The guys were cool. We found a car they had we liked. Made it clear we were also interested in a all cash deal but wanted to finance at least some amount to start a line of credit for the main person financing. You guys spent... 20 minutes? On one loan app because it was too complicated to try anything at all. Failed to put all the correct information and then told us we were screwed for a loan and there was nothing we could do. After calling her and telling her she got the car and everything.Whats embarrassing is we went to the Porsche dealer and had a car financed and paid in less then an hour. Just put a terrible taste for E&B auto sales and for the rest of my life Ill probably avoid ever looking at the cars they sell.I told the owner the BMW we were looking at was ticking and the wastegate actuator was bad. The owner told me... I swear... All BMWs tick, its normal they dont. That car was broken. We bought a bmw with less miles, zero issues, same year, from the Porsche dealer, listed for less. Really. Just a bad experience with you.Originally it was 3 stars because they were nice people. But man. Everywhere else we went was absolute miles better then these guys. In terms of loans, professionalism, and overall knowledge about what they are selling. You guys failed us.

These guys are great to work with. I was the manager of one of their competitors. I no longer work as the manager and I needed a car for daughter. My daughter was looking at a car at drive time as this is her third car but first time looking on her own. I went to car gurus and typed in the car I was wanting my daghuter to buy. They had it Lexus IS250. I called them and it was after they closed. Victor kindly said he would wait for us to come by and look at it. She liked it but not the color. Victor had one more IS250 in the color she wanted, but even better it was an IS250 F sport. I like to work fast so I applied on line they got us a great interest rate and I spent only 45 minutes including looking it over and signing papers for this car. The service was so good my youngest daughter bought the first lexus we looked at. They gave us more than fair trade in offer on her mustang. Same great rate and fast service. Called to setup appointment to view a Panamera I had seen on CarGurus here. I was driving in from AZ and wanted to also ensure that I was contacted should the car sell before I left home. Victor was courteous and helpful, Eric was negotiable on my trade-in and the service techs were exceptional at explaining details for the car I was purchasing and the brake job completed on it; they even filled the gas tank. The next day after the deal, as I was checking out of hotel to drive home, a coolant low warning alerted in car. I called Victor and he was reassuring and very accommodating in sending me to a 3rd party service shop to inspect the vehicle and top off any fluids as needed. We purchased a Honda Odyssey a couple months ago from E and B. I waited so long to write a review to see if the van would hold up. It did and has been a delight to drive! They made the financing process simple and direct, with better rates then we had received at other places. They took care of the paperwork, including emissions test, and were always very responsive and helpful, without a lot of the “salesman” pitches and games. Would highly recommend to all seeking a new (used) car.

So I have to say both Victor and Eric are solid people and provided me a good experience. Purchase was made easy by Victor getting all my paper work ready for signature. Eric went above and beyond to ensure my purchase vehicle was 100% thank you. Will be back again every dealership should have there integrity and customer service.

At first, I was really hopeful about this place. The guy who showed me the car I was looking at seemed nice and genuine. I go in to talk about the appraisal for my trade in and everyone seemed really nice. The guy I was speaking with told me they could give me 18,000 for my car and I wanted 18,700. He spoke with his business partner and I heard his business partner say we could probably do that. I left that day with an $18,000 verbal offer for my trade but I was going to look around more before I traded in. The guy said he would call with a final appraisal the next day. However, the next day came around and nothing. So I decided to call them. I was completely appalled when I called and the SAME man who told me they would for sure do $18,000 said the best they could do was $16,000 and he basically told me to go look somewhere else. It did not seem like they cared nor wanted my business. They said they had called the other dealerships in town and that $16,000 was the best offer they got for my trade which was a complete lie. Less than a week later I traded it in and got $20,800 for my trade!!!!!!!! they completely low-balled me and lied to me! Would not trust them to give you a fair deal.

Went here looking for something that fit my budget. Eric and those at E&B were quick and listened to what my needs are. Ended up with a quality car for a good price. The process was quick and easy, and I never felt pressured. Unlike last experiences at other places, I felt like I could trust Eric (something rare in the auto sales industry).

They give you hope and then take it right back honestly they seemed nice. We test drove a couple. I wanted to trade my car the guy made a rude comment my car was a 2016 Nissan Maxima. Nothing wrong with it. My boyfriend works at a body shop and all of his friends are mechanics so before we got the car we took it to the shop. NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR! Thats why I purchased it. The only reason Im trying to get rid of my car is because its to small i need a bigger car. But anyway they offered me 12,000 and if I come up with 3,000 they can work with me nope they text me telling me no the car has to many issues I then ask what issues Im curious to know. They did not respond back to me Its funny because the guy drove my car then told us its good it runs good its a beautiful carThen Victor say ya to the 12,000 and he will work with us and a sudden change .

