Recently went into get my road bike worked on that I had purchased at the store several years ago and the service staff was friendly and fair with the fees charges for their work. The Staff has always been friendly and greet you with a smile. And I highly recommend purchasing bikes and accessories from this great business.

Staff who are friendly, helpful, and working hard to get folks on the right bike during a challenging time in the industry. These supply chain issues are no joke! I wanted to help my sister find an MTB upgrade from her 10 year old ride and Seamas helped her find a good fit and walked her through the pros and cons of several models based on her needs. She was able to test ride in-store and order the bike that suited her (plus she picked up new shoes, a new helmet, cleats, and pedals). We even made last-minute changes to our order over the phone and they accommodated our requests with grace and enthusiasm (thank you, Josh!) -- really appreciated the stellar service and cant wait until the new bike gets shipped and she can get out and ride.

I love my new Trek Townie E-Bike! When I stepped into the store for the first time, I knew that I would have an enjoyable buying experience! All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful! Luckily the color and model I wanted was in stock, but needed to be assembled. They called me when it was ready, and when I went in to pick it up, Mike guided me through the process, suggested accessories and gave me a tutorial on how everything works. Then I took it for a spin around the parking lot and I knew Id made a great choice! He then delivered it to my house, now, thats great customer service! I would highly recommend Trek if you are serious about buying a bike. I purchased a Roscoe 7 and a Marlin 5 and am waiting for the Marlin 5 to be delivered soon. The staff are nice, knowledgeable, and have been a great resource as I progress in this hobby. As for the bikes they are great. These aren’t big box store bikes, they are quality. I feel connected when I ride and am challenging myself more since I am confident in the craftsmanship of the Trek bikes. The Roscoe 7 feels awesome on the trails and I look forward to exploring more of the outdoors as I get into better and better shape. If you are on the fence about getting into mountain biking or any type of biking for that matter, Trek bikes are a great start.

Luigi was the most professional, helpful person in the biking industry that I have come in contact with. I have been to so many places for maintenance and upgrades and always walk away feeling uneducated and taken advantage of. Luigi did the exact opposite. He got me the best price, spent time with me making sure I understood everything and was feeling confident. I will only go to Trek from now on. Outside of Luigi, all employees are kind, professional and go out of their way to be helpful to customers. Sunday after I picked up my bike I had my best ride and felt confident. I felt prepare in case something was going to happen but most of all grateful I was at my best thanks to Trek.

Trek in Albuquerque has always been awesome, from purchase to service. I went in today with a flat tire on my Remedy 9.7. I figured I’d need to leave the bike, but much to my surprise, the service tech dropped what he was doing and repaired my bike within 20 minutes. You just get real-time service like this anymore. Highly recommend Trek and the Albuquerque store.

The great service started with the text option. My questions were quickly answered. I was able to go in the store the next day and look, ride, and purchase the bike that was the best fit for me. I was able to purchase slime and other tire protection which was installed the day of-quick and excellent service. The associates were knowledgeable and assisted in every way. A great experience all around!

The staff in the store are super knowledgeable and helpful, and absolutely do not pressure you to buy anything. It was the best experience all around. Eric K. was so patient with our questions and our test ride. Another associate, whose name I didn’t catch, was equally helpful when we returned to pick up the bike. He suggested a kickstand and wasn’t even bothered when we decided to add that on. We received great advice on all things bicycle related, and we left very happy. This will be our first stop whenever we have bicycle needs in Albuquerque.

Great sales experience and an awesome product. I didnt even know which bike I wanted, despite most of the bikes sold, they did have a good selection of whats available. I was able to look and compare models first hand instead of on a website. Found the bike I wanted and was crushed to hear it would be over a year and a half to receive it...do to demand. They checked downstairs in the basement just incase there was one hiding somewhere...they found one!! Thanks again!

I took my grandchildrens bikes to get serviced after forgetting to pick them up the people at Trek bike shop held on to them for five months when we finally picked them up. They didnt pester or threaten to sell them they just held on to them until we picked them up.

Every time Ive gone into the Trek store or talked with someone on the phone, they were so helpful and answered any and all questions I had plus some. They helped set up my bike - adjusted it and went above and beyond in their services. So glad I choose a Trek bike because I know I have a resource of people to help me with any tune-ups or additions to my bike Id like to make.

They were super friendly, especially the service guy. I double flatted and had a tire blow out the sidewall. I got an Uber to the shop, they fixed me up in about 20 minutes and I was able to catch back up to the group for the last 20 miles. Highly recommend.

After being told by another Albuquerque bicycle store that they couldnt get parts to fix any bikes until 2022--something I wish they had told me on the phone before I drove 75 miles--Trek was absolutely wonderful! The employees were pleasant and positive and immediately assured me that they could fix my bicycle. I highly recommend them, even if you have a low end bicycle like mine.

Luigi the manager and Will were really superb answering all my questions and Will put the bike I bought in my truck and onto my Tacoma fork moun. Also, the manager said if that model not work out, I could bring it back for an exchange.

