I have been to a few whole foods locations and this one just doesnt have the bulk food or dairy and whole grain section Im used to! I was definitely disappointed! Same goes to the beer selection not a lot of local beers!

It was my first visit and I truly did not know what I was missing. Phenomenal vegan and allergen friendly selection. Produce was beautiful and fairly priced .

This is a nice place to go shopping whole organic foods at a reasonable cost. The staff the stockers the checkout girls are all pleasant. I had a lovely shop that day thank you all and I will be back

I like this Whole Foods location. Great selection. Good service. I also love how well they package our groceries when I order for delivery.Their fresh seafood could be fresher... so I usually go with their frozen seafood selection.They have the cutest seasonal items when you enter the store. Plants, unique vases and such. ❤ A vast produce section, and a lovely health and beauty aisle.

Still getting used to the area, Whole foods is a great place to go. I found so much stuff that is actually healthy for me. I cant wat a lot of things but today in trying lot. The selection of brands and fresh local food is awesome! The employees, the service and the products are top notch... oh and comparing the items I was getting at Walmart... there is really not that much of a difference.

This is a wonderful market where the selection of any food item is fresh and plentiful. You can even find great meal selections to enjoy right there. This is an almost hidden gem here in New York’s capital region.

Whole Foods has a great hot food bar in their store with yummy vegan options. They also have the best grocery store sushi Ive ever had. Many of their grocery items are expensive, you can find some comparable items and many of their produce items are lower or what you would find at a regular grocery store. Definitely pay attention to what you are picking up because you could end up paying $18 for a 8 oz. block of cheese. The grocery store includes a lot of great vegan items you wouldnt usually find, but surprisingly they didnt have as much as I hoped for. Also, I wanted to add that they have great customer service and a great return policy.

Great whole foods. I love the buffet section which has a lot of variety from Italian to indian food. Great staff.

Nice store but missing 1st aid kit, definitely a different kinda super market.

Decent market but way overpriced with a limited selection. The hot bar is kind of nice but again adds up quickly for a mediocre meal. The bulk section is highly underwhelming and I would recommend honest weight if you are looking for a true bulk store. There are also better organic alternatives at other stores like honest weight and fresh market. The best thing I have gotten from this store is bakery items.

Yes they stack the fruit really nicely but it’s no wegmans.

They have an excellent selection of unique foods. When it comes right down to it, its a giant restaurant with bufett islands that charge by the pound, a coffee shop, and seating by the windows. The building is well kept and clean. The employees are very nice and welcoming. Ive never had a bad experience yet and dont expect to. However, the products here are typically expensive. Its certainly not cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. Its good food for alot of money. For that reason, I dont do my grocery shopping here. I visit here for special occasions.

You will get everything fresh but little expensive.

I was very disappointed. No fish at fish counter, some shelves were not stocked and flour all over, freezers had ice encrusted on the goils, some freezers not cold. Not Whole Food standards at all. I drove an hour and a half to get there and very disappointed.

Picked up some supper and bought organic lettuce and strawberries at very reasonable prices. The strawberries were large, ripe and sweet.

Doesn’t carry half the gluten free products other whole foods carry and checkout is terribly long due to not having a self checkout area or 10 below item lane. Sucks this is the only one in the area.

Not a lot of selection. Very good if you like vegetarian options as well as gluten free. Wide fruit and vegetable selection. Hot bar was open, it looked really good. I recommend if you have a large budget and want meatless options. Was very expensive though, I spent around $80 on less then 10 items.

Its a beautiful life here at the WF Market, and beautiful lives matter. Dreaming of a glorious grocer ? Then look no further. This joint is jammin. Killer selection of fresh fruit like no other place in town, awesome vitamin/beauty section, and some truly hospitable employees. Only reason its not a full 5 stars is due to the fact that some workers here are just totally checked-out to lunch, in their own world, and bobbing along the briney brook of la-la-land -- and act annoyed that I would have the gall to interrupt their Sunday Surfer sentiment. A mixed bag for sure, though. Perhaps their HR department may want to focus a little more on hiring people well-suited for customer service, and a little less on recruiting based on padding their diversity ratio numbers.

I really used to like them for catering, but theyre SO stingy now that its not worth the money or savings in time. This is what $50 for a large mac and cheese will get you. When I was at the store I asked about the quantity, because I was sure that they had mistakeny given me a small order, but they weighed it and assured me that this is what a large looks like. They gave me the option of not purchasing it, but by the time you pick up catering for a holiday dinner, its too late for an alternative if your caterer decides to screw you. They got 3 stars because the food was good, and I enjoy some of their other products but I will NEVER order catering from here again.

