Love libraries and hoping for a miracle to save such businesses. The smell of books as you walk in cannot be matched. Friendly staff. Was delighted to see several young children book shopping on a Saturday night.

Went to find a good book for my Mom and I found a book that I know shell love to have. This store has a wide selection of books in different categories. Prices are good.

A wonderful bookstore and Starbucks café! The selection of books at this bookstore is phenomenal! I love going into this bookstore, sitting at their café, and spending a good 4 hours or so reading a novel or a memoir! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

I love this place. The building is a two story with escalators and an elevator to get up and down. Great selection of books and they highlight books based holidays, new releases and youth selections. The staff are super friendly and helpful. As with most Barnes and Noble there is a Starbucks on site.

One person was very helpful at the front desk and then when we got upstairs the girl wouldnt help and was too busy talking to take care of the customer.

Hey hi again time for a review! Barnes and noble super chill. Every genre from horror to manga and light novels. Staff very friendly. Seems like every series was missing the first book/volume though, which is expected since you would only but the others if you have read the first. Good experience.

Nice cashiers, GREAT for all kinds of gifts, clean and aesthetically pleasing.Unfortunately, selection of graphic novels is small. Really only super heroes and popular shows, but nothing quaint and simple like Pilu of the Woods, Eat and Love Yourself, or any Steven Universe. Other than that, I love this place.

This B&N location is pretty great. It feels like this store has a pretty big stock of books compared to others. You can always find the one youre looking for!

I have been going to this Barns & Noble since it opened, many years ago. Everyone, who ever helped me, has always been pleasant; and has gone the extra mile to find a book for me. Both my husband and I have never had any complaints.

My kids love Barnes & Noble always has the books theyre looking for and if not they can order it. A bit dangerous to my pocket book really dont mind they kids always read the books they get and times reread them sometime later. Great place

Wonderful store to look around at! There are a lot of displays for different genres. The cafe is clean and has lots of seating. The childrens area had so many books to look at! The associates were kind and helped us find a book we were searching for.

What a magical place, and I love that they have a little coffee shop in the store. You can also get a card with discounts!! Just a heads up: The Starbucks doesnt take Starbucks gift cards, but if you get the Barnes and Noble membership, you can get discounts at the cafe.

Bought an innovative puzzle for our 3 yo granddaughter. Challenging, colorful pieces with exciting images.. Always a excellent way to enliven the brain and soul. Way to go, B&N!! Super service.

We enjoy that Barnes & Noble is adapting to its times. Slowly but surely Hastings (A former video rental store) once known for novelty items, some you would never have though of is making a comeback inside this store. There is an area on the second floor that now has movies, music, games of all kinds, puzzles. Definitely worth checking out for gifts or new family entertainment options. In addition there is a coffee shop that has a pleasant atmosphere for your leisure time. This would have been a 5 star rating if I could actually find the books I was looking for. Even the staff at times when pointing out where something was struggled to find, on their shelves, what I was looking for.

The best bookstore in Albuquerque. An electronic book will never replace a real book. They carry childrens toys as well as DVDs and games. There is also a Starbucks inside and their magazine selection is extensive. I love Barnes and Noble.

Came here to look at books and records for upcoming Christmas/Birthday celebrations, we brought in Boba (with lids and straws) and settled down to look at a book that seemed interesting for a moment - instead of coming up to us politely and discreetly to let us know they didnt want us sitting, the staff spoke over the intercom to the entire store about how We dont allow drinks and you dont sit. Theres a cafe. While these requests were absolutely reasonable and we were happy to accommodate, calling us out over the speaker to the entire store and having us walk down infront of everyone to the Cafe after the fact was embarrassing and uncalled for. It felt like we were being treated like loitering highschoolers. Consider being more kind in your approach, a**hole.

Not find of the new look. Had a hard time locating the Black books section. Im rating it 5 stars because the staff was awesome and helped me find what I needed.

This is my favorite store, even though I rarely get to visit this location. My kids love that the entire upper story is kids stuff, they can spend hours browning just like me.

I love Barnes and Noble, you could spend hours in here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The ambiance is comforting and cozy. The cafe in the back is usually pretty quick with good treats if you are hungry. Book stores are always comforting and Barnes and Noble is one of the best in town!

They rarely have what I come in for in store... But I always end up spending an hour here and purchasing something cool or interesting. One of my all time favorite places.

