This particular LUSH is on the smaller side, but well stocked with quality product! Staff is friendly and knowledgable, I was in and out quickly. Great experience!

I needed to do some Christmas gift shopping here and I was dreading the mall traffic, the parking, indoor shopping during a pandemic, etc. Then I realized I could order online and do curbside pickup and it was FANTASTIC. Couldnt have been easier. There are designated numbered parking spots outside and you call to tell them where you are, and a few minutes later a super friendly person from the store is there with your order. Great shopping experience -- A+++! Thank you!

Expensive but I love their products! Their lotion bars are great if you dont like the texture of lotion and I love their honey scented Honey I Washed The Kids bar and soap.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products (including all of their ingredients), and is more than willing to help curate a selection of products tailored for your needs as an individual. Its rare to see a staff this courteous towards every person that walks in, and I encourage everyone to visit here at least once. Easily Five-stars.

Very cute shop! I bought some henna hair dye and powdered deodorant. I havent tried the henna yet, but the deodorant works fabulously! This is the first all natural deodorant that I have found to work more than a few hours.The staff was very friendly and informative too!

Always helpful and always smells good. The employees are great, and I am always happy to stop in to grab some soap or bath bombs. I like their shampoo bars also, they last me as long as a large bottle of liquid shampoo but feel much better on my hair.

One of my first experiences in LUSH. The staff were very friendly and offered to show us how the products worked and answered our beauty questions. They gave samples for us to bring home. They were very nice and helpful and made our first time going enjoyable!

Even though the store is tiny, you can get lost with all the amazing products. The staff goes above and beyond & is SUPER knowledgeable. They did 2 demos for bath bombs and a demo for things I was interested in buying. It doesnt hurt that the products are fair, help the environment, and dont test on animals.

Love this store, love the products. I have been to Lush stores in the States, Canada, Ireland and Italy and the service is always the same. Excellent!!! The products, excellent!!! Again I love this store.

First time at Lush and I had the most amazing experience! Not sure if I got her name right but Booth helped me so much, she took her time with me and explained every single product. If it wasnt for her I would of been so confused and probably would of left without purchasing anything. I would definitely recommend her! Friendly and inviting staff. The highest-quality ingredients in their hand-made products. Pricey, but you get what you pay for and a little goes a long way with LUSH products.

My son loves the bath bomb section at the store. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. They even treat my 4 year old like a little shopper. Its great!

Lush is a cute shop and the staff is helpful. Love the idea of minimizing packaging and waste with bar style shampoo and conditioner. The henna hair dye looks interesting and daughter is determined to give it a try.

Omg at cross gates tonight they were dressed up in costumes. A witch and a black cat and I saw the witch with a coldren outside the store so I went to get my son and husband so they could see her also. When we got there she must have been on her break and the girl dressed as the cat literally went into the back room to find her. And the girl dressed as the witch cake our just to greet my son and do a cool bath conch thing in her coldren he was so excited. It was the cutest and nicest thing ever that she did this in her BREAK. And then after that when we were rung out the girl dressed as the black cat even went so far as to tell my son that the witch just contacted her on her head set and said to him something special. I don’t shop Lush super often, I like the products but the employees at this one were so pushy and tricky. They offered me tin for a soap I was buying, I said yes thinking it is in place of a bag. They charged $4 for it. I don’t mind that it cost anything but they never said it would. Be more transparent please, and not so pushy.

Walked in was not greeted. They saw me we looked at each other. They did not open their mouths to say anything no can I help you nothing. Thats usually a deal-breaker for me but I wanted to get a bath bomb so I stayed. I walked around the small store in search of products. Workers came around me and straightened items but did not offer me any service. Once I was done with my self-help shopping I went to the register where the cashier ask me in an unfriendly tone can I help you? Im here to cash out genius😒. Three stars is only for the product because it was decent I would have even purchased more if their service was better. They pick and choose who they will assist 🙋🏼‍♀️ because there were many other people that came in after me🙋🏻‍♀️🙋‍♀️ who were helped but not I🙋🏾‍♀️. 🤦🏾‍♀️ So I will not return.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their products and friendly. Products are a little pricey but sooo worth it. Love the bath bombs. Only down side is that their space is a little small and difficult to move around in when it is crowded.
