Howard Courtney was brilliant. We had to wait a long time for a part (due to COVID-19). He stayed on it the whole time. He reassured us that the part would eventually arrive. The part came in and they took care of it immediately. Couldnt be happier thank you Howard and everyone in the service department.

The sales person Luis once he took my application completely ignored me so he could go tend to a two car sale The rest of the ones that helped were amazing. Very attentive. I called Luis twice the next day and two days later he still has not returned my call. Monica and Brandon were great they actually treated me as a valued customer. Even though Luis got the sales he didnt treat us as a valued customer. I would not recommend him to anyone and that leaves a bad taste for Larry H Miller as a whole.
I waited 2 hours for an oil change, WITH an appointment, at 720am. Seriously the worst service I have ever received since the second I signed the papers for this car. I have had nothing but problems, starting with the finance team failing to register my vehicle for 2 MONTHS. 2 MONTHS.Since then its been ignored phonecalls, texts and emails. Finally a manger got the ball rolling in A DAY when I had been fighting with the finance team to do what they were supposed to do in the first place.WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.Word to the wise: buy your car somewhere else.Addendum: 2 hours and 45 minute. For an express oil change. And when I went to ask where my car was the guy helping me laughed and shrugged me off.Seriously people, you deserve better than this garbage service. Go buy your car somewhere you matter.

We were on vacation and needed a part for our vehicle. We were given Larry H. Millers name, address and phone. We called and were told they had the part. They fit us in and placed the part! All the staff from phone, walk-in, service etc were friendly, knowledgeable accommodating. The experience was above and beyond!! Thanks
Left my vehicle last Wednesday for a leaking transmission covered under warranty, the service guy said it would be a couple days. I called Monday to see what is going on and was told my service tech is out and no one can give me an update on my vehicle. I asked for the service manager and was sent to a voicemail with no name just an extension number. I got up at Tuesday 7am to start calling to figure out what is going on and they dont even have the parts to make the repair yet. I am leaving today on vacation and need my van. The dealer refused to help me with a rental so now I have to rent a car for a week long family vacation at my own cost, $521 plus insurance. Dodge customer care refused to help as well, saying its a Mopar parts failure and then wouldnt give me a phone number. Terrible communication all the way around, I am very displeased with the lack of customer service.
False Advertising!Went to the dealership to inquire about the offer below listed online their website to check and verify the model displayed and shown was the deal advertised. Upon arrival, salesman was unaware of the deal but tried his best to find out more and was extremely helpful which is the only reason why I didn’t rate a 1 star. Manager came over and asked for proof of the advertisement and made a couple calls. At first, manager stated that the models that are available for this deal aren’t at the dealership but when they do come in (quad cab Ram 1500) it’s rare and unsure when they will. Then proceeded to show me the other quad cab options for around 45k. After looking around and getting turned down for the deal Due to “Lack of inventory”, the manager then returned and stated that the offer is not for quad cabs only for tradesman two door and that’s it. Online advertisement seems like a way to draw in customers to look into other vehicles and not actually have models for the one advertised.
An incredibly annoying experience. I brought my 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for a diagnostic as it was experience electrical failure. Booked an appointment for 8:30am Friday with Randy. When I asked how long for the diagnostic, Randy told me hed give an update by mid-afternoon. Mid-afternoon came and went with no update and when I called at the end of the day, I was informed Randy left early and would not be back till Tuesday.A 5 day wait for a diagnostic that was only supposed to take hours is absurd. Why even accept the car if its going to take that long!Randy should have been honest with me and shared that they wouldnt get to my car that day. And probably should have been a decent human and told me no actual work on the car would happen until Tuesday, even if the diagnostic was done on time.The way the dealerships service department is ran is also likely to blame as they shouldnt even allow Randy to accept a car the day before hes out for an extended time period.Just sad and disappointing.
We owe special thanks to salesman Lee Feehan and to his sales manager.Lee listened to what we needed in a pickup, and conducted a complete search, all the time keeping us posted. With the help of his sales manager a route was established through a few special circumstances and we purchased a new Ram at a price that fit our budget.Well done!

