Outstanding yet again! Riz and team have been the only place I have used for years to handle all shirt printing needs. I walked into his shop 20 minutes prior to closing time with a last minute order. I asked if they could have it done the next day, which was not realistic but thought Id ask anyway. With as busy as they are, he knew the order was important to me and then made completing the job important to him. By 12pm the next day--The Next Day!--Riz let me know the order was ready for pickup. I was elated! As always, their work was fantastic at a very fair price. The quality of the shirts is top notch. This is the place to go if you have any printing needs in the Capital District. I have worked with TSS for over 8 years. They have always done great work for me and my business. Shirts, banners, decals and a bunch of other things. They have helped me create artwork and recover font styles I had lost . More importantly, they always get my jobs done promptly and at a fair price. I would recommend TSS to anybody who needs quality printing done at a great price.

Mussa is very helpful and explains everything I needed and also took the time to explain further to other members of the organization about the order. Never again. In October I ordered a shirt from a local sports league that my son played for. The email from TSS stated to pick it up in mid November at their location and listed their address. I never received an email or call so in early December I stopped to pick up the shirt. I was brushed off by the person working in the store and was given a number to call. The person on the other end advised I should have picked up the shirt at the concession stand in early November. I repeatedly explained the email told me specifically to pick up the item at their store after November 17. After much back and forth and being told it was my fault for not picking up the shirt he said he would contact the league and get back to me. A few hours later he called to advise that the shirt I had ordered was on back order and would be ready the following week. He claimed he called and left me messages on more than on occasion. That is a lie. I never received any voicemail or missed calls from them. When I went in the following week the pick up the shirt the person working pointed me to a pile and told me to look through to find my item. No attempt to get up from his desk and help. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great work, small misunderstanding with the type of logo printed on a fleece we ordered and they made sure it was taken care of ASAP. We also ordered a T Shirt that was good quality and came out great. Will be ordering more logo stuff in the future from them.
