With an appointment, I was in and out within the time frame presented. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly which has not happened/occurred at other locations.

My brakes were starting to squeak and I didnt want to wait for my usual mechanic to fit me in. As a new customer and a woman I am always nervous when it comes to vehicle maintenance because sometimes people can take advantage. Sal at the Coors location fit me in as a walk in appointment and explained everything with a lot of care. The price was reasonable and I felt like they were as fast and efficient as possible considering I didnt have an appointment. Sal recommended how often I should get the brakes checked, explained the bill, and was funny and kind. I will definitely be back in the future.

Dont let your brakes go too far, or it will cost you! They did a great job, friendly and was able to give me a few options to choose from. Some of the stuff I can do my self, I told them. I cant resurface rotor, or press out the hub. I was able to use SNAP to finance my car repairs and pay for it later.

I use this brake masters because its close to my house, but it seems that every time I go in there the manager Chria has a bad attitude. I am starting to belive its because I am a woman. Another time I went in there and paid for the gas pump to be replaced and to this day, that still is not fixed. Chris is rude and nasty and very unprofessional. I pray that I will not have to seek out a lawyer because the services he provides on my vehicle does not get fixed. A waste of time and money. Wont be going back!!

Went in for a squeak on my truck Sal recommended new rotors and brakes for both sides of the front due to 1 defective pad. Totaling $817. Called up Napa and took care of the parts for under $250 had another shop install for $150. Glad I didn’t bite the bullet there! 2 stars because I had a inspection with the pervious manager that was honest and said everything was good no need to replace yet.

I have been going here since my car was purchased. I usually wait and watch to have my cars oil change done. Well due to Covid last couple times I just dropped off with an Appointment. Why 2-5 hours if I have Appt. Conclusion they didnt change my oil and charged me. I did a test and changed oil myself. Why was oil black after 4 miles home when they did it Vs. when I did it it was golden brown after 15 miles. Dont go here. They will be hearing from me soon.

As a widow by herself it is hard to find reliable service. Previously had some brake work done a few months ago and was treated very fare and prices were about average for the work done. Went back to have my oil changed and injectors cleaned. Again was treated great.

This is my go to shop for auto repair. Always professional, always reliable, and I have never felt uncomfortable here as a woman. I trust this shop 100%.

Good job doing the alignment... they said bc of my over sized tims my vehicle would still have that wobble... but theres none what so ever... maybe in time... but for now it was so smoothe to drive on the road with any worries about how long my threads on the tire will last... very satisfied... worker at front desk was very nice n respectful...I highly recommend this place for your vehicle work...

I went in for a routine wheel alignment and was treated very kind respectful by the staff. The mechanics professionally adjusted my wheel alignment issues and even showed me on a diagram what repairs were done. I will be going back for other services at Brake Masters #196 location in the future .

We thought their coupon for an affordable oil change was a way to save money--NOT SO. One hand gives the other takes. They added charges so that we paid more than change at Valvoline. We are not happy and will not be returning.

I came in around 9 am, as a walk in for a brake inspection. I knew there would be a wait time. I stood in front of the desk for about 10 min and no one came to greet me or even looked at me to see what I needed. I believe that customer service still should be number one priority in any business. I will not be going back.

BEWARE!!!! I would give no stars if I could! I took my car here to check my brakes. There was a faint intermittent squeal. I dont brake hard but I thought it might be time. It had been years since I bought the car and I keep having my brakes looked at and I keep being informed (by reputable businesses) that they are not ready yet. I just try to stay on top of it as it has been years (I dont drive a lot though). Before bringing it here it had been in to the dealership for other work at the end of February this year. Right before quarantine, and they checked my brakes and flushed the fluid with the other work. All was fine and I have driven less than 2,000 since then. Brakemasters quoted almost $900 for new rotors and my pads were bad. WTH! Heck, they drove right past me when they test drove it. It didnt make a sound and they braked twice in front of me. I said NO and picked my car up. I took it back to University Mazda, where I had bought the car, they said my brake pads and rotors were really good and sent me on my way. BTW, the quote they gave did not match what they said on the phone. It was $300 less but still that is outrageous for something I DIDNT NEED! They thought this woman was an idiot. I am not and if you are a woman, do not take your car here. I wouldnt trust them.

