If I could rate them a zero I would. The staff is useless and their return policies are ridiculous! If it wasn’t for the NYC locations that I purchase from I would never go to the Albany store. You’ve got a store full of incompetent kids ruining the reputation of a great store.

I had my arms full hundreds of dollars of merchandise and I accidentally dropped an article of clothing on the floor from the rack. Instead of saying to me nicely “miss you dropped something” the male store manager basically humiliated me and walked me out of the store. He could have just picked it up and I would have bought everything. But instead he scared me and embarrassed so I didn’t buy anything. And thank goodness because it’s all so over priced, I went right to H&M and found way better stuff!Long story short, don’t drop anything at Zara if you don’t want public humiliation from the manager.

Nice comfortable skinny jeans for men. Im talking about those tights. We dont do those. Jeans that actually fit you as it should.

Terrible customer service. Rude and arrogant young people working there. Also Zara you should reconsider your mask policy now that the CDC has changed the guidelines. You shouldn’t have to feel like you’re diseased if you want to shop unmasked if you’re vaccinated. I had over $1000 to spend and went to another store that did not make me feel diseased because I am VACCINATED!

Frustrating you cannot try clothes on there.. another trip back to make returns... lol ve the clothes.. just not the process

My favorite store to shop for jeans

Ordered a dress online and had it shipped to store. Delivery was quick and easy. When I picked it up the sales associate allowed me to try it on there so I would not need to make an extra trip for a return. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Great selection.....wont break the bank

Bought a Zara sports bra from a thrift store went home and realized the security tag was still in tact. Traveled 45 minutes to the location in Crossgates Mall to have the Zara employees remove the tag and the manager simply told us she can’t do it to do it ourselves then told us we have to get out of the store to do so since the cameras are watching. We then proceeded to attempt to remove the tag and could not do so; so we have ended up throwing this sports bra away due to the fact Zara employers which is where the sports bra is originally from could not remove a security tag with a simple machine they have at their register. Smfh

I bought my graduation suit from here a while back, usually get my joggers and shirts from here as well. Expensive a bit, store is usually clean and tidy. Only problem is their customer service team. Only reason why my review is missing 4 stars!

I spent too much time searching for things with help. If you do not have what a customer wants say so. While I was being rung out the cashier did not include one of my selections in my purchase and of course I discovered this after unpacking the bag at home. Excluding the cashiers remarks from this post when I called from home will be doing Zara a favor.

I got some good deals on Black Friday. Good selection of clothes, for my son. Its a little pricey but very stylish clothes.

Terrible! Only one register is open for the entire gigantic store! Even men section which is on the different floor has its register closed. Even if you really want buy something be ready to stand in the line of 20 people. Is it really worth it? Nope! I’d rather go shopping else where. Where they actually can cash me out for the stuff I want to buy!

Great store for all mens kids woman great customer service experience

There is only one person on the register while other fold cloths and watch the half hr long line. I work by the mall and go here 2-3 times a week and it’s always the same issue . When shopping down stairs they make you always cash put up stairs . When you arrive to the cash rigisters I always wait 20-30 min to cash out . It makes me not want to come shop anymore . I even asked the Manager politely to add another person to help out but she says nobody is trained to be on the registers and she is not allowed to touch them. The couple in front of me waited for 20 min . This is not exaptable .

I have always loved Zaras clothes. In fact, I first discovered the brand while visiting Europe several years ago. Fortunately they opened a store here in Albany. Order online, ship to store seem convenient. Prices seem reasonable.Well, I decided to order from them during the black Friday 2018 week, thats when chaos started. First, it took over 7 business days (not 3-5 days as stated). Each time I called to check on the order shipment status, they just give me a canned message saying it will arrive sooon among other many lies (I would have liked an honest answer like hey customer, we suck big time because we didnt account for the Holiday season so we are unable to handle the large volume of orders we are getting.. Eventually, my order arrived on the 8th business day.I flocked to the store to pickup my order. One of the items had tailor marks allover (blue pen-like marks) on all the button slots as well as on the pleats lines. I called Customer support for an exchange and omg was it a complete clusterf* of a run around for something they screwed up on. First I had to take photos of the defect and then either email it or attach it via the mobile app. The rep then creates another ticket which goes to the bright minds (ehh i mean the product designers) which takes another 3-5 days to review. All of this for their own screw up.As of this writing, Im still waiting for my return because they (the genius product team has to wait for the return label to show a shipment movement which it does) before they send me a replacement.As much as I like some of their merchandise, I think Im taking my business elsewhere next time. The good thing is theres competition here in the ole US of A. This is the most convoluted return/exchabge process I have ever seen. Its now 2 wks and I have no idea when theyll ship out my replacement item.To Zara management-- I know you have only just started your business in North America region for a few years, your customer service is completely unacceptable and it ranks up there with Comcast and all the other worst companies out there.You make some good items but customer service experience stinks all the way to your genius product team.

Really awful customer service and management. Labelled clothing incorrectly (their fault) and manager refused to comply with pricing even though that is their responsibility. Will avoid this Zara now on.
