postpone our installation. But they let us know as soon as they could and kept in touch with a new appointment. This morning Antonio and Luis came for the install. They encountered difficulties, but kept working through until we had a beautiful installation. I had new windows put in my entire home last spring. Accent SW Windows had my job done professionally and on-time. Prior to this I had builder-grade windows and there was always a pile of dirt on my window sills and virtually no noise insulation. Greg really listened to what I wanted and came up with a great plan. Had sliding glass door put in. Great door, lots better than the construction grade we had before. All of our windows except a few have been replaced by Southwest. We wont go anywhere else. I love my sales rep, Don. He was quick to assist with every change I requested and explained their portfolio exceedingly well. When it came time to install, I had Antonia and Adrian do all the work. It took them three days to complete and they were very friendly, meticulous and cleaned up after their work. I originally chose Accent Southwest for window replacement in my home because I thought they had a better product than an of the other companies that I looked at. The price was fair when you compare the quality of their product to others. The sales experience was great, Shelley was so helpful in explaining the features of the windows and guiding me in selecting the products and features that were right for my home. I did not have quite the same experience with the installer. The installation was only satisfactory. The installer did some damage to the inside of my window sill, the glass was poorly cleaned, and their clean up was a little to be desired. There were a couple of windows that still had the sticky glue where labels were removed. I mean really?!?! If I pay that kind of money for new windows I would expect them to be spotless. I contacted them several times and the sales rep came out and looked at everything and agreed with me. That was in October 2018, here we are in February 2019 and no one has even attempted to contact me to get this resolved. Overall, I am happy with the windows but be wary of the installation.

Accent Southwest came recommended by a friend. I was happy to go with a local business instead of one of the big chains. From the first consultation to the installation everything met and exceeded my expectations. The new windows and door were here 3 weeks earlier than expected and the installation was a breeze. José and Adrian did an amazing job. The house and the porch were left clean as if nothing happened, only that I have beautiful new windows.

I am very pleased with the work Adrian and Jesus did at my home. They were very professional and worked well together. Adrian made sure I was able to open and close the windows properly. I was also very impressed by how clean the property was left after the daily work was completed.

Adrian and Hugo did a fabulous job removing the existing sliding glass door (lined by title). What was recommended as a replacement was of the highest quality in that our home will never need a another. This company as left a great accent to remember them by.

This review is a little overdue but we wanted to wait a bit and make sure everything worked well and that there were no issues. We had a very large sliding glass door replaced. Shelly was our sales rep and she did a fantastic job. She knows her product inside and out and had answers to every question. Joel and Jose were our installers and they did an awesome job. It took almost an entire day to get the new door fit into the opening. They had a huge job and did it very well. Accent Southwest even sent someone out a few days later to repair some minor damage that happened to the sliding screen during install that we did not notice till later. Several months have gone by and the door works great! Helped to keep out the winter chill and now we can open it up to enjoy the summer breeze. Thanks to the entire team!

Had 8 windows replaced on West side of the house even though home was built in 2003. After much research and quotes, I went with Accent Southwest windows and doors. I am so glad I did! Brandon and Daniel did a wonderful job, cleaned up and showed me how everything worked. They were meticulous in not damaging my stucco and making sure my alarm wires were exposed for service. They finished ahead of time and I can already feel the difference in my rooms. With a lifetime guarantee that stays with the house, I feel my decision was a great one.

This is the second time we have used Accent to replace our windows. The windows replaced were two bedroom windows and a kitchen window, about 22 years old. Because of the quality and satisfaction we had when we replaced our den windows, we were quick to call Accent again. This time around, it was Adrian and Antonio who did the job. They were on time, very courteous and respectful, and answered any questions we had. When they were done, they cleaned up all dust and even moved my bed back to its original place. Jesus, Joel and Jose were awesome. They were very careful at the site to have floor covers down, cleaned up all the extra debris at the site from the installation and the windows are totally wonderful. They also replaced inside window trim and it just was the finishing touch. Hope they do are next window install.

Have Accent window since 2007 and they are the greatest. The people that work for Accent Southwest are professional. The installers were Adrian and Moises they know their jobs, care about the company. Excellent workers and a joy to be around.

We just had all 9 of our windows and an additional door replaced. We are very impressed with the quality of the ProVia product carried by Accent SW. I noticed the improvement immediately - we have a pool pump about 10 feet from our window, and once the windows along that wall were installed, the sound was almost completely gone (as compared to the loud, droning sound before)! Our installation team, Adrian and Hugo, were absolutely professional and brought a high-level of attention to detail. We were not able to be home for the second day of installation, and we had no concerns in trusting them to be working within our house and closing-up.
