They are always out of something. The last 10 times I’ve been here, they are always out of something. They don’t have nitro cold brews, no reduced turkey sandwiches, and no almond milk. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to home. Something should be done with management.
Discovered they have an egg and cheese croissant that is delicious. The lemon cake is wonderful.
Ive always had good experiences with starbucks in general but this one was by far the best Ive been to. Stopped by as I was traveling cross country and the people were some of the nicest, friendliest people Ive ever met. They were quick but didnt make any mistakes. Outdoor seating is beautiful in the morning. They also carry the Been There series cups in both sizes for those traveling and collecting.
Really lovely ambiance at this Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Tables are well-spaced so I didnt feel nervous at all about social distancing sufficiently. Decor in this location is beautiful, as well. Id love to see art from the Pueblos for auction or sale. I will be restricting my spending at Starbucks extremely because the corporation uses slave labor. However, I felt this was a good place to use up my gift cards. Support Indigenous businesses! Support Indigenous people!
This place is good to work at or just hang out at they have couches and seats for you to sit at while you drink your coffee
Love this place. Baristas are so friendly, professional and courteous. Clean lobby. A place I will use regularly for computer work. I highly recommended this SB as the place to be in Albuquerque if you need some good coffee, snack or rest. Very quiet too.
Nice shop! Very quiet when I went, which was nice. Good coffee, nice staff, great AC and tables for studying. What more could we ask for?
I generally try not to go to big chains, but because I know the Pueblos own this one, and its close to home, I go pretty often. (I would love to see the Pueblos open up their own independent shop in the area, if anybody is listening...or cares what I think lol) The staff is great here, and very patient with the pushy out of towners who bring the only attitude Ive ever experienced in this location. (Some out of towners are great, so its not all of them). There are times when they are training new folx that things go a little slower than usual, but thats how the cookie crumbles, as my Mom would say; and overall the service, and drinks are great. Even on the slower days.
Im a daily Starbucks person, and have been for the last 17 years. Ive been to many locations in multiple states. This Starbucks location far exceeds any others.AMAZING, beautiful, large and inviting. It even has a conference room. The New Mexico style fireplace is fabulous! If I lived in Albuquerque anywhere in the vicinity, Id be a dairy patron.
Hands down this is the most beautiful starbucks location I have ever visited across 6 states. It’s also the largest one I’ve ever seen!Plentiful seating, clean (including bathrooms), friendly staff and prompt service. My cappuccino was a little funky (as of the shot had expired or they hadn’t pulled the Ristretto as asked), but they made up for it by offering to remake it and instead I asked for a different type of drink.Right next to the cultural center too!Highly recommend this location.
Extremely nice staff. When I received my order, was asked if it was good enough.Definitely did not expect they would make my order over if it was wrong. This happy customer walked out having an awesome day.
My first impression was this is a Starbucks? Roomy, no, spacious and airy with room to move and not feel cramped. Service was spot on, quickly got our orders in and filled. Good service!
This place is so beautiful inside and everyone is pleasant. I got charged regular price for things that were discounted, due to barista not realizing price change. We waited at least 15 -20 minutes for 2 drinks. Other than that it was fine just difficult when youre on a schedule. Will go back for another try. They seemed under staffed.
Very spacious and clean. Terrific service!
Super clean and friendly atmosphere. Drinks were spot on.
Great clean place and happy employees.
Enjoyed waiting forever just to get to the front of the line and find out they dont stock any breakfast sandwiches they advertise.
Staff friendly. Drinks made correctly.
This location is by far the BEST looking location in Albuquerque. Located next to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. The decor is gorgeous. Wonderful outdoor area as well. Baristas okay, customer counter is okay (hit and miss friendliness, but thats what Ive been experiencing at other Starbucks). I still come here because I love the feel, thats why the 4 stars, otherwise I would have given a 3 star review.
A Native American-operated Starbucks, across the street from the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.
Always good service and atmosphere outstanding
Nice building thats about it.
Its very nice! Its an awesome place to see as well! Probably my favorite Starbucks in the city! I come here weekly to get my usual, Cookie Crumble Frap! Which by the way taste amazing! I love how this place looks as well! I enjoy how they involve and interact themselves into the community as well! Not sure if they still do it, but they used to host an open mic night, which was awesome! Staff there is nice too!
Friendly barista, GREAT PATIO 😍
Best Starbucks Ive been to.
This Starbucks has a small conference room, its $25 to meet there, but its great for small group meetings (about a dozen chairs to sit in). Comes with several whiteboards as well, but youll have to supply your own makers. Great space to work in!
The best Starbucks in the world
This is BY FAR one of the prettiest Starbucks in town but also the one with THE WORST service. Very slow, rude and incompetent under paid and UNHAPPY workers who have no clue about good customer service. I had to write this review and hope management act proactively to elevate the level of this unacceptable service.
Friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces. Great manager who is a real people-person. I stop at this one almost daily. Im glad that they are within walking distance from my work too.
Good service
This is a hidden gem. Hands down the BEST starbucks in Albuquerque!