I shipped my Dads bicycle to the folks at Trek Bicycle Albuquerque. Wonderful customer service from the first phone call to pick up. They did a great job keeping in touch letting me know when the bike arrived, when it would be reassembled, tuned and ready to pick up. When my dad showed up the walked him through what they did, made last minute adjustments to ensure fit properly in the saddle. Great staff and customer service.Would strongly recommend paying them a visit.

We purchased two bikes at the Trek ABQ store, Will helped us with both bikes. The store has a friendly and professional atmosphere, which is a big deal to me.Will was also able to tune and install training wheels on my daughters new bike the same day even though the store was busy and it was near closing time, that made her very happy.It was also neat to see several current Trek bike owners bringing their bikes to the store for service, they all looked happy and were promptly greeted. The employees are friendly. My first time there. They were out of the tubes I needed but they called another bike store and told them what I needed and wrote down the name, location, phone number and person to talk to of the competition which had the tubes at the register all ready to go. When we came in, it looked very professional and seemed to have a friendly atmosphere. That being said, we did not have a very good experience. While multiple employees thanked us for our patience and said theyd be with us in a minute, we did not get any help in over thirty minutes of waiting. While they did seem busy with ten or so other customers, it was frustrating to wait for so long. If the wait was going to be significant from the staff-to-customer ratio, I would have preferred to have been told that. Its disheartening to hear youll get help momentarily and then not get it, and I would have appreciated the honesty if someone said were busy today Im sorry, it might be thirty or more minutes. Several other people entered, waited, and eventually took their business elsewhere from not getting any customer service, us included.

Took my Trek Bike in for a tune up. They did a great job--the bike feels almost new. Gave me some good advice on Albuquerque biking given that I am new here. It was ready the next day. I will go there again.

Shamus and Luigi went above and beyond to help me get a bike in time for my daughters 9th birthday. I didnt know this kind of customer service existed anywhere anymore. I truly was blown away by their kindness, knowledge, willingness to help and overall attitude. Mike and Mark I believe, also were very helpful and helped me correct a mistake I had make. They did not at all have to help me correct this, as it was my fault but did so anyway. Any other place would have said oh well....I have never owned a Trek bike before but I do believe that after this experience at the Albuquerque store, if this kind of focus and value is continued to be placed on customer service, I will never buy another bike that is not Trek, for the rest of my life.I had actually called a few months ago to inquire about a bike for myself when I was in the market, but with all the craziness on the supply chain for MTBs because of covid, I couldnt wait until February of 2022 to get a new bike. I ended up going with REI cause I luckily found one there. Next time though, Trek is the only place I will go, wait or not! My other daughter needs a new bike come August, I will start looking for a Trek for her since now! Thanks a lot guys for all you did. Id like to buy you all a round of beers!

This store is outstanding! With everything weve gone through these past few months theyve done a phenomenal job! I will and have bought more bikes since my first visit. I have 3 bikes from them now since march and I have had 1 other friend go in and buy one with his own personal awesome experience as well!

This is a fabulous place! I ordered a bike there which I discovered was too small for me. No problem.They ordered me the next larger size and took time with me to make sure that it was the right fit. They also patiently answered all of my questions, a ton of them, helped me pick out the accessories I needed ( no pressure sales here) and gave me suggestions on where I could safely ride in ABQ. They also gave me suggestions on how to prevent my new bike from being stolen, which is what happened to my previous one. Mike, the General Manager, told me that I could leave my new bike in the store when I need to run errands after my rides. ( I live out of town.) Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back.

Trek Albuquerque is simply the best. Rob is an expert bike mechanic and explains things thoroughly and thoughtfully, I have zero apprehension leaving my bikes with them for service. Mark and team have assisted with three bikes we have bought over the past couple years. Fantastic service and knowledge, I feel very valued and welcome!

The Trek Superstore was great to deal with during the pandemic. The store was thoughtfully and safely set up for customers and the staff were professional and courteous. The queue required masks and had clear markings for distance between customers.I picked up some items I ordered online and placed a deposit on a new bike purchase. It was quick and easy.Just be prepared to wait a little bit for your turn but your turn will be a generally pleasant experience.

Trek Bicycle Superstore in Albuquerque has an excellent staff, who are knowledgeable, personable, and extremely responsive. Due with the concerns regarding Covid-19, the staff at Trek are great. It is difficult for both them and the consumer (to not have the ability to roam the store). However, the staff do everything in their power to be compassionate and understanding regarding the needs of their customer(s) wanting to purchase a bike widget. I admire their patience and flexibility during this pandemic. Kudos to this location and the staff.

I need a specific type of tire, because the material I need and the construction of the tire is crucial in order to deliver me the strongest possible tire for not an extreme amount of money. This specific Trek store provides me with the quality I need in a tire, The Continental Gator-Skin and Gator-Hardshell, on sale for $35.00! I didn’t even get that price anywhere on line!! As well a quality customer service and a quality store to shop in. Even during this tough time in our history, they haven’t lost that spirit and the utmost care for their customers, and that makes that place so inviting to shop. Thank you guys