My experience was just fine. Didnt find the book I wanted (I kinda expected that though, I dont blame them) but walked away with a good book in consolation haha. Im docking two stars because while I was there an older lady asked me for help finding a particular kind of Bible. She said she couldnt see well enough to find it. I looked around for staff and she said I asked at the counter for some help and they said theyd send someone back but that was ten minutes ago! So I helped look and found the Bible she wanted in a few minutes....could have been faster and maybe wouldnt have even required my assistance if there had been any semblance of order to those shelves. No alphabetical or subject-based order to the Bibles. Id run across several copies of the same versions spread all through on different shelves. They need to pay better mind to organizing shelves and maybe actually pay attention to customers? Id like to add the place was nearly dead when I came in and nobody had been in line when I went up. I honestly dont see why no staff EVER came to help this lady!

Great childrens section- good variety of learning toys. Lots of fun stuff! Parking can be tricky at the busiest hours, but usually not bad.

Love taking the kids to Barnes and Noble and they love going. I just wish they would open up seating again so parents can sit and read to their kids.

There was so much things at this location! Plenty of options to choose from, but the only downside was that the albums behind the checkout counter werent easily accessible. I had to wait in the checkout line to point out something that caught my eye. I felt bad for the people behind me who were ready to buy their books since i was taking so long. Also its hard to read the albums from the other side of the checkout counter. I think it would be better if they were easily accessible and I could browse them instead of squinting to read what album it was.

Thank goodness big bookstores still exist. Soooo much inventory and helpful staff.

The store is a beautiful two story bookstore with one of the largest selections of books, children books, puzzles and board games that I have seen. There were at least 10 shelves of puzzles and over 20 shelves of board games. This is one of the best Barnes & Noble that I have been to.

Book stores are disappearing but not this one. The inside of this store is really cool, not only does it have a coffee shop but its also a relaxing place to find your next book. If youre looking for a new read I highly recommend Barnes & Noble. Im sure it wont be time wasted. Check it out.

Great Barnes and Nobles. My go-to bookstore in ABQ. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Friendly service. Connected to Coronado Mall. Typically overpriced, Amazon is soooo much cheaper, but hey, sometimes ya just want a bookstore. Good parking. Easily accessible from ABQ city bus #8.

Love books. Community Libraries should take a page from their small coffee shop and they could become self sustainable.

I found the staff to be courteous friendly and helpful. I wish they had had my book and stock but they had to order it and I was not able to stick around to receive that .

I absolutely love this bookstore and really enjoy the displays they have setup throughout the store. I enjoy the new display cases showing strictly Hayo Miyazaki characters, Harry Potter characters, & etc. I like the little cafe and would say it is a great place to kill time without even knowing that you are! I always make a point of visiting here at this particular Barnes and noble because of the charm and ambience. Plus, I like seeing the great displays of children’s books as it helps to know as a teacher what’s the ‘latest book’ out on the shelves.

This place is huge! Lots of toys, books & gift ideas. Clean & organized. There was no one around to help us find the books we wanted so, we bought some other books of the shelves.

It was an ok experience the employees were nice. The environment was kinda extravagant. I went to the manga section obviously and there was a lot of extraordinary people thete.

Dont let your kids go in the kids section they might get yelled at by the mean old man employee.

Its a bit pricey but if you need a book they pretty much always have it. And if they dont they can order it for you. Its always extremely organized and enjoyable to be in a reading environment. Love it

Its impossible to get help from the employees. They dont answer the phone-ever. When you go to the store in person, you cant find an employee to assist you and if you do get lucky and find an employee-they arent sure where to find d the book or if the store carries it. If you must use Barnes & Noble, save yourself frustration and order online.

The people here are happy to work here and excited to help you find things I think barns and noble really takes care of their employees. Plus there is a Starbucks inside and made for an exciting treat after out purchase...not to mention the buy one get one free coupon we got with purchase...thanks barns and noble for our experience...

Awesome layout and great selection especially for there games though the the convenience you get for getting a physical copy allows them to push the price up a little bit where you could most likely get the books or games cheaper online.

Wow. I usually try to patron local bookstores, but sometimes they just dont have what I need. So I turned to B&N. I usually hate asking for help and bothering people, but Colton Newman was unbelievably helpful and patient. He even recommended some books that he thought Id like--and I LOVED them! He definitely knows his books and is great at his job. 10/10 recommend if you really need a book.

Barnes & Noble communicated between stores and found a copy of the book I was looking for. They put it on a 3 day hold, and I was able to get the book I wanted with very little hassle.