My car needed a/c gas-fluid, took it in. They took my car into the shop, within an hr they called me saying that my engine was over heating. They could not do nothing to it. They said It was better to take it to the dealer for service... I bought a big can of air conditioner fluid, this can has a gauge on it so I filled it in myself. I have air conditioning in my car again. (So sad people dont want to work any more)

Have been to this location several times, have gone online and scheduled appointment. Overall the service has been Excellent! My son now takes his vehicle for maintenance here also.

We have been using Brake Masters on Coors for quite awhile now. They do great work and back the work they do. Chris who is the GM is the best! If ever there is a problem he is quick to resolve it. He is always looking at ways to help save money and is extremely honest.

I would like to say Chad is very nice! I spoke with him on the phone concerning rear end brakes. I went in the next day for my appointment and they made me aware of some things I already knew about the car. The problem is when checking out, John didnt honor my coupon for the oil change and lied to me saying it was on there. Make sure you present the coupon and look at your printout before paying.

This is pretty much the only place I go to when I have a choice in the matter, and even if I have an emergency, I usually have my car towed across town to ensure it ends up here.Even though Brake Masters doesnt specialize in European cars, these guys offer me the most down-to-earth solutions to my vintage BMW problems by showing me a number of options for ordering parts and charging a very reasonable hourly, while most of the Euro-car experts find ways of inflating the cost of parts and labor.For certain things, the BMW dealership will always be necessary, but for everything else, Im glad to have an affordable solution close to home.

With all the hate, negativity and mistrust in the world, the guys here really showed me that there is a lot of good out there. Long story short, I was really in a bind, ended up walking around town for hours, and didnt have what I thought I needed to get my brakes fixed. The guys here, specifically Chris and Ray, went out of their way to make sure I got the work I needed done, and that I could afford to get it done. Ive never experienced such care and compassion from a shop like this, and rest assured Ill never go anywhere else for work they do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Phone service was great, and in personal they were absolutely helpful and professional. They got my car done they day I brought it in and were very clear in explaining the problems and the estimate. Also got a good deal replacing a CV axle. Helpful friendly group and they helped me get part of my payment financed. Ill be back.

Went in for a wheel alignment they told me they couldnt do the alignments because I needed inner tie rod ends and the price was going to be $535 to do it I had just replaced the inner and outer tie rod ends thats why I was going in for the alignment clearly they just wanted to burn me you would think going to a place like that that they would be on the up and up with prices not trying to burn you trying to be safe and not go to too many places to be safe from coronavirus and having people lie and try and burn you for money that I dont even have is not right but the front assistant person Chad told me that it needed the inner tie rod ends I even had my wife call back to ask them again what part was needed and they insisted that the inner tie rod ends were bad when I just put in the part less than a week ago

Work was rushed and done incorrectly as check engine light came back on, and in looking at the engine, bolts were left loose and barely hanging on! Spoke with manager Chris about the issue and he was very argumentative and unprofessional!!! It would have given them more starsbut I went and got my brakes checked the gentleman told me my pads and everything were good but they continue to squeak went back a week later they told me it would be best to do new brakes to stop the squeaking paid the hundred and seventy for brakes and they continued squeaking after that. Eventually I had to go back again for the third time to talk to a different gentleman he looked at them and said that the brake pads were cracked and that they should have saw that the first time he was very nice and helpful I wish I could remember his name but they did it another brake pad replacement and after the third time my brakes finally stop squeaking

Tried charging me 890 for pads rotors and fush on a KIA. Kia dealer wanted to charge me 500 which is more fair and more understandable. Insanely outrageous. EXPENSIVE.

Great service! Had an issue with the brakes on my truck while passing through Albuquerque (RV towing) and needed to have them changed. Staff was courteous and friendly. Fast service, honest advice with several options to fit your budget. Usually not a fan of these establishments since Im a DIY person but had no choice since I was out of town. However this experience changed my opinion on this company. Price was reasonable. Was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. FYI, if you make an appointment online after 5pm it will not go through (happened to me), call instead and show up early (as I did). Theres lots of people waiting outside at 7:15. Call for an appointment and you will get in and out quick.

