We have called Melloy Dodge twice and on two occasions from two different sales people we were treated very poorly. No solutions were offered to our questions, and the salesperson was a little disrespectful to us. If Melloy is looking to sell cars, having those kind of interactions with customers is not going to serve them well.
Had a very good experience here. My sales guy Andy M. was awesome. In particular I told him I wanted it done quickly and he got it done. I would definitely do business with this dealer again.
I traveled from Kansas City to Albuquerque for a specific used car they had. Everybody I worked with from beginning to end made it a fast, friendly, successful, transaction. They gave me all the information I requested, including extra video and photos and they answered all my questions about the vehicle, so that I could feel comfortable making the trip. As a matter of fact, I was only in the dealership for less than an hour from the time I arrived to the time I drove off with the vehicle to beat the massive snowstorm in the Midwest. If I could rate the salesman alone, Jeremy would receive 5 stars! He was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and up from the beginning with the purchase of our 2021 RAM 3500. He was also very understanding with our kids.Now, the reason for 1 star. Dealing with finance has been a disaster and trying to getting touch with someone in finance has been even worse. Our loan was given to another lender after we had signed and left. We were never given our temporary registration. We decided to use our existing plates as my husband is a disabled veteran. The dealership ensured us on several occasions they would take care of the registration. Nothing has been done and no one has returned any of my phone calls. I will be taking my business to Larry H Miller for our next RAM purchase.

Talk about cutting corners, will never take my vehicles there ! Even when I worked there I made sure nobody touched my stuff. The guy that trained me scolded me for checking the brake and power steering fluid on a lube job, I always did it anyway.

After going to a GMC dealership and Larry H Dodge dealership (do not go there by the way) we ended up at Melloy and they are all so nice, want to work with you, treat you with respect. Would not recommend no one to purchase anything from this place ..its a circus. And they handle people any type of way smh ! Unfortunately touch up paint cant fix a hacked paint job that was done ..it has to be re painted like the driver side door was ..and also that small touch up paint cant touch up scratches that was put on my truck from you guys replacing a window that is deep into the paint where you can see the white part of the truck when its red ....you guys just make up excuses for everything and I will tell anyone and everyone not to do business here ..yall do good at selling stuff to people but dont honor it ...so yeah touch up paint cant fix that !

Claims to be a Dodge dealership. Employee Larry Justice wasnt professional. Initially, he reached out to me after I built a custom truck online but then NEVER responded to my emails. Went in, and they couldnt even tell me the lead times on ordering a new truck. Basically told me to go to Ford because their trucks are better.

We bought a new Ram in 2020. We then brought the truck in for a first oil change. They forgot to put the oil cap on and it made a huge mess. Then brought the truck back when it got a nail in the tire. They scraped the rim when removing the tire. They said a guy who works on Thursday would fix it. Took truck in today (Thursday) and there is nobody there who can fix the rim. The service is terrible! They have done a lot of damage to our new truck!
Bought a used car from the dealership - car was in the shop 3 weeks out of the first 5 weeks we owned it. Dealership wouldnt buy back the lemon of the car they sold us. Not helpful at all.

Terrible shady dealership! We live in anofher state and found a NEW truck on their site. Communicated with tracy the salesman, it had all the options like we wanted, told him to run the financing so we just have to sign when we get there. We drove 6 hours to do the deal, when we arrived and looked at the truck, i first noticed the tires didnt look new, then after opening the driver door the leather seats had creases in it, i immediately looked at the odometer. It had 1200 miles on the truck. I told the sales guy you didnt disclose the truck had 1200 miles on it. Its not a new truck, its used! He said oh its new its never been titled. I was absolutely angry, he misled us on this vehicle hoping we would still buy it because we drove 6 hours. He had no concern or empathy we drove 6 hours to be deceived. They had no care at all we drove so far. They didnt try to work any deal on a different truck or anything. I told them to kick rocks, we went to Larry Miller Dodge in Albuquerque. Those guys heard what happened at Melloy and got us into a 2021 ram 2500 fully loaded Laramie for less than the “new” 1500 Melloy had. Larry Miller is a top notch dealership and they take care of you!! F Melloy!

