I went in today to look into upgrading my mattress. Karl (store manager) was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He listened to myself and S/O needs and was able to find us a mattress that was a perfect match for and at an affordable price. He helped look through catalogs of bed sets helping us find one that we liked. Karl called multiple of his colleagues to help find what he had in inventory and what could be delivered. He was able to set us up with next day delivery for the set we chose. I would highly recommend Mattress Xpress to anyone looking for a mattress. He is one of the best sales people Ive had the pleasure of working with.

Ive gone here twice in 6 months for two mattresses the staff is amazing theyre so down-to-earth and help you its probably the best customer service Ive ever had all my blankets and pillows and rugs will be bought from them now just for the niceness the prices are great too

I went in looking for a bed for my guest bedroom. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted, but I knew I didnt want to spend a ton. Karl showed me a bunch of different options and gave me a great deal. He even helped make sure it was attached to my car safely, so I could take it home that day. Highly recommended!

We actually exchanged the first mattress we picked with another one that we liked better and the process was very smooth. Owner was polite and non-pushy, and the prices for the two mattresses we bought were really good.

Knowledgeable and non-judgemental. We felt no pressure to buy but were happy we did; the prices were unbeatable and the delivery/set up was fast and efficient.

If I can give a 0 stars to the owner who deserve to go back to a customer service education. I called the store regarding a warranty and the person who answer the phone told me he was the owner. When I mention about a warranty his tone changed and he hang out the phone not even once he did it 3 times. I tought my phone was having a bad connection but wasnt the case. The owner didnt want to respond when it comes to a warranty issue. So whats the point to have a warranty?He told me they dont use computers, but wait, when I purchased the put all my information on the computer or it was a scammer from the store.Ok owner if you want to take care the warranty of your business be a honest person and have courtesy to the ladies.

Creative but very untrue.Buying tractor trailer lots of mattresses like Marshalls would of overstock sneakers. They are selling Nike at discount. Does this make them an Authorized Nike Dealer? No!All I can say is I am VERY happy that everyone in my family is enjoying a quality night sleep and saved enough that I can still afford the roof over our head.Btw.... I just referred someone on Facebook, they said Their feedback is awful, are you sure? Claims of used mattressesSo I looked and found this.The internet being used as a weapon is very common and shameful. Buyer Beware!!! Mattress Xpress sells USED second hand mattresses that have been in customers homes and returned!!! I recently visited their new location and saw a wide selection of low price premium bedding. When I asked the salesperson for a price on a Simmons Beautyrest I was shocked to see it was 50% lower than the price I received at Macys. After asking the salesperson if the bed was defective or used she reassured me that it was new and that Mattress Xpress purchased new overstock mattresses from Macys. I went back to Macys and informed the manager of the situation and the low price I was quoted at Mattress Xpress. The Macys sales manager called their Simmons rep while I was there and was told by the rep that Mattress Xpress is not an authorized Simmons dealer and if they had Simmons product it was purchased from a third party that sells second hand mattresses (used). I have reported this company to the state department. Mattress Xpress if youre going to sell used beds dont lie to your customers!!

Had a nice time here after getting pushed around by the other mattress stores salespeople. Walked in the door and they showed me what they had, the same brand names at a price the others couldnt touch.