Loved the Indian Pueblo cultural centers Starbucks. Profit made goes back to the tribe I hear. Very Cool.
Great little park in my neighborhood! It is kept very clean. Has play equipment for kids and a gazebo for parties. Nice to have green space near my home.
Horrible experience just this past day, decided to stop in and get a treat. They were out of everything, because they still haven’t stocked the unopened boxes in their lobby. Wow.Only thing I could order was a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino & 2 coffee cakes. Vanilla bean barely had any ice & it did not taste like it usually did. Only thing that was good was the coffee cake. No discount for the inconvenience, teenage staff & that’s what you get.
They didnt have mango for the drink we ordered. The cashier said, he had never heard of mango for their drinks.
This is a nice place service was good however you CANNOT use your Starbucks rewards there. They will not give you free drinks earned. They also ran out of Gluten Free sandwich which was why we werent there. Kind of disappointing but overall a nice place. This location is independently owned.
Its a Starbucks. Some shifts have great workers, others need to be retrained on how to mix drinks. Same can be said about the customer service aspect. This location is pretty spacious though. Great for studying, reading, or meetings. Plenty of plugs if you need to charge your laptop, tablet, or phone while your there. Theres also seating outside thats maintained very well.
Starbucks can never be bad or ever get old people were really nice and coffee was perfect place was very clean recommend to all humans
Wow! Coffee was great. Not burnt, not weak. Ill savor it as I drink it instead of drink it because I paid for it. Baristas friendly. Spacious; great seating options inside and out. I have never seen such expansive outdoor area and comfortable seating options at a Starbucks.
Really nice space, the staff are super friendly and always willing to accommodate customers. This location has conference rooms great for meetings, the inside is beautiful and inviting. Its a nice place to stop for a break or to do some work
Starbucks owned by 19 NM Tribes (located across from Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. Beautiful decorative motif. Many examples of native-designed coffee mugs. Sale of native pottery occurred recently. Staff was friendly. I dont say this often, but a great Starbucks to visit - Must see!
I came in today with an odd coffee request and zero hours of sad no sleep. But the Batistas where kind and even though I was totally out of it they made me a perfect cup of coffee. Thank you Alex for a great start to this morning. :)
Great coffee and teas. The staff is always friendly and remembers your name and drink. 😊
First time at this Starbucks and it was beautiful. Guy at register was polite BUT the blonde girl giving out drinks couldn’t even manage a “your welcome” or “have a nice day” when handing your drink.
I think this is the best Starbucks in Albuquerque. It is privately owned and they do not redeem any Starbucks rewards, but I do not mind that because it is a very nice place and very cool baristas. it is definitely worth it
Starbucks are my go to when I cant find a local café open. Its good coffee, not too expensive and it has the internet. The service is always fast and there is plenty of seating.
Its a Starbucks. Reliable items and pricing. Parking isnt the easiest to get to, but theres a lot of it.
Honestly this is the best Starbucks in town to study or chat. Comfortable atmosphere, good music, and a variety of seating options. Also has a great meeting room you can reserve.
If youve seen one youve seen them all. I always find that each location have good help. This location is bog, very comfortable yo be there and convenient to a main arteries and on & off I-40.
Yes, so excited to support a native-run Starbucks! Service and coffee was excellent. Im happy to go out of my way to support this location (and the cultural center across the street - such an important but overlooked part of our history and current day fight for justice and equality).
This is a really beautiful Starbucks. Its nice and spacious, theres outdoor seating if you want, and its themed really well for the area. The coffee is Starbucks, so its pretty decent, and theres the usual selection of goodies if you want.
First time at this particular location. Was there meeting a group of friends to discuss an adventure we were all about to embark upon....Whole30. We were not given a hard time as we joked around, and even moved some tables and chairs around. (Which we did put back). Great atmosphere and great coffee.
I advice everyone to not go to this Starbucks for one they dont accept rewards which makes no sense and there is one idiot kid here that never makes anything right or listens. Just go to a real Starbucks its more reliable. IDK what the hell this place is supposed to be.
Im on vacation for the week, and I work at a Starbucks back on the east coast, so I stopped in for something comforting and homey because Ive never liked being far from home, and the barista went above and beyond. Not complaining about my obnoxious drink, not only being nice when telling me they couldnt accept partner numbers but taking care to explain why, and just generally giving me a little slice of home when Ive never been farther. I cant give any higher praise.
Beautiful Starbucks, convenient location and efficient service. Only drawback is, the amount of fluid in your cup seems to vary based upon tip. I tested this theory 4 different times 4 days in a row with the same drink and staff. Ive never experienced this at other Starbucks. Aw well.
No complaints here . Made my venti mocha frappuccino with 6 pumps of mocha like a boss! Damn it was good! Very friendly and quick.
I love, love, love this Starbucks. Its the best. And Ive been in lots of Starbucks, around this country and internationally. Great people. Great service. And, of course, great Starbucks.
The most beautiful Starbucks in all of New Mexico. The largest in size in NM, owned by the Indian Cultural Center across the street. One of the only free standing licensed Starbucks in the world. Plenty of seating. A conference room, to be booked in advance at a very reasonable price. Pueblo atmosphere. Friendly Baristas. Finally, this store CAN redeem rewards, and is Starbucks mobile app compatible. You can also place mobile orders. There is nothing not to love about this Starbucks.