July 28, 2021. A man in the parts department is always rude when I call to order parts. We are a body shop in the South Valley and every time I have to talk to him he sounds bothered or like he doesnt want to be there. If he cant find a part or doesnt know what you are talking about he loses patience and raises his voice. Sadly, we have to put up with this since we have a business to run also but today was the last straw with this mans rudeness. If you hate your job work somewhere else. Hope somebody in management sees this and brings it to his attention.

This is a diary of an ongoing blog that began on 29 February for repairs on my 2012 Fiat 500. The service department dropped the ball on diagnosis of several warning lights for which I gave that department a one star which did not make Tim or Steve happy. With that lack of service my car broke down the next day while driving to work. Two weeks later, a rental car and several Lyft rides the car appears to be ready! I did move them up a star when Tim gave me a rental but now I have moved them back to one as my earlier ongoing review was removed. I must add that Jason, the service technician, is an excellent resource who deserves 5-Stars! If it werent for Jason and my excellent warranty I would not use this service facility.Ive had my Fiat back for 4 days now! The car runs fine. I am kicking them up 2-Stars but still concerned that they initially dropped the ball.What Melloy needs is more and better competition!

Jason the service manager was an absolute incredible help. We had a recall performed for the emissions system. After getting it home we seemed to smell a gas vapor. Being that we just filled it up i thought it was possibly overfilled. Drove for another month and refilled. Again gas smell. I contacted Jason and he called me back within a short amount of time. Not only did he get me in right away, kept me updated with the progress. He made sure that the repair was correct, I am very happy. thank you.
I bought my first truck here. A 2019 Ram Warlock 1500. Bob Valdez was the salesmen and he truly worked hard to make me comfortable and find what I truly wanted. Ive been to the service center a few times now (regular service and to figure out issues with the touchscreen) Tim, a service advisor has always been professional and prompt. Brittany has also expedited one of my visits after purchasing my truck I realized a small but fixable flaw. So far the team at Melloy Dodge has been exemplary. My experience has been a positive one.

She asked if we had gotten the inspection. We told her that they were booked and we needed to contact her. She told us again to make an appointment at the service center. We said okay.Now it’s Saturday. We went down to the dealership and went to the express lane for an inspection. After that we drive around to the showroom and sign in and ask for Christina. She comes over says she’ll be right back. My son goes to Bring my car around the building for me so I don’t have to walk all the way to the back.He forgot to leave the Key to his car so he meets Christina at his vehicle and passes her the key. Then he comes and sits inside with me.Christina drives his car around the corner and parks at the little table outside with all the other salesman. She walks in and goes up to the manager office and comes back. She hands us our stuff and says.“We’ll give you $22,000.00 because of the CARFAX. That’s it.”We tell her “No.” she says; “Yeah. Sorry.” And then walks away.I have never been so disrespected by a car dealership.If you continue to ask us to do something that is contingent on a deal. Then, change it when we fulfilled our end of it, especially when you KNEW we were only available Saturday. Yet you repeatedly refused to schedule a time during the week. You should be ashamed of yourself.I would never write this, but my son gave me his permission and asked me to do so.Would your attitude have been more professional, if my son wore a shirt that read; “I have a disability.”.He treats everyone the same way he is treated. You cannot throw a temper tantrum when someone treats you the exact same way you treat them. Because if it bothers you, then guess what? It bothers them too.He didn’t hold a grudge towards you. He treated you as if he had first met you. Great customer service, these guys treated me fair and did a honest job. I went in for a oil cooler replacement for my Dodge Journey, and they replaced it easily and they even replaced my plastic engine cap as a curtesy. Leo and his team restored my faith in dealership mechanics.

