Not sure how they stay in business. They originally told me my collision repair would be done the same week, then told me the following Friday, then the next Monday, and now the end of this week. Three weeks of car rental expense, all to replace and paint a lift gate. To the tune of $3000. Also, they never call to give status updates. I have had to call each time. I’m not even in town, and they have ZERO consideration that I have to rearrange work and my schedule for whenever the hell my car will be done. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

Wow! What a scam! Progressive and Marks Collision One...First off they didnt repair the hood damage caused by the accident claiming that they measured it and it could not have come from the accident.Secondly, There was additional damage to my car while it sat in their lot!Neither of these issues were on my car before it was hit. If ZERO stars were possible Id have used that. I will be filling with BBB and getting a lawyer.DO NOT USE THESE people unless you dont care about your vehicle!

The service and employees at collision one is the best quality that Ive ever had from a auto auto shop Connie is the best most considerate most caring person that has ever taken care of my vehicle or myself add an auto shop. The quality of work is top-notch the staff there are awesome and I give collision one a five-star if there was more stars to give I would give them as many as possible

An absolutely sketchy business. My mother was involved in an auto accident and made the mistake of having her vehicle repaired here. Scratches on the vehicle that wernt there. They couldnt even repair the vehicle correctly. It was too hard so they passed it off. If the issue doesnt stick out they will miss it. We took it somewhere else and they gave a better diagnostic. As both a certified auto mechanic and auto body tech, lazy work is inexcusable. Pay your employees better and actually train them. If your insurance agent recommends this place, you should run far away. 2.9 stars explains it all. Another customer mom was there with was also complaining about quality. Make sure you check your receipt. If your car is waiting on parts there just have it towed somewhere else.
Did a good job on my car do feel like communication could have been better I was give a call during my work day to say my car was ready but couldn’t give me a time and my rental needed to be taken back.
While I had to go here to sign off on my totaled vehicle every employee was super nice and supportive!
I just stopped in for an estimate on some damage to my car. There was a female and male employee chatting with each other. I got the distinct impression I was interrupting more than work. I asked for the estimate, the woman asked if theres insurance and with who. Then she said I dont need to get one because insurance will choose. Huh? I told her I went there before when my truck got wrecked, can she do it or not.. she went out, looked at the back bumper and vin number only. She didnt seem physically capable of bending, so she never looked under the car nor did she circle the entire vehicle, missing the right fender hanging down. Just plain sloppy and lazy. I left with a quote for a replacement bumper. Save yourself some money and headache and find a different body shop.