Super clean and so friendly...even at 6:30 in the morning. Gotta love it!!
They have a nice meeting room but the price to use it is outrageous!
Staff was friendly, however, did not specify at first you could pay with your Starbucks gift card balance but not with rewards. 8 orders and 15 minutes later I went up and asked where my drink was at. My cup/order, despite me watching the cashier get it ready was not prepared. They offered to remake it, but only after stating twice that, I just got here, so I dont know what you order. Then finally said sorry about that. Unfortunate, because I expect more and dont encounter this issue with other stores in the area who are not locally owned and operated.
First time at this location and the atmosphere was great. The barista helping me was very friendly and I felt very welcomed.
This is a franchise location and does not offer the consistency of regular Starbucks stores, which is a shame because its such a nice spot! But unfortunately, the staff is pretty much on their own and they receive no training before being ushered to behind the counter. Good luck if youre ordering anything other than drip coffee!
This was a pretty nice Starbucks, its actually rather spacious and well designed inside. Also a fair sized outdoor seating too. It is just a little awkward to get back to the freeway from their parking lot.
Always super friendly and quick! One of my favorite locations!
This place was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Quality I expect from Starbucks.
A new relatively new Starbucks owned by the Nez Perce tribe in New Mexico. This is one of the largest Starbucks we have seen. One of the great features of this store is the conference room you can reserve, the other is the New Mexico Kiva Fireplace in one corner of the store. They also have an Avocado spread with Jalapeno pepper and is great on a toasted bagel.
This rating is in reference to all the roads that lead up to your location. You guys should do something about the way people are allowed to drive around that parking lot. Its meant for cars to go in one specific direction. Every time I enter that lot, Im forced to go the opposite direction Im needing to go. So if I want to exit the parking lot through the street just south of Starbucks, and I need to turn left, I cant. So I turn right and do a U-turn. If I try to exit the parking lot through the north end and want to take a left, I cant and am forced to take a right and then have to drive all the way around the round about in order to get into the direction Im trying to go, which is West. That median should have a cut out so people can turn left or right, in and out of that parking lot.
Privately Owned. Native American motif. No drive up window. Biggest in State.
Good drinks but on the pricey end but hey its star bucks.
This Starbucks is great! Its very spacious and there are a lot of places to sit, both inside and out. Its a great study spot and the staff are very friendly.
Awesome Starbucks with weekly deals and games with nice atmosphere
Nice quiet place for studying or relaxing.
This is by far my favorite Starbucks! The baristas go far beyond excellent service. Always personalized. Great atmosphere. Incredible decor. Comfortable inside and out. Did i say the baristas are wonderful?
Typical chain coffee establishment. All of the usually Starbucks stuff. Couldn’t find an actual menu board though. Bunch of hand drawn chalkboard menus
Dunkin Donuts is my go to... But I LOVE Starbucks Caramel Macchiato with Banana Nut Bread!
Baristas need to be more familiar with the drink menu and how to make the salted cream cold foam. Ordered cold brew with salted cream cold foam and they still couldnt make it right after 3 attempts.
I like this Starbucks super fast and friendly.
Love this place, the service really fast.
Best Starbucks in the state. Great Native American accents.
If your gonna fo the chain thing, then do it here to support the Pueblos. Great space to chill for a while.
Im the plain Joe guy stealing WiFi and sharing pictures and posts. THE perfect community gathering spot. Jokes from me are risque, just a warning for the young hipsters who are always pleasant behind the counter. First Starbucks where you get the view, food, and good company all in one package. Nice staff, good coffee, #1 SB. Right on IPCC.
Recently started requesting pour over dark roast. I prefer because youll get a hot and fresh cup of coffee...some places even offer french press which helps enhance the flavor, if done properly. Not all Starbucks will prepare pour over so I am very appreciative of the baristas at Rio Grande location. Thank you :)
Its the best Starbucks to get some laptop work done.
Starbucks did not have what I originally ordered was given something entirely different was not even told by staff I was being given something different did not find out till I opened the bag, made a comment to staff asking them they should of mentioned I was being given a different cookie. They then said the cookie I ordered was not in stock, I inquired about the cookie I was looking at. They said it was not a real made to eat cookie .Disappointed in the service I received.
Coffee and food was great.
The woman working at 1045am 12/27 could learn a thing or two about customer service and having a decent disposition. She also got two orders wrong in my time there and was unapologetic. She doesnt even bother to run a comb through her hair for work. And if she wouldnt consume it, she shouldnt serve it. My coffee was terrible. Starbucks is a treat for me, but not today. Very disappointed.
Absolutely garbage. Nasty burnt coffee. Liberal safe haven. Stay away.
Best Starbucks ever. Owned by the Native American cultural center. Extremely fancy with arrive fireplace, meeting room, and Native American art.
Coffee is good but I’ve experienced numerous times that it is inconsistent- even when you visit the same shop. It depends on the barista making your coffee.