We were shopping for a specific 2 door Jeep and it sold right before we were able to buy it. Chris Q with internet sales worked with us and was polite, friendly, and helpful. He recorded our desired configuration and followed up with us, even though there were no results. We ended up buying the configuration we wanted at another dealership that managed to get one in stock, but Chris was much more pleasant to deal with than anyone we dealt with elsewhere in our search - so much more so that I felt compelled to rate him positively.

The sales manager Chris Quinones has been very professional, helpful, and friendly every time I have spoken to him. I have been to other dealerships and have not been treated anything like the way I have been treated at Larry Miller. It has always been a pleasure stopping by and a good experience.
Went to dealership, started looking at trucks walked past sales people who were standing around talking and continued looking at trucks but no one came and talked to us or show us any vehicles. Finally after 30 minutes of looking through windows we decided to leave and were finally approached but decided we’d pass on these sales people. Very interested in one truck but will take our business somewhere else.

As far as I am concerned a one star is not even suitable for Larry H Miller service department… Bought my Dodge Charger from Larry H Miller in 2015 and bought the extended warranty which never covered any of my services needed for my car…had all my service work done at Larry H Miller and was never truly satisfied and felt appreciated by the service department… There was only one service advisor that did have customer service but, the rest of the team very unprofessional.. continuously took my car in for service due to the fact that I had the extended warranty but, at my last service had an issue that left me very uneasy and approached the issue with the service advisor and it was not addressed… Then expressed my uneasiness with the service manager and the issue was never confronted and have never received a return phone call.. could not get a hold of the general manager to express my issue due to the fact that no one answers the phones nor do they want to give out that information when you try to go in person… Now since my extended warranty has expired I will NO LONGER be taking my 2015 Dodge Charger to get serviced at Larry H Miller nor will I buy my future vehicle from this dealership!!
I needed a side mirror replaced and the glass on the other one replaced. The parts department said it would take three weeks to get the parts, so I made an appointment three weeks out. When it came time for the appointment, we found that the parts department had only ordered the glass for the one side. I was told that they could get the whole mirror housing for the other one by the next day. (With no explanation of why I had been asked to wait three weeks for the same part.) Two days later I was able to pick up my van. The work was good and the service was courteous, but the parts department left much to be desired.
The salesman Lee did a wonderful job for me. He had great communication and walked me though the processes. Great customer service! Go see Lee for any needs you might have. I would highly recommend him!
First off, NOT Veteran friendly. Was told by my salesperson Kevin. Veteran discount is only for full term retirees(20 years of service) ok whatever, no big deal, Im only a 100% disabled Veteran, but I guess that didnt count. So then after hours of looking at a vehicle which I test drove and ran my credit for. Kevin decided to sell that same vehicle to another couple right out from under us, No less than 30 minutes after running my credit with no explanation other than a sorry....that is horrible customer service! I will never shop at another L.H.M. dealership ever again.
I wish I can say I am happy about this place, I have had the new vehicle for almost a month and they still have not paid off my trade in, which means I am going on making a second payment to a vehicle I no longer have and having to pay on the vehicle I currently have. No, knowing the money will be sent back to me for overpayment does not help the situation since I am not pooping money. We did everything they asked, now if they can just do what they promised, that would be great.
I stopped at the dealership to make a appointment for a safety recall for my Ram truck. The service advisor was helpful in setting up the appointment. But when I brought the truck in and they had it for 40 minutes in the service bay, the advisor call me to state that I had to wait until I received my recall notice this fall. Very poor service!!
We ordered a Durango on August 4th, picking out everything we wanted in a vehicle that would suit our family. When we ordered the Durango we were told 6- 8 weeks it would be completed. With shortages on parts in the auto industry we were told on September 27th that our Durango would now take another 3-4 MONTHS. Unfortunately waiting that much longer for completion was not something we could do. I spoke with Kevin and explained to him the situation and we decided to try to get me into a different vehicle. We set an appointment time, which he was late for, test drove a couple vehicles and picked what one we wanted to get. I arrived there alone without my husband at 930am and Kevin and I discussed price and my concerns in having similar options in what we had originally ordered in the Durango and what we were looking for. He was aware my husband was working and that I would need to discuss details with him through out this process. I explained that my husband and i were hoping to be within the same price. Our credit was run, numbers were discussed and my husband was on his way to sign the paperwork. While waiting for my husband, which they were aware he was on his way, the vehicle was sold to another couple. Kevin response was sorry but you were playing games with me. I dont understand how discussing needs in a vehicle and negotiating price was playing games. I take my finances very seriously and seeing as I was looking to purchase a nearly $50,000 vehicle i wanted to make sure everything looked good. The fact that they ran my credit literally 10 minutes prior to giving the car to someone else is ridiculous and horrible customer service. I have never felt so disrespected. I dont know if he thought he could take advantage of me because I was without my husband or what. Kevins attitude towards me was absolutely appalling and after spending 3 hours at the dealership and wasting his time I left in tears. The fact that Kevin felt it was okay to speak to a female customer with such disrespect is incredibly insulting. This was the worst experience I have every had with a car dealership.

