I called today (Sunday) and asked if they could check to see if they have a part in stock. Guy basically tells me he doesnt know what I mean by a part. So I changed it and used the term product and he was able to locate it in the computer very rudely. Again, very rudely advised he dont have that. So I asked what the lead time would be on that. He says, I dont know what lead time means. It was the strangest call ever and I would never use that location. I called Tifton store and received professional and positive service. They will order my item and the call was perfect.UPDATE: SW commented on this review... I contacted them and told my story... They passed that along to the district office for someone to contact me shortly. Weeks later and no call which is fine. I was able to find another paint store locally that took care of me.

Decent prices. The service varies wildly based on who you happen to talk to. Two times I have gone in and gotten stellar service. Then, today I get terrible service, and during the forty five minutes I spent waiting, I overheard two workers there, one very good with every customer, the other terrible with every customer.
