What a treat!! Im a lavender nut so my go-to flavor is lavender hibiscus but blue butterfly, grapefruit rosemary, and lemon ginger cayenne are my switch ups. Love seeing this stuff on tap at local joints around town too!!

I absolutely love New Mexico Ferments. Pre-COVID, we would fill our growlers at the Downtown Growers Market or Railyards Market weekly, so I was so happy when they moved into a brick and mortar location and started offering options for curbside pickup and delivery! You can also find their kombucha at several breweries around Albuquerque. The Grapefruit Rosemary is probably my favorite flavor, but I also really love the heat of the Lemon Ginger Cayenne. If you’re looking for a similar flavor profile with less spice, the Turmeric Black Pepper is also great. All around, a really great and consistent product.

Cannot say enough good things about this local business. They go out of their way to deliver consistent products that are delicious, well-priced, and accessible. The gals who run this organization are so open-minded, friendly and just radiate community involvement. The product is always fresh, never too sugary, and the flavors are fun and exciting. Prickly Pear is my favorite while my partner likes the Grapefruit Rosemary. We always keep a growler of the Lemon Cayenne Ginger though for all its awesome detox and probiotic qualities. Pro-tip: Dont sleep on their kimchi either.... I could eat a whole jar in one sitting.

Sooo, this was our first experience with NM Ferments. We purchased the prickly pear and the lemon Cayenne. Great job getting it to railyard and good pickup experience. We got it home and gave it a try. As someone who has tried A Lot of khombucha and had the primo khombucha experience with Kickin Khombucha in Houston, this khombucha is very lacking. The prickly pear was very vinegary, kind of like the crummy brands you find in the local supermarket. The Cayenne was just super hard to even take a sip. Basically tasted like cayenne and lemon in a bottle. I had high Hopes for this brand but no good.I suggest sending somebody to Houston to get with the kickin folks to get a few tips on some really super khombucha. Sorry...

I love New Mexico Ferments, especially with the bottle exchange option at the farmers market! It’s so great having a local kombucha brewer that uses local flavors and traditions. Especially a fan of the prickly pear!

This kombucha is fresh and by far some of the best Ive had. I highly recommend the ginger lemon cayenne and turmeric black pepper flavors. Perfect for helping boost your immune system. Also, did you know they make kimchi??!! I didnt know I loved kimchi until I tried theirs. Do yourself a favor and check them out. They offer curbside pickup and will deliver to your house!

This is an excellent business. Its based on a collaborative model and affords much needed kitchen space to small businesses in Albuquerque. The kombucha is not too sweet and the flavors are delicious. Its healthy and refreshing. Popcycles made from kombucha are something I have yet to try, but with the hot weather Im sure I will do that soon! The baked goods from Planty Sweet are out of this world, gluten free and vegan. The sparkling waters are light, refreshing and naturally flavored with home grown herbs.I highly recommend this business!!