I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance check up, and a warranty repair. The metal shield around the gas tank was only hanging by one bolt, the whole metal shield needed replaced. I gave the service representative the wheel lock to my tires, so the wheels, and suspension could be inspected. I brought my car in at 7:50 for an 8am appointment. I waited almost six hours in the showroom. This seemed excessive for a routine maintenance scheduled a week in advance. I told the service manager about the part I was going to need replaced a week in advance. Plenty of time to have the new part ordered, and ready the day of the appointment. The replacement shield around the gas tank only took two bolts. I don’t understand why this all took so long. When I got my car back the people at Larry H Miller we’re nice enough to wash, and vacuum my car. The car wash, and vacuum were a nice touch, very appreciated. I was happy to have my car back with a new protective shield around the gas tank. What really let me down was two days later, as I approached my car in the morning. The front driver side tire was worn down the the threads on one side. I left the service representative with the wheel lock, so my tires could be removed, and inspected. Yet when my car was returned, I was given no recommendation to have my front driver tire replaced. I was not told I may need a front alignment to correct this problem. By the people at Larry H Miller not worming me of the worn front tire. I could have had a high speed blow out, had a terrible wreck. Now I’m sitting at a Pep Boys on Easter morning writing this review. Having to pay Pep Boys for work Larry H Miller failed to do. I don’t expect to have to go over my whole car, and inspect it after the people at Larry H Miller were suppose do the job. I would say Larry H Miller needs to pay closer attention to detail, and to work on being more thorough with their work.
I came in for one of the necessary recall repairs on my vehicle only to find out they were able to complete another. Lucky break and fantastic service. Though you may have to call them to make sure they remember to report that they finished the work. Still. In and out in less than 6 hours for something I thought would take the whole day. Stellar.
3/7/21My mom was looking for a car and we were approached by a man who seemed nice but quickly his attitude changed and seemed in a hurry. When my mom who speaks Spanish and also speaks English and clearly understands it, was speaking to him, he told her if we wanted someone who spoke Spanish. My mom said no because clearly we ALL speak English fluently and my mom does have her accent when she speaks English but it’s understandable. Well, he sent us a sales man who spoke Spanish and he helped us really well at first but quickly seemed in a hurry as well and wouldn’t show us more expensive models. He as well told us that he would be back because he had other people waiting inside. We decided to leave because of poor customer service. My mom really is looking for a new car but we will not be returning here. Felt a little discriminated.
Amazing customer service! Bought a Gladiator for my husband in May and loved Jeep so much we went back and got me a Wrangler EcoDiesel. Julian and Juan had us each in and out in with our new Jeep’s in no time. Will definitely recommend Larry H. Miller!