Straight forward buying process, no hidden fees or tricks, let me take the vehicle to my mechanic before purchasing. It took a week or so to get the title which had me nervous, but finally got it and was able to register the vehicle. Good dealership overall & not pushy.

So upfront, I came in specifically because they had the exact car I wanted. I didn’t respond to an ad or anything and we skipped the walking around the lot because I was only interested in the one car. I also didn’t care about haggling for very long or kicking the tires too much and bickering over tiny details. So my experience is limited to the quality of the car itself.Which is the most pristine used sports car I’ve ever seen, out of the 30+ I’ve purchased. It had a couple of incredibly minor issues like the passenger window motor starting to fail and a torn shift linkage boot. On a 15 year old sorts car. That’s it. Every single part in the car is stock, perfectly maintained and free of rust or unusual wear. There are literally no skid marks on the bottom of a car that rides about 7” off the ground.Now all of this may be completely irrelevant if you are just looking for a cheap deal on a Tahoe. For me though, to be able to buy a 15 year old car in the exact trim and color I want AND totally unspoiled, is a waking dream. When I go to a dealer, I have super low expectations and expect to hate myself for it later. It’s just the price you pay when they are the only ones with the car. This is the first time in my life of car enthusiasm that I’ve bought a car a dealer described as “pristine” that actually was.

I bought a vehicle from from this dealer two + years ago, and the young man who accompanied me on my test drive tried to tell me the marks on the windshield were just smears. Ive been around long enough to know scores in the glass when I see them; windshield wipers were used after the rubber began to deteriorate, resulting in metal on glass. I should have called him on that deception, but I didnt. Otherwise, even though it was 12 years old, the car seemed to be in excellent condition. It ran well, the interior was clean, and the outside was still shiny with glints of shimmering gold in the the gold-tone paint. For the car to be in such good condition, I was sure the previous owners had kept it well protected in a garage. How wrong I was! About my assumptions, AND the supposed ethics of the dealer. After I paid for the car and received the title, I discovered an error on it. The car I bought was a base model, but the title said it was the Limited model which has an upscale interior, electric seats, lighted visor mirrors, side impact airbags, etc. When I took the title back to the dealer to ask about the discrepancy, the owner told me that if he had he known the title designated the car as a Limited model, he would have charged me $1000 more (even though its plainly NOT the Limited model). Then about 6 months ago I noticed spots on the car that reminded me of a bad sunburn when the skin starts peeling. As time went by, the spots became more numerous and increased in size. I realized then that the car had been sprayed with a colored sealant prior to the sale; because it had not been properly prepped beforehand, the sealant was now pealing off. This dealer has been around for a long time, so even if he bought the car from a wholesaler its impossible he didnt recognize the shady deal with the paint job. There are a LOT of used car dealerships in Albuquerque; I would advise prospective buyers to beware of this one. Do your homework; research prospective dealerships and read the reviews. Most of the time theyre fair and honest appraisals of the cars people bought and how they were treated by the dealership. Do this ahead of time, and chances are you wont have the same regrets I do now.

We were interested in A jeep liberty there, went to the bank to get the loan, and they were aware of that, so the next day my wife gets a call from the owner victor saying that the jeep was stolen. I happen to see the jeep the next day, and the couple who had bought it. Instead of being truthful to us and just tell us they sold it he had to lie about it.

This auto dealer was extremely easy to do business with them. They have a terrific selection of vehicles that are priced right. My purchase went very smoothly. I test drove a car - took it for about a 25 minute drive on the highway and local streets. There was no pressure, unlike many dealerships that make you sit and explain to a higher up manager why you dont want what they have to offer. I couldnt commit to the car until I spoke with my husband. I knew there was someone else coming in to see that car, because they thought I was that person. I asked them to notify me if the car sold as well as we had an agreement that if I received approval to purchase it they would mark it sold for a couple of hours so I could get back to buy it. Thankfully I received approval quickly and was driving away with my Mustang within an hour. They are very honest. I will gladly consider buying my next vehicle from them in the future.

