I placed an order through the Wilton Mall store because they did not have my item and the crossgates location insured that I was able to get my husbands birthday gift. They were attentive and very accommodating. Staff was great.

The store smells like cheese. I saw the old guy picking his nose and wiped it on a Red Sox hat. Do not recommend.

Incredible inappropriate and disheartening interaction with the elderly man at the register. After telling him I work with children he asked me how I felt about the recent school shooting. He then tells me that its not a gun issue, its that teachers are wimps. I disagree with this point and do not wish to discuss MURDERED CHILDREN with him. Followed up by, I still like you though. Hopefully you come back. Absolutely not. Ill be speaking from my wallet for my many future sports gear purchases.

I have been frequenting this store for many years. Even when it was on the other side of the mall and had a different name but same owner. Have always had a good experience, but yesterday was above and beyond. The owner offered to help find a shirt for my son who had sports shirt/jersey day at school today. He is a diehard Red Sox fan and nobody anywhere else had anything so we made the trek to the mall. There were no t-shirts in his size and then the owner asked if he wanted a jersey and made it so I was able to purchase this for him. Thank you sir,you did not have to do what you did. So incredibly kind hearted! You made an appreciative 10 year old diehard baseball fans day,week,month,year. We will continue to always come here for all of our sports purchases for the family(we have both Yankees and Red Sox in our home) and reccomend you to everyone we know.

The owner Chaz is awesome and has everything you need for any sports fan.

They treat you nice all the time and they have reasonable prices.there merchandise is top quality.

I agree with Kirsten! We had a horrible experience there at Christmas time. My husband and I had both bought something for our son when we had been shopping separately. I wanted to return one (within days of purchase) and VERY rude owner/manager wouldnt budge on his policy. This policy is on a plain white sheet of paper at the busy counter and never explained by the sales person. Terrible way to do business.

Great service, very polite will get future New England patriots gear from this location and recommend to anyone who is looking for great gear to support there teams!

I would give it ZERO STARS if I could!!!The review by Chaz Betz is invalid because he is the owner of the store. He does not give refunds, only exchanges for store credit, which must be used in a year. The policy is not clearly posted.He and some of his staff are rude, or at the least unprofessional. There is NOT a wide selection, as Chaz claims in his review. The store is crowded and not well organized. The prices are also outrageous!
