I brought my 2002 Honda van in for a diagnostic. I had recently replaced the fuel pump and had issues after. I asked for a diagnostic test to find out whats going on.They did not do a diagnostic for starters. They counter guy Neil regurgitated what I had explained to him the day before, said I needed ANOTHER new fuel pump, and then advised the repairs would cost $890!I fuel pump costs $120. It took me 1 hour to do that job myself with zero special tools. I literally used a $20 Harbor freight set to do the job myself.So apparently their billable hour is at $700.They tried to fleece me because Im a 34 yearly old who happened to walk in wearing an anime shirt.My dad is a master diesel mechanic and Ive been working on cars for years with him. I chose to bring my van here because it was close and it still wasnt running beyond my repair abilities/tools I own.These guys are CROOKS. They obviously dont have any integrity or honesty at their business. I wish I could give zero stars because now Im out $150 and still have a broken van.Edit: My van wont drive at all now after bringing it in. Its now broken down on Eubank.

Fast quick and no tax and they let u pick your tires and there very chill guys they dont charge tax, its a must for everyone to go here very worth while

Having a good working relationship with your mechanic is super important. I take my car to Neil at Leonard Tire because he knows what hes talking about, is completely honest and transparent, and genuinely fixes my car every time. Anything from getting my oil changed to fixing a cracked radiator, I always bring my car here.

These guys are always unfailingly polite and listen to diagnose the problem. One time they didnt charge me for a tire check before a trip. Thats why I only go there for new tires or repairs; thats how you build a loyal customer base.

Im not sure how to rate what happened. I was quoted a price of $104.00 per tire over the phone but once the tires were installed, the price was double that. I had the choice of having the tires removed and my old ones put back on - at a cost, but then that statement was changed to for free. I ended up keeping the new tires but I feel totally taken advantage of. Im responsible for that I guess since I chose to keep the tires. Im still mad at myself. The tires are lovely, as they should be for the price I paid.

We rented a U Haul pick-up truck on a Sunday. Because they aren’t open on weekends, one of the gentlemen had to come in on Sunday to rent us the truck (kudos for that, but why are they accepting weekend rentals if they’re not open?). He was very nice and professional, which we appreciated. The truck performed ok, except for a stalling issue.We got it back on time, but then stood outside the place for 15 minutes trying to return the truck through the online U Haul return website. What a nightmare! The website couldn’t access our location through my husband’s brand new iPhone XR. I tried my iPhone X, and it got that part done. But then the website demanded a series of photographs. I ended up having to modify my phone’s settings to allow for that. The whole time we were doing this, we were also on hold with U Haul customer service (after 10 minutes of waiting we finally hung up).Overall, we were pleased with the gentleman fro. Leonard, but the truck kept stalling, and it was a huge hassle returning the truck. Next time we’ll use a location that’s open on weekends.

Was recommended this place to get my AC rebuilt, They rebuilt the whole system in a matter of a few hours. When I got my car back it turned out that there was another issue with a relay in my AC system. They took my car in the next morning and got everything fixed without question! Will def be doing business here again.

It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust - and to make a long story short, I am still looking. I have taken my car (and my girlfriends car) here a handful of times, and I am 50/50. Most of all, I feel like they overcharge on labor. They quoted me $1120 for shocks/struts replacement and alignment (not Bilstein shocks), and the Nissan dealer did it all for $995 (with Bilstein shocks, OEM on Xterra Offroad). Furthermore, with that experience they told me I needed the shocks to stop shaking in my vehicle - Nissan told me the tires just needed balanced, which Leonard had done a couple months prior. The car had a shake when I took it in for Leonard to do the balancing, and it left with a shake, leaving me to think they did not do a good job balancing the tires. The Nissan dealer just did it this morning and there is no longer a shake.On another note, twice I have taken a car here and they did not charge for a diagnostic. Yet another two times I have taken a car here they did charge for a diagnostic. $110. And from what I gather on the itemized receipt, the $110 was simply to attach an OBD-II scanner and read the code on their computer. For that price, Ill buy a scanner and just bring you a print out....AutoZone does OBD-II scans for free and provides you a print out... Charging $110 for a diagnostic, let alone charging for a diagnostic only half of the time kind of seems odd to me. To belabor the point, both mine and my girlfriends vehicles had a check engine light...but they only did the diangostic on mine. I took my truck in to them with a specific problem, we took my girlfriends car in for them to check it out (i.e., do a diagnostic)...so it still does not make sense to me why my vehicle with a specific problem to address needed a $110 diagnostic, but my girlfriends car where we didnt know what the issue was did not need the same $110 diagnostic.Highlights though - they once did a pressure test on my bad-condition Isuzu Rodeo for free. Literally zero charge and it was parked there all day. The staff is extremely nice, too. Not all bad things here.Overall, I would cautiously recommend this place, but suggest that you get other opinions and/or quotes (considering they may overcharge on labor costs). The work they have done has been satisfactory, besides the balance job they did a couple months ago, so I would not say this is a bad shop in terms of service. Just the pricing seems wonky.

The Review that was posted about Leonards tires was not done by me.. They were very helpful n did the best job they could to get my Air Conditioning fixed Im very happy with the work they do.

Reliable, ethical, proficient and efficient. I would not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I have been using their services for over a decade. Neil and Ron (master mechanic) are usually running the desk and are pleasant and polite.

Good repair shop with honest service writers and techs. I do almost all of my own work, but theyre my go-to shop when its too cold, too big of a job, or something Id have to buy expensive specially tools for.

One of the few dealers for Cooper tires, which I prefer for my truck.I had a front suspension issue which they mis-diagnosed and failed to fix at great expense. The ball joints were probably due for replacement, but they totally missed the loose/missing bolts on the pivot brackets.Ill still buy tires from them, but wont trust them beyond that.

Service was on point like always. Still a little confused on mask policy. Customer were mask as well as employees in front. However service techs dont use a mask while in your vehicle?

Excellent Customer Service! Uhaul online sent us to Leonards Tire to pick up a truck on a Saturday. They are closed on Saturday, however a very nice gentleman opened the door and when he learned of our situation, rented us a truck anyway.