Wish I could add a 6th star. Talk about exceptional service all around! Blake and his team helped turn a bad experience (in regards to being involved in an accident) into an amazing experience. I feel like I have a brand new car! It looks better than it did when I bought it. The staff was amazing in every way. Not to mention the turn around time was unbelievable!
Its been about 2 months since Ive been in the accident and they still havent been able to fix my car. On top of that the have delayed the car ready date 3 times which is ridiculous. And last but not least the customer service has to be the worst Ive ever seen. I have had to call every single time to see what the status was on my car. If I could rate them 0 out of 5 stars I would.
I started using this body shop in May 2017. They were prompt in calling me back and updating me on the status of my car. Blake was responsible and excellent in his delivery of customer service. I would consider myself on the picky side and I was very satisfied with the work that they did.I’m honestly surprised to read all of the other reviews that rated them poorly on customer service and repairs, as I have not experienced anything even remotely close to that. I just recently had a rear end bumper damage repair and again they were fabulous!I would encourage anyone to do their own research and give this place a try because I have nothing but great things to say about their staff and their dedication to their customers.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially if youre a AAA member If I could give these guys zero Stars I would I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and the ignorance that Collision one has and how theyre still in business I was involved in an accident and I took in my vehicle here hoping to get it fixed I had to keep calling them to ask about my vehicle not once did I get a call from their insurance adjuster the whole 24 hours that my vehicle was there and then when I finally when I did talk to their insurance adjuster after we got off the phone I get a phone talking about my vehicle and the damages knowing that it wasnt that severe I had stated that I know other places as well that could help fix my vehicle with the rims & aftermarket parts that could be cheaper than their source and for some reason she took offense to that couple hours later from my insurance saying that they dont want to do business with me nor do they want to fix my truck??? And when I try to take my complain up with the manager he doesnt care about my business because he has a contract with the city so he doesnt really care about personal vehicles
The quality of the repair was outstanding. I am returning to them for another repair on a different vehicle, based on the quality of the last repair.
About three weeks ago there was an attempted hotwire on my car and Geico had my car taken to Marks. To say that the experience of having them work on my car was frustrating is a tremendous understatement. Look, I understand delays, ordering parts, having to wait on the dealer to fix certain things, etc. My uncle is a mechanic; I know that these things happen. That said, a little communication goes a long way. If you take your car to Marks be prepared to never hear from them unless you pester them constantly. When they didnt even call me to tell me they ordered parts for my car/started work I was willing to let it slide (apparently they were swamped). However, when nearly 3 weeks go by and only once in that time do you contact me on your own accord I get pissed off. I would be told something would be ready by a certain time and hours or even days would go by without a peep from Marks. When I FINALLY got my car back today and brought up my frustrations to the mechanic in charge, his response was, Well, I have a lot of other clients. I told you Id call you when I knew something. Frankly, when Im paying you over a thousand dollars to fix my car thats not good enough. When you say something will be done by a certain time and that time passes I should not have to call you and pester you to get a response. That is terrible customer service and could easily have been remedied; a two minute call updating me is all I ask. I dont think thats a tall order. Anyway, if your car is at Marks prepare to be kept on the dark during the entire process unless you call and light a fire under them yourself. It was exhausting but thats what I had to do or I might be sitting here three weeks later without a peep. The only reason this is not a one star review is that, from what I can tell in the last few hours driving, everything was done on the car well enough and the thing is running. Will they fix your car? Probably. But dont expect anything above abysmal customer service.
Save your time and go some place else . The shop manager and geico rep are doing SCAMS . I got the call my car was ready . I picked up my car and I read the invoice they put the WRONG WINDSHIELD in. the glass installer Also couldnt wipe the NEW WINDSHIELD CLEAN, they forgot to replace the jack and the invoice read 1.5 hours on glass clean up there is glass pieces on the BRAND NEW DASH as well in the cowl and all over the carpet . The geico rep brought me a used jack but missing 2 bars and on invoice it says $120 for a new jack . something is so wrong with these companies .
If I could give zero stars i would the people working here are crooks liars and frauds Brandon Gillard from Geico is in cahoots with Blake Dillon this company is taking advantage of people and practice fraudulent business on a daily basis i took my car in that had a dented door which was covered by insurance my appointment was at 9:30 Brandon Gillard made me wait an extra 45 minutes i was told that my car would be fixed in 5 days almost 3 weeks go by and I found out they havent even started working on it the original estimate was $2,000 later Im told that it will be $5,000 they tried to lie and say that the rear light on the car was damaged among other things when I came in the car was in the same condition i left it in they are trying to get more money out of the insurance company Brandon and Blake should not have their jobs they give people the run around and always try to rip their customers off by giving false estimates do your self a favor and avoid this place like the plague the BBB needs to do an investigation on these criminals!!
I use to go to carcrafters but no more I got carjacked was traumatized my insurance company made me feel like it was my fault wanted me to pay all kinds of unnecessary money and Delores pulled it thru made me feel great and that someone cared she is awesome the whole team there made me feel like everything was going to be ok thank u again Delores for being the wonderful person u are
BEWARE!! SENDING OUT VEHICLES THAT SHOULD BE TOTALED OUT ON THE ROAD! So Im starting off by saying the moment I started talking to Dolores she lied from the very first conversation we had and continued to lie through the whole processes. Never returned phone calls I had to call her when I was told I would be getting a phone call and never heard from her not one time! I honestly dont know how that lady can sleep at night knowing the type of BS she gives people every day! I took my truck in for repair to them do to chassy damage work (Semi pulled out infront of me I avoided it and hit a curb going about 40) mph). On the same side I had someone run into to me from a previous accident but it was just body damage I was told that It was a Mickey Mouse type job that they did on the body work according to Dolores. So they supposedly fix it I got it back and as soon as I started driving I let go of the wheel and the truck literally could have went into on coming traffic if I didnt grab the stirring wheel quickly! So I sent it back immediately. Of course Im left without a truck for about a week. Get it back again the same thing happens again. Then sent it in again I was told they would need to pull the frame. So they did. Got it back and my truck smelled like burnt plastic come to find out they shorted my alarm wires and almost set the truck on fire. They replaced my car alarm for me. Which Dolores keep BS about that as well I waited over 2 weeks to get my truck alarm put in mean while Im hearing popping and scretching noises from the side that again supposedly got repaired. I finally had enough and went to another shop for a second opinion and sure enough they put the truck on the rack and measured the frame the frame was too bad and they told me I would need a new frame. So just to be sure I went to another shop and got a third opinion and was told the exact same thing within a day of finding out the frame was bent Ive talked to my insurance company and they totaled my vehicle! Collusion One East sent me and my family out in this vehicle for about two-and-a-half to three months driving it on a bent frame where my family and myself could have died or been injured in this vehicle all just for them to make money off of trying to fix the vehicle! So BEWARE of this shop Because they are putting people lives in danger with the MICKEY MOUSE type of work they do!
Extremely helpful making experience a breeze
This place is a complete joke!!! This is the place my insurance company has chosen to take my car after an accident. Collision One basically didnt give me the option of shopping around at other places to have repairs done but instead, literally made me have my repairs done with them by submitting an email stating so. They estimated a 24-day repair span. The estimate was completed on my vehicle on 04/28/2016 and it is now 06/01/2016 and my vehicle is still not ready!! Fine, a couple extra days for parts to come in and what not. But as you can see, it has been well over 30 days and they have given me every excuse in the book as to why my vehicle isnt ready and the main excuse is Things come up that are completely out of our hands. Whats NOT out of their hands is why they cant call and update their customers on the status of their vehicle when these issues arise. Instead, the customer is constantly calling to get status updates only to constantly receive bad news. Customer service is at its lowest here and to say the least, that gives a bad name to car sales itself for Mark Casa. I will be letting my adjuster know of my horrible experience here and I will definitely be reporting this company to the BBB without hesitation.
I have been waiting almost a month for them to make repairs that I was told would take 5-7 days. Horrible horrible place. Also they never return calls when they say they will.