I made an appointment online for 3pm and had to wait an hour for them to complete my oil change. They offer the service for $34.99. I was still happy because I had a coupon for$24.99 it should have been a $10.00 savings. I walked to the counter when my car was completed and the guy tells me its$34.99. I reminded him about my coupon and he says$31.99. It turns out it doesnt cover disposal fee or taxes. I asked him if the regular$34.99 covers those fees and he told me it does. I said so I basically saved a couple of bucks not the $10 I was promised. I will never go there again what a scam. Please dont trust Brake Masters they are not legitimate.

Please Read especially if you are an individual not familiar with cars:I went here 2 weeks ago to get my alignment fixed on my car. The guy who was adjusting my car came out and really didnt properly explain to me what was wrong with my car. Used a lot of nonsensical jargon. Nonetheless, long story short, he said he could not complete my alignment until I got a part. So an $89 job was going to be a $325 job (for parts, labor, & my alignment). I said I didnt have the money for that (college student) and they gave me a print out of what I needed to have fixed. Right after that, I called Firestone on Coors (which is like 2 minutes away from their company) and asked them how much an alignment would be. It was around $106 (thats with tax included). They fixed my alignment and they said there is a part that needs to be fixed in the future, but it is completely safe to drive on now. My point is: beware of mechanics who say you need to buy additional parts and services from them. I am an individual who does not know a lot about cars and sometimes places like this try to exploit that. So shop around. If I could give this place no stars, I would. But please be mindful of this company. Especially if youre not familiar with cars.

The service is competent, kind and reassuring. They get the work done fast and well. The manager Chris is fantastic and all of the techs are talented and capable. Carlos, Chris and Ernesto went above and beyond. They make me feel confident my familys cars are safe for our kids.

I needed some brake work done on my Dodge truck. Being from a PR background I naturally look at the reviews before going or purchasing anything. I noticed there were many negative comments about this place but due to time constraints I went in there anyways. I was pleasantly surprised, when I walked in I was greeted by Mike. Very professional and very personable! I explained my problem and indicated I would leave my truck there and if he could call me with updates it would be appreciated. Within a half hour they had diagnosed the issue and reached out to me with my possible options. Mike did a great job in setting expectations as far as pricing and what needed to be done. In my past experiences I have had situations where the shop will charge to replace parts that didnt need replacing. This was not the case, they did the initial work on my brakes and came to the conclusion that I did not need further replacement of any other parts. I value this immensely! When it was time to pick up my truck they charged me the quoted price and suggested (instead of push me towards) shock options if I ever needed it done in the future. The gentleman that was behind the counter this time also very professional and personable. As I was walking out I was called out by Mike who was working on another customers car and he greeted me by name. All in all GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will be going there from here on out!

Went into Brake Masters because a bunch of my sensors turned on after I had my wheel blow out. I was reffered to Chris and he was super helpful, he showed me how my wheel ripped my sensors out and fixed the problem there for me. I’m so happy I was there for very little time and I felt comfortable with him not trying to rip me off like a car dealership would. I’m super satisfied and will be coming back to see them in the future.

Went in for a routine oil change. They didn’t drain my oil or change the filter. They just added more oil to the point where it was extremely over filled and my spark plugs were ruined. They lied about how much extra oil they added and refused to change the spark plugs. Fortunately I hadn’t driven very far or my engine could have been destroyed. I won’t be trusting brake masters with my car ever again!

Just went in with a $20 Oil Change coupon thinking Id be in and out... the guy tries to tell me my vehicle needs synthetic oil and doesnt qualify for the coupon, itll be $50. Since hes so nice, though, hell give me $5 off. I tell him that doesnt sound right and I should give my husband a call... oh, well how about $10 off? I can pay him right now. So I pull out my phone to call my husband and the guy tells me to tell my husband to check online because there is a coupon I could get that would give me $15 off, but the wait is an hour long!! Haha I just walked out! What made the whole situation worse was that the staff in the garage, the guys just stared at me walking up to the building and gathered to look at me talking to the clerk through the window and kept smiling at me... Maybe if they got to work, people wouldnt have to wait around for a $20 express oil change. Got home and told my hubby... he opens up the hood and shows me our vehicle doesnt even need synthetic oil.. its newer and has low miles. Just a bunch of guys trying to take advantage of people! Worst place ever!