We bought a 2020 dodge from melloy dodge from Sean the salesman. They failed to tell me not to put in a wet air intake after I told them I was going to put one in. After it failed they refused to help me and screwed me out of $4200. The service manager lied through his teeth and is a scam artist. Theyre tactics are to indimidate you when they are at fault. They will also record you without your knowledge and use this as an intimation measure. The best thing to do is not buy from them Theyll lie steal and cheat. We have a mechanic than can prove all this as true he works at dessert suns dodge, where my truck is being fixed due to their negligence. This is how they treats there vets. Vet beware.Eric

I cant express how grateful I am for the amazing service I received from this dealership. Traveling cross country with a fifth wheel, check engine light came on and showed a problem with the Turbo booster. The larger dealership in town declined to help us advising they were 3 weeks behind with service appt.( wife was able to make appt with them online for in the morning). We called Melloy they bent over backwards to help us. Fixed the problem promptly and had us back on the road for our vacation. Joshua saved our vacation. The people of Alberquerque have a clear choice for service and that would be this dealership!
DISABILITY DISCRIMINATIONPart 1 of 2We got a “Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer” for $29,644.00 and we scheduled an appointment to meet with Christina Blair from Melloy Dodge off of Coors Blvd in Albuquerque.I work two full time jobs and my schedule is not very flexible. Luckily, she worked with us. We met with Christina on Memorial Day 2021. She seemed nice at first. She said we had to have the vehicle inspected since the CARFAX reported an accident back in February 2020. We had not known about the crash report until this point, as the vehicle had never been in a crash. On the CARFAX report, it stated that there was NO DAMAGE to the vehicle. We figured out it was from when my sons car ran out of gas and it rolled into a curb. I was never made aware that a “Crash Report” was filed by the police.Christina said that due to the CARFAX report, the offer dropped down to around $29,144.00 (cannot remember the EXACT number as we were never given the paper…). Unfortunately, the service department was closed, so we had to come back to finish the sale. Which is hard because I would have to plan it as I would have to take off early from work at my first job and then travel an hour or so to the dealership. So my son asked if we could leave the vehicle at the dealership, so they could do what they needed to do and then whenever they were done I could just pop in, sign, and get home before I started my second job.Christina told us that we could not leave the vehicle overnight due to liability reasons. We explained that we have left vehicles overnight at that same dealership MANY times before with no issues. She said she knows but kept saying that they don’t want the liability. Which I can understand. So we offered to sign a liability waiver or something, just so I could have everything done prior to me getting there between jobs the following day.As I only had THAT DAY off from work (which is why we scheduled it for that day). I would Not be free again, until the following Saturday. Being that I am the only person who can sign the paperwork. We were just trying to be quick and not end up missing more work than I could afford to miss.Things then got heated when my son asked once again if he could just leave the vehicle. She said“No. this is not a negotiation.”So he asked when he could bring it in.Christina said “Whenever is most convenient for you.”He said “I’ll bring it first thing in the morning.”She said “Great! What time?”He said “At like 6/6:30 in the morning. I’ll drop my keys in the EarlyBird Key Drop Box!”She said “You cant. They won’t be open that early.”He said “That’s why they have the EARLY bird box.”She got upset and said; “No. You cant. You see, It’s a liability issue.”Then my son looked her in the face, just as she had done to him.He then said; “It’s not a negotiation. I’m telling you what I am going to do. Which is exactly what you asked me to do.”She lost it.She said “We don’t want your car. You can’t be here”My son said “Because YOU, won’t tell Us, when YOU, are free? Then tell Us to bring it in whenever WE are free. Then, dislike when WE are free?”Then he asked to talk to her manager. She threw her hands up and said;“Absolutely! Let me go get him! hold on.”She then presumably went to go get him. But then she comes back and slams her papers on the table and says“Just drop it off whenever.”She then turned around, and stomped off across the Showroom floor.We were left in shock at what had just happened. Then trying to get the car inspected was another task. Christina told us to contact the Service center. So we did, but they were booked two weeks out. Then, I told the service center that it was an inspection needed for the dealership to purchase my car. The service center said “Oh, if we’re buying your car, then that is entirely different. That is handled by another department. Let me transfer you to Christina, so she can set that up because she handles all of that stuff.”
I had just purchased a vehicle from Christina Blair and I must say if not for her outstanding service I was going to buy somewhere else. She was so thoughtful and courteous throughout the whole process. If you speak with anyone speak with her, I 100% will be recommending everyone to her. She got me and my wife an amazing deal. Had an appointment made to put a recalled part it. When we arrived, they claimed that they still had to scan the truck and that we would have to wait at least one more week before they could even start working on it. They also claimed that they werent sure the part was on recall(even though we had called the company and gave them a part number and THEY said it was recalled) and then tried to charge us $135 JUST to scan the truck.

