I have had two experiences with the service department and both were entirely positive. I had a very old lamp repaired, and I was concerned as it was fragile and special to me. The second piece was a lighted make up mirror that was over 15 years old and needed a new interior socket and bulb, and a new cord. The repairs on both pieces were done promptly, everything requested was done exactly as discussed, the pieces looked beautiful and the price was more than reasonable. Excellent service.

Ive never shopped at this location before. Before driving there I called about a specific electrical part before the 40 minutes one way drive. When I arrived they didnt have the items I called about. Drove another 40 minutes home empty handed. Ordered the items on Amazon but I have to delay the job 4 days.