Pretty much all of the many dealers that I went to were the typical sleazy, manipulative guys that you might expect to run into when car shopping. Especially being a female. They think we are easy prey. Of all the placesthat I went to, this was by far the best. This little hole in the wall dealership was the BEST! I liked that they showed me what they paid for the autos that they were selling. They showed me exactly what type of repairs, if any, they had been done. They showed me how much they would make if they sold it for the price they were asking. I felt more relaxed here than any other place I visited. I felt that they put it all out on the table. I came away with a car I was happy with. Its hard to believe that these gentleman are actually car salesmen. We had been shopping around for 4-5 months and couldnt find a vehicle that fit our needs, had pushy salesman constantly calling and trying to get us into something we didnt want. We came across this car lot and I was hesitant because of the small car dealership issues that always come up. (Selling lemon vehicles, prices on vehicles always seem to be higher, no good warranties, etc.) We walked in and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Victor. He was respectful, polite, professional, and explained all the information about the vehicle. He printed a CarFax for us and we test drove the vehicle which was immaculate, rode good and is overall a great vehicle for a great price. There was some issues with timing and getting there to sign paperwork during business hours and A LOT of other minor issues that he made easy for us and drove to another city (an hour away) to get everything done. It was a Friday evening, he had to stay late and had a smile on his face the entire time. There were 2 other gentleman that worked there that were taking care of other minor needs for the vehicle, there was a few issues that needed to be fixed with the vehicle and they kept their end of the deal. It didnt feel like we were purchasing a vehicle, it felt like we were dealing with family. No stress, no problems, and it was a pain free car buying process. Excellent service. The gentleman that assisted me with getting the vehicle was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Vehicle was as described on website. Carfax report was listed on website and given in person. Financing available is excellent (billed through a local credit union, low interest rates). Whole process was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Amazing and fast service. Easiest and fastest car purchase Ive made to date. Victor got me into a 2014 kia forte with low miles for less than what Kelly blue book even had it listed for. Car had great tires and was in great condition. When I went in to make the purchase all the paperwork was ready for me and it took 10 minutes to get me out the door. Thanks to everyone at E&B for the great experience!

Very disappointed in this transaction, I have bought over 45 vehicles in my life time, most sales getting a 4.5 or 5 star rating, but not deserving of this these guys. Car was nice, and priced fair, not high and not a great deal. They were nice enough to pick me up on time at Airport, but car was not filled with gas as promised, only ONE KEY AND NO KEY FOBS! Electric seat did not work. Car was dirty outside. Absolutely NO THANK YOU FOR THE BUSINESS, just “ if you know someone needing a car send them our way. Yea right like that’s going to happen. So maybe a Hi how are you, we are so glad you decided to buy a car from us. I don’t need anyone to KMA but it would go a long way knowing that they did want and appreciate my business. Would I buy from them again, NO. Maybe if they had taken the time to get a second key and add 2 key fobs instead of saying “they sell them on eBay” I really might have been a loyal customer. Mark my words, they will be gone in a few years, you can’t build a referral business based on bad customer service

Eric and Keith provided a very straightforward and low stress car buying experience. When the car had some issues in the week after we bought it, they honored their warranty immediately and provided us with a loaner car while they had the necessary repairs made. When we had another problem the weekend after we got it back related to the repair, they got the issue fixed within a day. We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from E & B Auto Sales.

My family and I have bought over 4 cars from E & B Auto Sales. Every vehicle he has sold us has been a high quality used vehicle. Not only was the Car Fax presented each time I asked, but he also gave a detailed description of what was serviced prior to selling. It is also very nice that you can reach the owner if you have a question or concern and not get the run around from Sales guys and managers at dealerships that charge an arm and a leg.

Great experience! All the cars on the lot have a Carfax and the pricing is very straight forward. The are the most competitively priced cars in town. Chris and Victor were wonderful. This will be my first stop when I need another car.

I bought a great truck from E & B Auto Sales!! All the people who work there were super polite and they were very honest about the purchase I was making. I saw mechanic receipts, had parts ordered and even some maintenance done on the truck after I bought it. Please go and take a look with them. There were upwards of a dozen other places I looked at and was impressed by this dealer well beyond the other options.

My experience was great, they held the vehicle for a week for a $250.00 REFUNDABLE deposit.The price was steep, but the vehicle was in excellent condition and was what I wanted.The radio had been switched from what was in the online pics, but I had the correct one within a week.Only glitch was the paperwork to register it. Being 180 miles away, a couple papers had to be mailed to me after I we n t to motor vehicles and found out the papers hadnt been signed, and another not filled out completely.All in all, I would recommend E&B auto to deal with.All the problems were dealt with promptly, and they really are good people...Russell
