Absolutely Amazing!! Best Service and Haircut Ive honestly ever had. I was lucky enough to get a haircut by the owner Joey, We struck up a great conversation during the haircut, he made me feel very comfortable, he definitely went the extra mile and cleaned me up nice. Ive had the same barber for 25 years and he recently moved so I was looking for a new place, went to 6 places and nobody had time to do my hair and then I stopped in at Master Barber Supply and they got me right in. This place looks amazing and they followed all the covid-19 rules, VERY CLEAN ! I was beyond impressed with the service I received there. Without a doubt I will be a customer forever! Awesome Cut n Crue!

I do not understand how you advertise product on your website, post Facebook videos with stacks of product and when you drive down to the location they don’t have anything they say they have in stock. I drove over an hour expecting to spend good money on equipment And supplies for nothing. The woman was no help either just stood there waited for me to be done to ring me out never offered to help or cared I was there. They didn’t have the trimmers I wanted in stock even tho the website said they had it. The woman goes “ you’ll have to call ahead with things like that to make sure we have it” ...well it’s advertised on you website and Facebook!! Was hoping to give my money to local business rather than amazon but they don’t seem to care or want to stock things in the location.

Dropped off clippers for repair 3 weeks ago. They wrote my name and number on a scrap piece of paper. No call, no nothing from them, so i call. They tell me clippers cant be fixed, theyve been sitting there, no one thought to call me. When i questioned her i was told they were really busy getting ready for an expo so it slipped their mind. I drive past that business everyday, and every day the weather is nice you will see employees outside playing cornhole or bean bag tic tac toe, which Ive witnessed many times in the last 3 weeks. The place was also dead when i dropped the clippers off. Hard to believe they are too busy when they are outside playing games.

I want to start of by saying that I’ve been a customer since they first opened up their first location and I’ve made multiple orders worth $100-200 every time. My last packaged was stolen and when I tried to get in contact with their customer service they would always tell me that they would call me on a certain day to give me more information about what they could do. The day would come and THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME. I would have to keep on calling them myself and they would tell me the same thing all over again. They were times when the barbers would answer me, saying that no one was there and that they were going to give me a call when someone got there. I left my information multiple times and days passed and nobody gave me a call. I’m very dissapointed because Ik the things I ordered they could’ve just reshipped it. It wouldn’t have hurt them as much as it hurt me to lose my hard earned money for them to just ignore me and not do anything in my case.