I was looking for a Fiat spider luso model with red top. Melroy Dodge has a new 2019 model. I worked with Christina who is excellent, she went out of her way to get me the best deal on the car. I am on the East coast and it is a 2-day drive, Christina even helped me to try and get a one-way car rental so that I could drive down and pick up the car instead of flying. Because Im on the East coast I decided not to purchase the car, otherwise I would have purchased the car over the phone. Again great experience with the dealer and Christina is phenomenal.

The sales person didnt want to replace a sandblasted windshield, and worn out tires on a truck to make a deal. So much for safety with melloy dodge. This is an arrogant, lame business that slid downhill. They are out to take advantage of desperate people.

Our sales associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful even though we were very upfront about not buying this time. We are looking at all makes of trucks, weighing out pros and cons, likes and dislikes. The only problem we had was he was smoking on the show lot. Smoke makes me physically ill and we find it very unprofessional to be smoking on the show lot. I would have given them fewer stars because of this, except he did have a solid knowledge, was friendly, and very informative.
Made an appointment to upgrade my Dodge charger R/T, and the service guy was rude and short with us.. Im sure its because he had no idea what to do,passed us off to another service guy who took forever pulling stuff up on the computer and then gave us a 6 figure amount seriously nice hiring guys who know nothing!

Its important to me to be on point, as soon as someone presents themselves. Absolutely a great personalitie. Jordan is a real Jem for this business. I just hope they know it. Our experience was great! Thank you Melloy Dodge!!Last year Melloy sold my husband a vehicle thinking we got a good deal. Not even a year & the transmission goes out, with no help from our salesman, the vehicle wasnt even a year. Taking all stars away, I wouldnt go back to Melloy.
Had to take my truck in because the CE light came on. They ran it and said it needed a software update. Told me it would be about 30 minutes. It took a little longer than that, but the waiting area is nice. Lots of tables, coffee, sodas and water. The staff was really nice and my truck was out soon enough. Not bad for a Saturday morning and lots of vehicles in the shop.