The store and people are great, EXCEPT for Kim she’s a terrible cashier who treats certain people like trash based on appearance and slams your groceries into bags breaking eggs and ish. Sliding the groceries down the belt like it’s a beer, She’s rude and probably unhappy with life. Y’all should check Kim.

Somewhat more expensive than other supermarkets, but you will find items here that you will not find elsewhere. A very good selection of vegan foods too.

There was an employee there, black, bald man, and glasses who was standing at the produce section on December 3rd around 3 pm.As I pass him he just stared, moved his head as I pass by and mouthed something.You don’t stare at the customers like that. That’s unprofessional and make the customers feel uncomfortable.I don’t owe you anything. I don’t have to look at you. Again I don’t owe you anything.Besides that the other employees were awesome.

This is my favorite Whole Foods I’ve been to. Huge fresh food section with great vegan options.

Currently (07-10-2020) this is the only Whole Foods Market located in the Capital Region. So, when it comes to buying healthier organic foods Whole Foods is hands down the best Food Market in the area. There is a Trader Joes located just down the street. But in my opinion Whole Foods has a much better selection of organic foods and products. Whole Foods pretty much has every organic / healthy food products on their shelves.If you want to eat healthier or if your planning to start eating healthy or if your Doctor is ordering you to eat healthier. Whole Foods Market is now your New Official Grocery Store.

A little pricey but quality is worth every penny!

You will find great number of difficult to find items anywhere but here. Theres a lot of exotic items where you only find it here.Problem is that this is not your weekly go to grocery store to find your weekly or monthly foods and grocery items, not even a common can of condense milk, media crema, daily bread, juice and other commonly seen brands in big grocery markets exist here.They do not have those items you will need from day to day or weekly.

Now dont get me wrong, I do like the variety offered and general ambiance but lately things have been going in the wrong direction. Its like they are oblivious to usual back and forth, the checking that the customer gets what they actually need. I chose a piece of very fresh cod which looked to be the size I wanted but it actually was twice as large, and not being cheap, quite expensive (almost $30!). The clerk pulled it out the case and packed it up but never showed it to me. My fault for not paying attention but usually they ask if it is OK. The apple fritters we bought to munch on the way home were stale and dry. And the check out clerk missed our little jar of honey, not charged; lost somewhere on the counter. So next time I drive an hour to shop there I will bring enough money to pay attention. Hah!

We ordered 3 Lbs of prime rib and picked it up Christmas Eve. It was sealed in a paper bag and cost $37 and change. When I got home and opened it, a ribeye was subbed and only 2.44 lbs! By this time the store was closed and I had to scramble to pad out the meal with some shrimp I luckily had in the freezer to feed the 3 of us. Plus although I expected marbling on the meat, it was excessively fatty! Whole foods stated when I ordered online that they would text me if a substitution was made, They did not. I expected more of this high end market and was sorely disappointed. Never again!

Customer service is great at this location. They always have the best quality food items and ready made food.

My favorite place to get food that makes me feel healthy and better than other people. The prices can be high, but thats what ya gotta pay when you want to avoid processed food or added sugar in everything. I love coming here for their ready to eat meals and coffee too. I will say, its usually pretty busy, so make sure your prepared for a crowd if youre in a hurry.

They have great snacks, soy free chocolate, and a great selection of ice creams. Some of the ice creams are soy free. Some things can be expensive so wait for the sales.

This Whole Foods has great customer service however, beware when buying baked goods, especially the Macarons since sometimes they can be stale and there is no way to tell how fresh they are. They can get a bit expensive if you buy a lot of them - so make sure you find out exactly when they were made.

This along with many grocery stores around the usa are not accepting cash in most checkout lanes due to the cash shortage. May still be accepting cash in some checkout counters as they legally still have to accept cash from customers, its still a legal tender for all debts public and private and still being printed at the us mint to this day.

The salad, olive and hot bar are amazing. Pricey but definitely worth it for the tastes! The mac and cheese is the tastiest mac and cheese Ive ever had. Great selection. They participate with Amazon prime deals on groceries and such. They have a seating area to eat and is children friendly. Try this place out.

I visit this Whole Foods a few times a month, and the staff is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The people who work near the hot food bar and make the burgers are always fun to talk to as we are all vegan or vegetarian. They make vegan samples whenever possible, which is awesome! The hot food bar here is always stocked well. The cashiers take care of the customers in an efficient but not rushed manner. Also one woman had put about thirty items on the express line, and the cashier running the line that day politely informed her this was an express line. The rest of us in line were very pleased. The cashiers also helped me and other customers who are Amazon prime members with the savings on the app. I love coming here, and I will continue to be a regular customer.
