We heard about this company from a mutual chef and placed a few smaller orders with this company for our in-house facility and catering use it give it a try. After 5 days of no notice of shipping, I reached out to inquire about the orders and a ship date. I was then informed that our orders were all cancelled and would not be shipped. This place is a nothing short of a shady operation!!! They have a website to ship grocery and other products but yet they wont ship claiming that the owner has declined our orders because they were somehow attributed to another users email?? Who cares! if were spending cold hard cash with your company dont you think thats more important than whos email address is used to place an order? You must not need money very badly- is all, I can attribute it too.Furthermore, they ask for us to create an account? We havent received an order so why would we create an account? You do offer guest checkout and so that it what we used. If you dont like that, then remove it from your website. Any reputable company could careless how you checkout. Understand that you need to prove your accountability and credibility with a client before accounts are created for future use. They mentioned something about reselling. Im pretty sure sellers purchase their products from this place so maybe all resellers need to be shut down and not discriminate before you find yourself in a lawsuit. Is having a catering business a reseller of food items? How absurd-we make a sandwich using a roll we purchased from you but somehow thats reselling of the product??????? Unbelievable.Furthermore, Im also certain that most of the products on this website can be found at other supplier or vendors and even at our local market but it was just out of convenience that we placed orders to have items shipped rather than to shop around to save time.After reading previous reviews that they will reply with some bone headed blanket response to make it appear that we have done something wrong however, if placing an order for products needed to feed the hungry is wrong then they have much bigger issues. Why offer an online website if you cant fulfill the orders. This site is to accommodate every-day hard working folks that need a certain products is available for purchase and then they fall short and cant commit nor deliver. Coupled with some lousy and rude customer service!!!!Will never refer or use this shady operation again. No wonder they have so many poor reviews. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a headache and give your money to another reputable company that appreciates you as a client.
This is an outstanding company that provides great products, stellar customer service and unbelievably fast shipping. I started out just buying sugar free candy but then explored all the options for sugar free goodies and low calorie foods. I’ve been eating this way for over 50 years and feel like I died and went to heaven. The bread! The bagels! The meringues! The soft serve mix! I had a small problem that was addressed immediately as well as questions always answered right away. No Covid excuses here. Thank you for your great service, am so happy I found you.
Won’t order from them again. Someone packing my items felt they had to squish two loaves of bread to fit three loaves in a small box instead of putting it in another box. Half the size it ought to be. Carelessly damaging the product then shipping it. Useless person. They refunded me for both but I won’t order from them again.10/2021 update:This bread is too good not to order. I took a chance and ordered three loaves again. I added a note to my order for them not to squash my loaves of bread this time. How sad that I would need to do that. I just might have to order this delicious bread again from them. I’m so glad someone has common sense to pack them without damaging them :)
Never seen a company process and ship orders so efficiently. They give chewya run for their money. Great selection of products for special lifestyles. Site could be a bit more user friendly. Save items you like for easier reordering.
This is unacceptable, I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered. Why would you send the bread all squished like this? We can’t even toast it. Zero product quality control. $68 going to the garbage. I will not buy again from your company.

I have been ordering keto food / snacks from netrition website for two months. The pricing is super competitive and I am very satisfied with their shipping and packing. I am thankful for netrition providing some wonderful keto snacks which I could not find even in Wholefood. My 7 years old daughter need to be on keto diet to control her seizure. And the keto snacks make her days and my days easier.

I absolutely love netrition. They have a variety of specialty food products that can’t be found anywhere else, and the prices are typically cheaper than buying directly from the product’s specific website (or the same). The best part about netrition is easily their shipping - it is *insanely* fast; If I place an order at 11am, they ship it out by 1pm that same day, and I receive my package the next morning.
Ordered from website couple times. First time after order my credit card was compromised. Today received order with product that will expired 06/01/20. Customer service suggested that it’s customer responsibility to note in “directions” not to sent products with close expiration date. Please note that website was never mentioned that particular product will expired in 2 months, wasn’t sale price by the way( regular price) the particular product has long time to use - almost a year ! Customer rep promised to send me label “now” to return product, that was never sent! Also was warn that I’ll be responsible for shipping back charges .

Excellent health food store! I have been shopping here since 2009 and have never had one problem after many orders. Top quality products, super fast shipping and very professional. Shipping products that are securely wrapped and most of my orders are in glass and very heavy (for $6.99 if my order is under $99.00, free when over) and never had one damaged in shipping. Love shopping there!
Amazing service. Items ship quickly, and are packaged well. I usually would order these items from Amazon, but I am know switching to Netrition. I feel they have a better variety for the items I am looking for, at better prices, and the shipping was as fast as prime.

Just received my order, I paid over $100.00 to get free shipping, the shipping was fast but 7 out of 7 Pamela Nut Flour bags I ordered were dated best used before March 2018, ok this is June 2018 - sending out of date merchandise is shady!! Still waiting to hear from the company before I dispute my charge. Really, wow never again will I buy from them, hey just my experience and opinion.
Unbelievable company! I was so disappointed when I went to my local nutrition store after lunch yesterday, and they were out of high protein bagels. I ordered them first time from netrition online and had them before lunch the next day ! Opened the box and smell was like from a bakery. Fresh as can be. You guys rock!
Terrible Customer Service. I placed an order online and only received part of my order. Since the order was incomplete, I called and they agreed to refund the items I didnt receive however, they didnt have the decency to refund the $6.99 they charged me for shipping. I even asked them to refund half of the shipping charges, but they refused to do so. I wont be ordering from them again. I dont like doing business with a company that doesnt prioritize the customers satisfaction.

People do not know of business. Make deceiving representation of the item they sell, and no mistake on their side. Ordered item, being using picture on the add, and received different product, since same picture has being used by Netrition, to represent two different flavors. Customer service rep was aggressive and fast, not offering any options, but to return item and loose shipping.

I ordered with a German billing address and a US American shipping address - the internet shop allowed this option.All data I provided was 100% correct!My credit card account was accessed by Netrition, the money taken out. But instead of sending off the goods, they wrote me an email wanting me to confirm that I had not stolen the credit card by providing them with a list of my credit card transactions! Or a scan of the card itself *rolls eyes*Not only that these measures would in no way prove that the card isnt stolen, my transactions are highly personal information.So, after some back and forth, including an unsolicited call on an American phone number they suddenly required, too ... supposedly to check the facts, they cancelled the order. Nobody ever bothered to call me on my German phone number which I had given!That in itself is just extremely bad business manners. But to KEEP 60 European cents is downright theft. I have been waiting for weeks now for them to fully refund me. Instead, they feed me a line that the money was lost due to the exchange.I dont see why that is my problem. I ordered in good conscience, providing correct and honest information and not only am I being accused of being a thief and liar, I am also losing money due to Netrition.If - as Netrition claims - this was all in order to establish the validity of my data why not, for crying out loud, send a post card to the German billing address and see what happens? No, one of your employees got a bee up his or her bonnet and now you are not willing to make good on the damage you caused.Or if you dont want this kind of situation, set up your internet shop accordingly.One last comment: Do you honestly think that if someone steals a credit card, the one thing they are likely to order is ENERGY BARS? *snorts in angry disgust*I still want my money back!
