Found some good grocery items, a huge, 3 lb. bag of chopped pecans for $19.99, pistachios in the shell & shelled, chocolate Cheerios for the big kid, etc. As always, check dates but everything we got was dated in 2022, so all was good. A little disappointed with their Halloween selection, it didnt offer as much variety as usual, but then they were stocking shelves with Christmas items. Have to get the big holiday sales going as early as possible, I guess. Store was clean & the associates we ran into were all friendly & helpful, a plus at any retailer lately!

Big Lots has long been a favorite place to shop. I always encounter a friendly staff and unlike Walmart (who have no staff - only cashiers), the store is usually organized and clean. These things mean a lot to me. And beyond that, they have a nice variety of items for a price I can afford.

If I decide to eventually upgrade this platform bed base, this is perfect for the guest room. It was easy to put together and a perfect find! I ran into Big Lots in a bit of a pinch, I needed it on the spot. (I hadnt anticipated not being able to use my old one at first). The staff was great - especially the gentleman helping me back in the furniture section. Happy with the utility of this purchase and the speed!

Probably the cleaned Big Lots Ive ever seen. That said, the prices arent nearly as good as theyve been in the past. Broyhill items are sorta nice, but prices are wildly high. Chipper and helpful staff.

I like big lots they have a good variety of things. And cheaper as well.

Had lots of neat stuff for season as well as all the stuff you need at everday low prices.

Occasionally I come by here to buy something. Their prices arent bad. Sometimes they sell bargains. I primarily have bought housewares here but they carry lots more.

Big Lots use to be the “bargain store” now its prices are very comparable to WalMart and other large chain stores. I dare say even some things are more expensive than other stores. The furniture department does have decent deals at certain times of the year. Christmas decor can be pricy, especially when you can remember getting decor for under $10 from Big Lots. This store also seems to not keep in stock a lot of things that are listed on the website. If you find something online, Albemarle Big Lots normally never has it in stock and will probably never get it.