Windshield wiper motor died and had to be replaced at 2100 miles. That took 2 weeks and 2 wasted days. Now, were up in Durango, Co., and a Service DEF System See Dealer warning came on. Been trying to contact someone in the service department since yesterday, and only get voicemail, with no return calls. We have a real concern here, in that the truck might go into limp mode (5 mph) on the way home, or even strand us on the side of the road. And it seems that nobody in the service dept really cares. I really need to know if Im going to make it home okay. It seems that once you lay down all your money on a new vehicle these days, the dealer is done with you.
I had an appt on Aug 25th at 9:40. Routine maintenance and driver door motor. I get a text at 2:30 saying they didnt have time for repairs, but car would be ready on Thurs. When car was picked up I discovered driver door still wouldnt lock. I took it back on the 27th at 7:30. At 12:15 they called and said we dont have time for diagnostic and we have 190 cars were working on. Me and my crew are off until Tues, but tech said it may be Weds before getting to it. They not only lost me as a customer for service but I will never buy a vehicle here. Dont waste your time and effort.

Absolutely loved our experience here. We worked with the salesman Ron Apodaca. He was so friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all our questions and knew a lot of information on the Jeep Gladiator we were interested in purchasing. The transition of trading in our vehicles and purchasing the new one went very smooth. They were more than fair on the amount they gave us for our 2 vehicles. I would definitely recommend going here, and if you do ask for Ron Apodaca. I cant express how positive my experience was here, and how amazing Ron was to my husband and I.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service department at a dealer ship.I was helped by an alleged manager as well. This brandon character takes my truck for my scheduled appointment at 930am then he makes zero contact with me all day...I call several times and leave him messages and nothing... finally I get fed up drive back to the dealership to just pick up my truck so I can take it somewhere else he is not apologetic what so ever and when I ask them if that is how they operate around here he gets upset with me for being upset! Lol! I asked him who is supervisor was and he says corprate if this guy is running the show his service advisors under him are not learning very good customer service principles...last time I go there and I would recommend everyone else steer clear as well...if I could do a zero star I would
Employees were great but didnt get my vehicle back on the road. How is it possible dealer ship is out of parts for the same cars they are selling. Couldnt believe it was going to take 3 months to get the part in that is ridiculous makes no sense. Was thinking about getting more ram 3500 for my business but now Im really thinking about it. Brand new vehicle and dont have parts to fix them so sad.
We want to thank our salesman Juan for being a nice and respectful person. We had a great experience even though we were from out of state stuck in Albuquerque with a broken truck. He helped us find a great used truck to purchase so we could get back on the road home. We got a fair deal and trade in experience. Juan even called us a few days later to see if everything was good. We couldn’t have had a better experience in a bad situation for us! Thank you Juan for making it happen for us!

Dropped off my vehicle and received a quote relatively quick. Once I approved the repair, it was silence for over a week. The part was supposed to arrive and be installed by that time. Left messages and never had phone calls returned. Never received any updates through the process. It wasn’t until days later and luck I got ahold of the advisor. Once I finally got a hold of him, it was relatively quick to get the part on. The pricing is also relatively high for repairs. I cannot say I recommend the dealership, unfortunately.
I utilized the service center for some issues that my car was having. I made an appointment with Howard, and I cannot express how wonderful he is. He was very honest and upfront with me about the repairs and costs, and for the first time I was comfortable with the service recommendations. I felt he was looking out for my best interests and as long as Howard is at LHM they will have me as a customer.
Excellent customer service, Lee was awesome 90% taken over the phone since I live on Elephant Butte that in its self was pretty awesome.
It was a typical dealership service department. Drive into the service bay, nobody acknowledges you or tells you where to park. Stand around next to your vehicle until a dude with a tablet comes over to ask you about what needs service. I told him exactly what needed to be done, who then proceeds to ignore what you say and offer a ~$140 initial diagnostic. They say this will be applied to any future service, but I ended up with a $240 bill for essentially plugging a laptop into my Jeep to update software. When you return to pick up your vehicle...same thing, stand around while employees pass you left and right not acknowledging you. Had to call in to the receptionist to find out where Im supposed to pick up my keys. They refer you to your service advisor, a.k.a. glorified cashier, then you finally get to pay your bill and leave.