At this time he tells me that vehicle is at rail yard and will arrive in 1-10 days.Sunday 11-29-2020Return to dealership to sign financing, am told that he will check Monday to get a set delivery date.Monday 11-30-2020Send text message to see if he has gotten a date for delivery and am told that it will arrive Thursday. At this time I notify my business customer that I will be able to start the job the following MondayThurday 12-3-2020Send message to salesman to find out ETA of vehicle at 9:39am get response at 12:00pm that states hopefully todayFriday 12-4-2020Send salesman message asking if there is any word at 10:55am, do not get a response so at 1:04pm is message him again, finally get a response that states he is not at the lot but will be back in 30 minutes and let me know 1:05pm. 3:51pm finally get response letting me know it still has not come in. At this time I inform him that I had and out of state job that I needed to start the following Monday so I was most likely going to have to take the vehicle that was to be traded, no response from salesman after that point so I decide that evening to fill out the FCA customer satisfaction survey to see if that earns a response.Monday 12-7-202010:24am get email from Brittany the customer relations manager apologizing for how the ball has been dropped and states that she will get answer from GM and let me know in the afternoon what is happening, I then respond to her email stating that at this point waiting on the vehicle is costing me income due to the fact that I waited around and did not start job on time. 4:59pm finally get response stating that GM just got off the phone with Chrysler and that vehicle should be in by Friday mind me in saying this is also day 9 since I had been told 1-10 days. I do not respond to email just make plans to wait till Friday to pick up vehicle.Thursday 12-10-202010:40am receive phone call from Internet sale person, talked for 3 minutes and he states he will call me back in 10 minutes after he talks with his GM. 4:02pm I have yet to hear back from this salesman I return his call to figure out where we stand, I am then asked if he can call me back in 5 minutes, by this time I was not as patient as I could have been. 4:13pm he returns the call which was right at under the 5 minute mark so props to that one, he then states that they were guaranteed delivery Monday 12-14-2020 which I agree to wait for but also state I will hold him to that date.Friday 12-11-2020Receive email from Ram containing Bonus Cash Offer so I decide to ask the salesman if it would even be possible to apply that to my purchase, he states he needs to check with his GM who happened to not be in the office, tells me to wait till following day to see if re-contracting will be possible, asks me to remind him around 9 the following morning.Saturday 12-12-2020Message salesman at 9:04am to remind him about checking into the matter, he thanks me. 10:32am I message asking if there is any news, he responds stating that we can in fact re-contract the vehicle, so I ask if he can put a new offer sheet together so I can make sure that it will be a better deal than is already signed, he says at 10:34am he will have numbers for me in a little while. 12:39pm I send text asking how the offer is coming along, never receive response. 3:37pm I send another message expressing my frustration at the lack of communication and customer service, at this point I have had to send several follow up messages just to earn a response. Never received a response from that message as well.Monday 12-14-2020Dealership voided sale due to negative review, refused to do further business!
Very poor customer service. When our car broke down we could not even receive a return call back even though we had called several times trying to get some help. So we had our car towed in, we were asked where we bought it, and felt we received poor treatment because we did not buy our car there. Then we were told that a mouse chewed the wires and we were charged for the repair (without any proof) even though our car is still under warranty. To save on headaches and frustration, if you did not buy your car there I would go elsewhere. Im sure if you buy your car from them you will receive better treatment. After this experience I would not even buy a vehicle from this dealership there are much better choices.

I’m a single mom who do not know much about cars. My Nissan Rogue was having transmission problems, but the issues was not very clear. The techs had to problem solve and trouble shoot to identify the problem. I was frustrated, angry, and took my frustrations out on Mike. He calmed me down and was very empathetic towards my issues. Brian and Izzy figures out what was wrong with my Rogue (sticky transmission valve) and had my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I have a distrust for mechanics, but these guys are the best. Yes, I will proudly pay “dealership prices” for car repairs with them because the job will be done right. They are transparent with their work and do not try to over sell on repairs.

I just returned from a 1000 mile road trip along Route 66. It started with the purchase of a 2020 Dodge Ram Laramie from Melloy in Albuquerque. I was helped out by Mike Calvillo and Dominic Gonzales. I couldnt find exactly what I wanted locally so I cast a wide net. Of the dealers I negotiated with, I think Melloy gave me a very fair price, including adding a brake controller for towing. The reason I am taking the time to write the review is, I greatly appreciate that they followed through on everything they said they would. It couldnt have been easier. As a matter of fact, they even picked me up at the airport, with my truck ready and gassed up. I fully expected there to be some glitch, but there wasnt. I am completely satisfied with the service they provided. My son and I got to see the Grand Canyon and experience old Route 66, and I am now the happy driver of my new truck with all the options I wanted. I would recommend them and would do business with Melloy, Mike, and Dominic again.
