I called the business. Apparently the 82 year old man is the owner.Disrespectful when I asked if his business received my email of two days ago on the 4th of Feb. 2020. He went on about he hates when people call him asking about the best scanners available. Scanner World does sellscanners as he said there is no money in scanners. He asked if I couldread English. His phone went dead so he said when I called him back and he said something about Massachusetts and hung up. My question wasabout antennas not about scanners. I ordered from this company on Ebay and when I needed to communicate with them regarding my order the response was belligerent demeaning.I would NOT recommend doing business with this company, that is unless you dont care about the service you receive. I however do and had the responses been more courteous and understanding I would feel different.
