This was the worst service ever I came in and placed an order I paid for my food and was told it would be 20 mins but it was over an hour before I got my food and I kept having to ask for a manger and was told that there was not one on duty then I asked for my money back and was told no and had to go back to the counter 2 times because they kept not giving me all my food plz dont go in this store they are horrible

My wife and I frequent this diner quite often. We always feel at home as soon as we walk through the door. The warm greetings and great food are a plus. If it ever occurs that you are not satisfied with your meal, once you let the waitress know, you are then accommodated with a quick solution with a smile and without attitude. It is clear too that the manager, strives to make this diner one of the best in Albany, Ga.

It took us 57 minutes after we ordered our food to get it.. They were only concerned with Togo orders at the new location beside the truck stop .. We will not be coming back..

Its a lot of fraud going around how can you expect your customers to give there important information over the phone.. then when you get here tour food not ready... Food was horrible. Everything was drenched in oil. Very small portion of potatoes which were under cooked. Country fried steak, no gravy. Waitress forgot half the order. Breakfast sausage was a piece of deep fried kielbasa. I think the only ones leaving good reviews are the employees.

I ate here when I was pregnant. My food was delicious! I ordered breakfast (scrambled eggs w cheese, grits, sausages fried and toast). Omg it was made so perfect. Only problem was the wait. Took a long time, assuming BC the place was packed? I called in my order on time and they told me 15 mins. I went in 20 minutes to get it and it wasnt ready, disappointed I headed back to my car but before I could get in good a waitress ran behind me and said they are making it now, to come back inside. Once again the food was delicious and Im a very picky eater. I was impressed. This was a few months ago. Havent been back since I had my baby, Im on a diet now. 😜

Today was by far the worst experience I ever had at this place. I am a 20% tipper because I know servers have lives and make minimal wages. My mom didnt get her plate with the rest of us. No one at our table complained. We just asked for it and they brought it over. We received the wrong toast, no complaints. Unfortunately, prior to my family and I existing I walked up to the counter to pay as the server didnt return. Busy they were so I didnt think twice about it. I paid and the ill mannered lady checking me out says in front of me they didnt leave a tip. Mind you I am still standing at the register waiting on a refill, as I was never asked did I want one. Mentally calculating 20% of my $26 tip. I looked at my waitress in which she spoke the words to as I clearly heard this person assume I wasnt leaving a tip. Mind you money still in hand. Point is a left a tip not my usual 20%, because I felt some type of way. Not wanting to make a scene I left a few dollars on the table. Walked out never to return. It bothered me enough to write this.

Depends on whos cooking and who is serving you. I eat here often for the low prices but the experience varries. Tori is a great server and Will is an amazing cook

I will never eat at this Three Squares again! From now on I will drive to the Three Squares in Lee Co. to eat!! Before I start my rant, just let me say that there was only 2 other people in the diner when me and my friends Walked in. It took about 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. The waitress was to busy trying to clean her section so she could go home instead of checking on her customers! We had to keep calling her for coffee refills, butter, ketchup and jelly. After we ordered we waited over 30 minutes for food! After we received our food it was wrong, of course!! While we were waiting on our food we were looking around and observed the cook blowing his nose and never changed his gloves or washed his hands and then goes in the back room touching the door everyone else is touching with those same gloves on, then goes right back to cooking. Very unsanitary!! Not to mention gross!! The cook seemed very inexperienced. He was cooking one thing at a time. So that meant that our food sat on a plate getting cold while he cooked the rest. I expect hot food when Im paying for hot food! Oh! Did I mention the whole time we were there the cook complained that he needed a damn cigarette!! He complained about that constantly!! So eventually the waitress took over the grill so he could go smoke a cigarette. Also, there was another waitress cleaning the bathrooms she used so much bleach so that was all we could smell. It was over powering! My friend has a bad allergy to chemicals. So for future reference maybe have more consideration for your quest. Bleach is good to use but not that much!! Please hire better trained and professional employess!! It would make a big difference!! I guarantee it!!

Garbage food with terrible flavor, even when hungry. Ate at this place for the first and last time today. A waste of money, and not good for my health.

(5/19/2017) My parents came in town from Atlanta and I recommended them to try 3 squares for the first time. There was 2 cooks and 3 servers and only 3 tables including us yet it took an hour for DINE IN!! Server was rude, and hostile when we asked why there was a gratuity added for DINE IN with food that took an hour, no refills, she didnt even bring us the food another lady did. Never again will I give my money to this place. Hate that my parents had their first experience at this place!!

I dont go in much but when I do I all was have great service and everyone is all was friendly. The food is all was hot. But today was not a good day. Two people was a auguring about how to cook and when I got my food after 25 mins it was some what warm and over cooked bacon. So yes today wasnt a good day to eat there.

Went in last Wednesday to apply since they were advertising for help wanted. When I gave my application to the manager he took it and just kept saying to me why did you move here. Never once did he look up at me. Then started I will put your application with the other stack of applications and give you a call if I need you. When I went there was only one guest there.

The wait time at slow times is something to be desired. The food is excellent!
