Pepsi is a universal brand and your economical and professional contributions help keep not only New Mexico, but surrounding states and beyond great places to live and work..That said.... Our tiny little restaurant was almost a customer of yours.. For one, you have undeniably great products, outstanding corporate partners, and internationally recognized prestige... There is, however, something to be said about pre and post customer services...Our experience from Pepsi in that realm was less than exceptional, in fact, it was likened to that of a utility company.. Through the course of our communications and just from being a New Mexico resident I understand that you all used to own the NM Balloon Fiesta business.. That business is no longer yours... Perhaps it was the lack of a collaboration culture with customers or relying heavily too much on the Pepsi brand power that made this a reality..?In our tiny, little, meager, food business we demand great service from ourselves to our customers; so, when we are the customers I think holding our service providers and vendors to some type of standard isnt out of the question.. This is not to say that our interactions were unpleasant or unprofessional because  this surely was not the case. In fact, every individual was professional and polite.. As far as the sales and services go though, I truly believe we are in an era where even the little guy expects that extra step or mile, or even some hint of interest in being a prospect.. Pepsi didnt deliver on these aspects of expecations..We dont expect our asses to be kissed and definitely dont want any handouts or overzealous apologies as they are not required; but coming from a corporate sales background, this might serve as a nice little spark for your sales organization.. Just a thought..Thanks for your consideration here and God speed...GO THE EXTRA MILE.. (This is something we can all be reminded of each day in life)

Well I went looking for job. But there computer was down. Lady I spoked with was really nice. Said were nearest library was. I applied there.

Picking up a delivery great staff took care of me right away

Always have to wait.. expect at least 2 hrs to get loaded but its usually way way more.

Super huge warehouse! Worked here as a security guard. Fun part was me seeing a rabbit when it was getting dark.

I used to love Pepsi but lately there 2lts have been flat. The tops are not tight so there losing it carbonation. Very unhappy.