Great experience there. I thought it would be longer because they didn’t have a part for my car, but when it was all said in done they had the part rushed over and my car was done before the schedule time.. had nice conversation after. Very good service as well as good people.
Was told I was put on a list for a safety recall on my car. That was in Oct 2020. Called to check again since it had been a while and informed I wasn’t on a list. Hopefully I really am this time, and it doesn’t take months for a shift cable bushing.
This is the worst dealership in town. Service department is ripping us off for something they broke and Brian Sweeney will not return our calls. Total scam. Buyer beware! How do I take my vehicle in for an oil change and get charged $861.00? They called ME to bring it in for a recall AND DIDN’T HAVE THE PART! My vehicle has been there over a week now. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

TERRIBLE! Had a contract for 3 services. Specified on all 3 visits to have proper tire inflation after tire rotation. NOT DONE on all 3 visits. Called service for a week. No answer, no message option. Finally had parts dept transfer me to service mgr. No answer, no message option. DONT BUY OR SERVICE HERE

Your online site is terrible. i tried creating an appointment online, but the counter just kept spinning. for HOURS. later i found out it HAD created an appointment on YOUR side but gave ME no confirmation. so i didnt know i actually HAD an appointment. later when i rescheduled (via phone) and took my car in, i kept getting updates via text. and that got confusing. for example, i got a message that the part that had been ordered was in, and could i call to schedule service? when i called to check (because youd had my car for several days already) the service person COULD NOT FIND MY CAR ANYWHERE in your records ~ not under my name or my husbands. i was beginning to get cranky when it was finally found.on the PLUS side, the work that i needed done, seems to have been done quite well. but you need to get your online stuff and service under control.

Ive been dealing with this dealership since 2011 and have always had efficient and courteous service. In 2021, Ive had my vehicle in twice and upon arriving at the service department then pulling into the bay area, I wait and wait and wait for anyone to approach me to take my vehicle concern and process your vehicle for service. I had my vehicle in in Jan. 2021 for a few things and my back up camera needed replaced as it wasnt operating. I was told they would order it and let me know when it came in so I could schedule another service appointment to install the back up camera. I got busy and never heard back from them. Finally by early April, I phoned about the status of the back up camera and was told it had been sitting on the shelf with my name on it since mid-February...rather frustrating and annoying that no one informed me it was in!!!! Not the type of service you expect form a dealer where you purchased your vehicle. I immediately scheduled an appointment and had the back up camera installed the next day.
My oil change appt was at 840am i got out at 1110am. Ridiculous.
Miles took great care of my needs and Id give him high marks. The oil change took 2.5 hrs which is inexcusable. Staffing was offered as the reasonGetting to this survey was not easy or straight forward. Id expect some questions w a scale of 1-10 type responses
Went in yesterday for service on our new Jeep Wrangler. They dumped oil all over the engine and engine compartment. After they were done with service I noticed they were hosing down the engine compartment with a hose, I asked why and the service advisor said it must be dusty. When I got it home there was oil all over the Jeep, so I looked under the hood and there are pools of oil everywhere. It looks like they started it without the cap on! What a mess!!!!I have know Idea how or if the are going to clean up the mess. I will keep everyone updated!

I went 3 times to remove the warranty,it wasn’t the last time i went to remove it they said it would take a year to be removed, i thought that was b.s, but of course they didnt cancel it, so since i was paying for the warranty i took my car to get serviced and the warranty didnt whant to cover it so i had to pay 1,800 to fix it

This past time I went in, my experience was not as good as it has been in the past. My vehicle did get repaired, but it took a lot longer than usual for anyone to actually look at my vehicle. Also, I never was able to actually talk to my service advisor. He was not there when I dropped off my vehicle, and would not return my phone calls. I got a total of two words from him the entire day: “it’s done” sent via text. While I can certainly understand it gets busy, and things sometimes take longer, the lack of communication is not excusable. It makes people feel their business is not valued. I may go elsewhere next time.
This was the first time I visited an agency to do the sevices of my Jeep.Daniel George was more than excellent.He did everything he could to attend to me and do what he needed to get my Jeep ready that same day.A very cheerful attitude and superior kindness.Ill definitely come back when I need it.I didnt regret my first visit !!!!!Thank you!!
My Jeep Cherokee needed a software update due to a recall, no needed payment but the maintenance was gonna run about 3-4 hours. The dealership set up an appointment and were very friendly and informative over the phone. They updated the software than after they offered a carwash, of course I accepted it. They were so welcoming and super friendly especially the male part specialist Courtney and youll know when you see him. Super friendly and helpful guy.

I bought a jeep from this dealership a year ago. Jeep is great but I was skeptical about having there service department do the free oil changes. Just as I thought, horrible idea. The bolt underneath is stripped. They use impact guns and torque it to max. There is a specific spec for each vehicle. They do this so you have to come back in. Big money grab.
Mike, Brian and Abra were friendly, up front and made car buying an easy experience. Would definitely recommend LHM!
Brandon Banas is the best service rep I have ever met. He always takes good care of my vehicles and gets them done in a very timely manner. I have never had a bad experience going through him for my service work.

Thanks, Randy!----Facilities and personnel (especially Randy) are first-rate.Unfortunately, the same oil-pressure servo sensor CEL immediatley triggered again when the engine was started. I had to be in Texas in a few hours and so could not put it back in the shop. I will have it looked at elsewhere, and hope the warranty on the paid work is transferable.I understand the reasoning behind having the customer pick up the vehicle from the lot. In this case having the vehicle driven to Service for pickup by the customer would have alerted the shop that the fix did not stay fixed.
Worst dealership experience yet, the service department was rude and unprofessional. I would hate to buy a car here and have to deal with them. Run far away
Excellent post-COVID and new car shortage experience. Zax and his team did a great job explaining the current situation, gave a fair trade-in, met my out the door expectations, and provided great customer service. I do recommend.
Service department lacks competence. Had my Jeep for 4 days because the transmission would not shift into higher gears. Their diagnosis: the overdrive switch prevented higher gears, even though the O/D Off light was NOT ON. So they swapped the switch and flushed the transmission fluid, and claimed the problem was resolved.When I picked it up, the transmission still did not shift into higher gears. Brought it to a real transmission repair, he read the fault codes that clearly indicated the clutch for the higher gears was defective and the trans needed to be replaced.Larry Miller was not competent to determine the cause of failure, performed work that was unnecessary, did not have the good sense to test their supposed repair and wasted my time and money.No doubt this is a SCHLOCK SHOP.Caveat Emptor!
Ruben was the Salesman that took care of me and he was great he was calm just laid back and talked to me like a friend and not as much like a salesman that is what I liked about him. Ruben was a friend and also attentive to any questions that I had if Ruben didn’t know the answer to my question he took the initiative to find out for me. Rubens attentiveness and from Cisco the manager was awesome! They took care of me and most of all they were nice and of course doing everything they could to get my business they made me feel important and showed how much it meant to them to keep my business. They are spectacular and they did everything right with me and I’m happy my first experience buying at a dealership wasn’t as bad as people said it would be. I will be getting my new dodge truck serviced here and I will let everyone who reads this know what my awesome experience I hope to have here at the service department at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Albuquerque.
I wont use any other dealership but Larry H.Miller to fix my car! Their prices and expertise cannot be out done anybody else!! Their master mechanic is the best in field and they get you out in a phenomenal time!!
Brandon made sure to update me frequently while my Jeep was in for work. It required a multi-day stay since parts were in order, and he got me a rental to use during that time. The parts even came in early, so I was surprised by being able to get my Jeep back after only 3 nights instead of the minimum 7 that had originally been indicated.Brandon had always been really great, and I try to request him every time - he makes warranty work pretty painless!
Very slow on sales traded in my car for a new one and it took over 2 months for the trade to go through wile i was still having to pay on a vehicle i didnt have. Also no one can seems to answer the phones or call back
